Beautiful clean new cabin that can comfortably sleep 8. with large open vaulted ceiling and loft area. The property is nicely landscaped with a cozy fire pit area, hot tub and large deck. The property is quite private in the back with only forest behind the cabin. There is a short path across the road to take you to the lake where there are a couple of kayaks ready to be used at our own private dock. Gorgeous stone fireplace inside creating a warm inviting place to relax. Large hand made live-edge dining table comfortable seats 10 or more people. 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and the other with a walk-in tile shower. kitchen is stocked with lots of cooking supplies along with fridge, microwave and stove. BBQ, propane griddle and large wood burning smoker on the deck. Visit around the camp fire outside, relax in the hot tub, go for a long kayaking excursion, check out one of the many area hiking trails, go for an ice-cream cone, unwind at the beach...
We enjoy the cabin just as much in the winter! Going on long snowmobile rides along the local groomed trails, then warming up in the hot tub or by the fire place. Nothing quite like it! There are usually lots of deer that come close in the winter that are fun to watch.

We provide bed linens. Shampoo conditioner, bathroom towels ( please do not use our towels for make up removal ) Laundry basket & soap provided for dirty laundry.

Kitchen is stocked with a coffee /tea bar! Dishes, wine glasses , Utensils, Toaster , Slow Cooker , pots n pans ,Kettle, Smoothie blender, coffee , sugar, tea towels & dish soap! Fridge w freezer. Stove.

If you need the 4th floor bed please let me know well before arrival.

We have a small office desk if you need to get some work done. To keep fit we included a yoga mat, Kettle bell and some lighter dumbbells.

We have a nice deck space with a patio set for you to enjoy.

Parking is shared you may park 2 vehicles max in back lot otherwise there is lots of free street parking.

This is a family neighborhood please be considerate of noise levels in the day ! No outside guests to stay overnight at the property unless approved and fees are paid.

If additional sleep space is needed for additional guests we can make a floor bed in the living room. This works well if you have more then 6 guests or more then 3 people needing individual beds! Please tell us ahead of time so we can have this extra bed ready!

A private three-bedroom sanctuary that balances a warm, rustic feel with clean, modern style to help you relax and connect with nature. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from Swan River/10 minutes from Minitonas and provides a peaceful setting close to snowmobile trails.

This tranquil bungalow features a wood stove and serene king bedroom with picturesque views. There is a workspace, wifi, fully appointed kitchen, laundry, dishwasher, bbq, yard, fire-pit, three smart TV’s and ample parking.

The space
The king bedroom is large with two windows and a 50” smart TV. The cozy second bedroom has a double bed and 30” smart TV. Third bedroom is an office space with futon that pulls out to a full bed. We add a 3” memory foam mattress topper. All beds are new and protected with mattress covers that we wash and disinfect. The living-room has a 65” Smart TV. Wifi is provided and the password is on the information sign.

There is potable filtered drinking water on the island sink (cold tap). Kitchen utensils and appliances (aside from fridge and stove) are new. Laundry machines are new. We plan to continue renovating the bathroom; the cabinet is outdated. We are dreaming of a full spa bathroom renovation!

There are scuffs on the walls and baseboards; we look forward to freshening the space with new paint! Doors and bathroom have been repainted.

We are still working on making the deck an awesome space for relaxing. It is in need of staining and a railing. Snowmobile trails are 2 miles from the property and accessible from the property through ditches.

The Airbnb borders our family acreage and we respect privacy. The area that borders a small part of our yard is fenced. The majority of our acreage does not directly border the AirBnb. I’m sure you’ll be able to hear our kids playing in the distance at times. You do not need to worry about making noise here!

The Roaring River is downhill from the Airbnb yard; that area is an extension of our acreage. There may be times we are visible from afar as we walk riverside to access our forest trails. There will be opportunities for us to negotiate providing guests times for private access to these walking trails. We plan to create new trails and a river spot exclusively for the Airbnb property!
