Come and spend a day and night at our cute little guest house that is just a short walk down to our beach. This loft cabin is at the back of our 1/2 acre of our lakefront property.

Wake up every morning peace and quiet. Have your morning coffee on your own deck. Take a walk down to our beach and watch the pelicans, and various shore birds. Every sunrise and sunset is different out here while display a wide veray of colours. If you like fishing you can fish off our dock or shore.

This cabin can accommodate up to 6 people. We have both a king size and queen size bed upstairs and a double hide-a-bed on the main floor.

Collingwood Lakeshore Estates is well known for fishing, ice fishing, and hunting. Lots of people fish here during the Saskatchewan Walleye Trail Walleye Classic each year LMFWC. Last Mountain Lake is located in the central fly way for migratory birds with a wide variety of Ducks, Geese, Sandhill Cranes and Upland, and lots of wildlife to hunt if you We also welcome work crews to stay come and stay.

It has a large deck that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying some sun or a nice glass of wine in the evening while listening to the quiet, birds, lake, and enjoying the stars.

Inside there is a comfortable living room with TV with full satellite services. There is a window air conditioner to keep you cool during the hot summer days. There are some games and puzzles to enjoy. It’s a perfect space to relax on the rainier days or nights.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook up some great meals including stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, toaster oven, coffeemaker which includes coffee filters and medium roast coffee grounds, coffee mate, oil, salt, pepper, flour, sugar, and a variety of tea bags. All you need to bring is your food. The fridge has a freezer. There is a full sized natural gas BBQ for you to use as well.

The bathroom is on the main floor and has a shower and toilet that is stocked with cotton egyptian cotton towels, soaps, shampoo, kleenex, and toilet paper. Please bring your own beach towels.

The bedroom is an open concept loft that boasts a king size and a queen size bed. All bamboo linens are provided for all beds including brand new electric blankets.

The water to the cabin runs on R0 drinking water and has a water cooler with jugs of water for you to use.

There is plenty of parking for your vehicles, water crafts, or skidoos.

Please note there is fire pit that you are welcome to use. We just ask that you keep it clean. There is also our private dock that you can tie your boat/watercraft to during the day or feel free to sit on the bench at the end of the dock.

Less than 2 minutes from the property is our community pubic dock for you to launch your boat which has a parking lot. In the community there are 2 playgrounds, a sand volleyball court, outdoor basketball court, and horseshoes.

Grocery/confectionary/off sale/gas located 20 minutes away in both Strasbourg or Bulyea. We are 5 minutes away from Rowan’s Ravine which has a restaurant, waterpark, playground, marina that sells gas for your marine crafts, a store that sells some essentials, mini golf, and many other activities. Rowan's Ravine also has laundry facilities if needed.

No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes allowed inside and if you smoke outside we ask that you please pick up after yourself.

A set of stairs takes you down to a new, and very clean apartment. The room enters to a recliner couch and a nice TV that actually works! Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, etc were available. The full-size fridge/freezer has plenty of storage. The oven/stove/microwave combination looks new. There are two pots, basic cutlery and kitchen tools such as a cutting board, strainer, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, tongs, ladle, etc. There is a coffee maker, which I did not try, and a glass kettle which I used several times. The cupboards had basics such as salt & pepper. Garbage bags, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc are provided. The bathroom is bright and obviously new. There is plenty of hot water for the shower. Towels and a variety of shower items such as body wash and scrubs are provided. Between the bathroom and bedroom, is a nice front-loading washer and dryer stacked set. Liquid detergent is provided. This is such a convenience, so you do not have to bring as many clothes. The bedroom has plenty of room for both people to access the bed. The closet has hangers for your clothes. The bed is very comfortable! There is a small, two-person table & chairs set for eating at. Communication with the owners was easy and they provided me with extra bedding when asked. Overall, I found this to be an excellent stay and I would recommend this location for a solo traveler or a couple."

This cabin has an authentic cabin feel with the water front just a stones throw from the property. It also has walking paths that follow the lake shore to the town pier and main beach area, which are just a 10 minute walk away.

The house itself has an in ground swimming pool with diving board, concrete fire area, screened in veranda with extra fridge seating and ping pong table. There is also lots of room on the property to set up games such as volleyball nets.

Welcome to the beach! Located 4 blocks in from the Main Street/beach and 1 block from the lake front path. This 2 bedroom cottage has a Queen bed and wall AC unit in the master bedroom as well as a set of twin bunk beds in the second room. The living space includes an electric fireplace and pull out couch to sleep 6. The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the private rear covered porch, BBQ, fire pit and large yard perfect for entertaining or family diners. Lots of parking around the property

The space
The space has a bright and open yet secluded feeling. The living room dinning room is bright with modern furniture and an electric fireplace. A nice place to relax after a long day on the lake. The couch pulls out and can sleep an additional 2 people totalling 6 people. We can sleep 8-10 people with additional air mattresses on the floors. The kitchen is a large size great for meal preparation and entertaining. The adjacent screened in porch is used all year round from simply sipping your morning coffee to gathering with your group for drinks. The fire pit and BBQ are available just outside the screen porch in the large back yard. Laying on a blanket on the hit, watch the stars and enjoy the fire pit in the summer is one of our favourite things to do. The two bedrooms can be blacked out with the blind and provide a nice dark space to rest for the night. The master has the in wall AC unit and the second bedroom has twin bunk beds.

Guests will be able to access the yard, main house and screened porch. The garage and shed will remain locked.

If you are bringing a furry friend please note this on your booking with the extra pet cleaning fee including at time of booking (or communicated and adjusted prior to check-in).

More than 4 people up to 10 people may stay on the property. This needs to be indicated and additional guest fees per person per night will need to be include at time of booking (or communicated and adjusted prior to check-in). There are no parties and gatherings over the number of people listed on the booking without expressed permission at the time of booking. If you are wanting to host a party please reach out prior to booking.

There are 6 bed/pull out couch spaces to sleep. Air mattresses can be requested at the time of booking to be set up for additional guests over the number of 6 in the bedrooms/living room space. Please note that any additional guests (over 4) that may choose to camp on and use the property in tents or trailers are also to included in the total guest count at the time of booking.

There is currently no Wifi or cable tv at the cabin. We believe the beach is a great place to relax and disconnect. If this changes we will added to the list of amenities.

The one acre property is surrounded with trees, a creek and a beautiful fire pit that fits the whole family. The yard is fenced for the safety of your pets.
The contained 2 units is ideal for two families to each have your own space with lots of shared spaces! BBQ on the wrap around deck or roast some smores by the fire.
