- "We can't begin to tell you how impressed we were with this property and the great communication we had with the property owner. It was the perfect set-up for two couples and lacked very, VERY little. It was neat and tidy and was very welcoming when we arrived. It has a beautiful feel and the location was perfect. Close to great fishing and a store when we ran low on necessities. It was also great to have AC when the temperature was 30. The Traeger bbq took some getting used to, but once we got the hang of it, our meals were Gordon Ramsay worthy! They even had two board games that we played (one of which is on its way to our home already - we loved it that much - Dice Poker). The surrounding neighbours were a lot of fun and there was enough parking on the lot to fit our boat. Thank you, Logan, for answering all of our questions immediately and for taking such good care of us! If it weren't for the 9 hour drive, we'd make this an annual event!"

Located on Crooked Lake in the picturesque Qu’Apelle Valley just 90 minutes East of Regina SK. Fully equipped modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and blender, with an abundant supply of pots and pans and dishes.
There is also a large BBQ and a deck with a fire pit. There is also a dock so you can enjoy the lake right out the lower level walkout.
We just added a hot tub with a gorgeous view of the lake!!

- "The cottage is well equipped with everything you would need. We loved the multiple outdoor setting areas.The beds were very comfortable." - "This cabin had a lot of space for us, 2 adults and 3 kids under 7. Extra items included which made things a little easier such as spices and seasonings for cooking, beach towels, plenty of dishwear. Stairs going down were a bit of a hazard for our little one so we kept that blocked off most of the time. Would be nice if had pull out couch in living room upstairs. There was a bear sighting near us while we were there so it would have been nice if the front deck by the entrance had a gate of some sort or door to lock, we had to spend extra time in the cabin due to the sighting and not wanting the risk the kids being outside."

The cabin is located on the lake. There is a gazebo over looking the lakeshore and a small deck with bbq and a fire table. The front yard is next to the water with a fire pit to enjoy sunsets and sunrises.

To provide functionality within the space we removed the door to the basement stairs. Parents with small ones please make note and let us know as a baby gate can be available.

- "We had a wonderful stay in this Yorkton home. House is well equipped with TV, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher (really nice to have that!). Bed was big and comfy and the bedroom had plenty of closet space. The backyard was big and our dog was very pleased to sniff all around it. Since it was winter, we didn't have any use for the patio area but it looked like it would probably be very nice place to hang out on summer nights. Location was great, quiet neighbourhood. Nowhere in Yorkton is much of a drive so you can get anywhere you need to go quickly. Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!"

About this space
6500sq ft 4bd log cabin. Can sleep 20+ people very comfortably with plenty of room for more. The kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots and pans etc. The house is very spacious with loads of character with the barn board doors, trim and vaulted ceiling. Great room with cozy wood burning fireplace. Large deck with gas bbq just off of dining room which seats 12. Towels and bedding are supplied. Steps away from the lake. Side yard is fenced and has a cute playhouse for children to play.

The space
Log cabin with plenty of room for large gatherings. Open concept throughout the main floor and upstairs. Multiple seating areas throughout to accomodate large parties. Plenty of natural light throughout the entire house. Air conditioning, log burning fireplace, electric fireplace, gym, sauna, tanning bed, propane fireplace, in floor heat, fully equipped kitchen, golf course near by, convenience store.

Guest access
There is a public park nearby, as well as a provincial park with newly renovated boat launch.

Other things to note
The main floor of the home includes entryway, kitchen with large island, kitchen table and breakfast bar. Large laundry room with smart steamer. Full bath with bathtub. Den has seating to enjoy around the wood burning fire place. 12 foot dining room table that seats 10+ comfortably. Livingroom with 65" smart tv.

The upstairs of the home has 2 completely separate sections:

Master bedroom side boasts a beautifully relaxed area filled with plants, plenty of windows, a large balcony with a view of the lake and propane fireplace, large king bed, 50' flatscreen smart tv. Master room also has large round nesting couch next to an electric fireplace and bookshelves with many reading books. Master bath has soaker bathtub, large his & hers closets, shower, his & hers sinks.

The other upstairs side has large washroom with a shower that has plenty of storage. Small seating area with some storage. This side of the house also has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a bunkbed. Each bed is a twin size, and a twin bed with trundle bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can also be turned into an king bed within minutes. Bedroom 3 has 1 single over double bunk bed with single trundle. Bedroom 3 also includes a loft that has an additional single bed.

In the basement, there is a large den area. There is outside access just off of the den. The basement has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a single over double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with trundle bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed. There is one bathroom in the basement aswell.
The side yard of the home has large tree house with zipline, and sandbox.

The backyard of the house faces a large public greenspace which is wonderful for large gatherings. The back deck has a propane BBQ, eating area, and fireplace patio.

The front space of the house has 2 beautiful ponds, and a front patio with seating and a small propane fireplace.

The double garage has been converted into an office space, and a spectacular large gym with a stand-up tanning bed and sauna.

Other things to note
Pets are allowed but please do not allow them on the furniture and clean up after them outside. Extra guests can be accommodated with proper notice and fees to cover any additional septic bookings this will require. Pet fee is required. Maximum of 2 pets allowed unless permision has been granted prior to arrival. All concerns must be reported within the first 3 hours of arrival.this will give you the option to relocate or cancel the remainder of your visit if you are unhappy with anything.

- "Lovely home with large gathering spaces for our family get together. We especially liked the dining table and large kitchen that could handle all of us. And there were enough bedrooms for 3 couples and 3 adult children to have their own space. We walked along the beach, and drove to the old family cabin at Round Lake. Russell had just opened the house for the season and came to fix a shower and the RO water system early on. Would recommend this home and owners to others."
