Old Stone Inn is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Estevan where guests can make the most of its free bikes and shared lounge. The bed and breakfast provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking, and free Wifi. The units come with parquet floors and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a private bathroom with bath and bathrobes. Our Loft is built above a garage.
There is 2 entry gates to get up to Loft 902. 1 way has 9 steps and then 6 more steps up to an open 14x32 covered deck or the other way only has 6 steps. Feel free to use either entry ways.
Located 2 avenues for gas, groceries, liquor and a bank.
Larger tiled walk in shower, fully loaded kitchen with an island, 2 king size bedrooms with duvets and lots of pillows if you want. Washer and Dryer in loft. Iron and board, Roku TV, free WiFi, reverse osmosis, Key-less entry, air conditioner, Large windows with lots of lighting. Gas fire place to use in the winter months.
Outside we have a gas BBQ if you ask, a small fire pit and wood, a large common area to do as you please.
I provide books, games, cards, puzzles to enjoy while you are staying.
We have added child books, a cup, plates and plastic spoons and forks.

We have just added a Generic (power station) Should never have power out!

Smoking of any kind is Not permitted in loft or on deck, but we have an area set up with ashtray next to loft!

- "As the title states a diamond in the rough. This is a great alternative to a hotel room if you are going to be in Estevan for more then 1 night. Located just off the main highway, it is easy to find and allows you to basically get anywhere you need to in Estevan quickly. The Loft itself is immaculate and very well equipped. If you are cooking, pretty much anything you need is provided in the kitchen, washer and dryer are there for use if needed also. Bedrooms are comfortable and large, only negative I would say is the blinds, I found it got to light in the bedrooms to early in the morning. Met Teresa and Lyle shortly after we arrived as they live right there. Very personable and easy to talk to and very willing to make your stay as comfortable as they can. Next time I am in town for more then one evening I will definitely being staying at the Loft again."

Providing a garden, Tight budget room for rent in my singlehouse features accommodations in Estevan. There's a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. Parking on-site is available, and the homestay provides bike rental for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. At the homestay, units are fitted with a desk. Welcome to Kenosee Lake. This is a three-bedroom beautiful rustic log cabin. Walking distance from the lake, water park and beach as well as our beautiful golf course. Other things that Kenosee has to offer is Great fishing. Miles of sled Trails and warm up shelters. Cross country ski trails. All the trails are groomed in the winter months. I may offer ice shack use for fishing on request. It's only a short drive to go enjoy White bear casino or their beautiful golf course.

There is only 6 steps to the loft or you can make it 9 more steps coming up from the garage area.

Guest access
You have access to the whole loft and deck area, as well as the side yard for outdoor grilling or relaxing. HOT TUB is NOT to be used for guests. FREE parking area on 9th avenue. Please do not park in front of garage doors!

When booking, please include the correct number of guests.
Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in loft.
We do allow visitors, however, we like to be made aware you are having visitors.
Visitors are not permitted to spend the night.

WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING of TOBACCO, VAPING or ILLICIT DRUGS in our Loft or on our Deck: $300/ assessed per situations! We do have an area set up with ashtray and seating in court room to use, just beside the stairs.

Late check- out is @ 11am, after 11am we charge $20.00 an hour more. Please ask us if available 1st!

If you borrow it - return it.
If you turn it on - turn it off.
If you break it - replace it or fix it.
If you spill - clean it up.
If you want to use it - take care of it.

We love our Loft and space that we have allowed you to enjoy it as much as we do, so please treat the Loft and our property like you would your own or better.

Unfortunately, we need to add fees for the following items if stained or lost as a courtesy to us and the guest to follow:

- BATH TOWEL-$12 CAD
- SHEET SET-$60 CAD. ( even if only one piece is damaged or lost, we need to replace the full set)
