This cabin has been fully renovated with a chef's dream kitchen--we dare you to find a kitchen with more counter space. In addition to the stainless appliances, there's also a wine and beer fridge for all your bevvies. The outdoor entertaining space rivals the indoor space-- the massive deck has a perfect dining and lounging area, with a bbq and outdoor kitchen zone. The cabin comes with internet, and a TV for some out of the sun downtime and is stocked with a few games and toys. The newly renovated bathroom has a tiled shower, double vanity and a washer/dryer in one combo. The cabin is a short walk (less than ten minutes) to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, and to the beach and playground. Less than 40 minutes from Regina and you'll feel like you're a world away from the stress of city life.

The Neighborhood:
Please note that this cabin is tucked in close to its neighbours and is part of an established neighbourhood. We are so happy to share our cabin with guests for times of relaxation, rest, and fun, but this is NOT a party rental. The neighbours live here year-round and it is really important to us to be awesome neighbours who are quiet and respectful.

Guests who are 25 and older and welcome to rent our cabin--if you're a mature younger person, you are very welcome to inquire.

Firearms of any kind are not allowed in the house or on the property. This includes but is not limited to pellet guns, air guns, hand rifles and shotguns.

Welcome to our recently built Scandinavian inspired cabin in the quiet resort village of Clearview, Saskatchewan. Enjoy a peaceful and cozy getaway, with lakefront views of the sunset on Last Mountain Lake.

This little oasis is 4-seasons and equipped with all of your needs, including an open concept kitchen and living space, 50" smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, bbq, and lake facing front deck 12x28 feet. Fire pit located just off the back door, with beautiful lake views.

In the summer, enjoy the lower deck, with access to stairs down to a private dock. The shed is stocked with 2 blow up paddle boards, 2 single kayaks, life jackets, and canoe!

As it is a new build, we are still working on the outdoor landscaping, but that does not take away from its interior appeal.

Located in Regina Beach 2 blocks away from the beach and Centre St. and one block from the boat launch.
The cottage is cozy and comfortable. Electric heat and air conditioning. Ample room to park a boat or camper trailer. There is a large screen TV with NetFlix, Prime /Paramount+ and new fire pit for days when fires are permitted.(Provincial Fire bands are common)
There is a 15% discount for weekly stays and up to 35% discount for longer stays.
Early check-in is available on most occasions.

Other things to note
The cottage is Ozone treated from time to time to mitigate odors, bugs, pathogens and little critters, leaving a fresh smell and sterilized environment.

The guests are expected to leave the cottage tidy without debris and messes.

Bed linens and towels etc. are washed between guests stays and weekly thereafter. Additional cleaning can be discussed on arrival. (There is a washer and dryer across the street that can be used) As well there is a cleaning lady that works for $25/hr.
