Our Loft is built above a garage.
There is 2 entry gates to get up to Loft 902. 1 way has 9 steps and then 6 more steps up to an open 14x32 covered deck or the other way only has 6 steps. Feel free to use either entry ways.
Located 2 avenues for gas, groceries, liquor and a bank.
Larger tiled walk in shower, fully loaded kitchen with an island, 2 king size bedrooms with duvets and lots of pillows if you want. Washer and Dryer in loft. Iron and board, Roku TV, free WiFi, reverse osmosis, Key-less entry, air conditioner, Large windows with lots of lighting. Gas fire place to use in the winter months.
Outside we have a gas BBQ if you ask, a small fire pit and wood, a large common area to do as you please.

- "As the title states a diamond in the rough. This is a great alternative to a hotel room if you are going to be in Estevan for more then 1 night. Located just off the main highway, it is easy to find and allows you to basically get anywhere you need to in Estevan quickly. The Loft itself is immaculate and very well equipped. If you are cooking, pretty much anything you need is provided in the kitchen, washer and dryer are there for use if needed also. Bedrooms are comfortable and large, only negative I would say is the blinds, I found it got to light in the bedrooms to early in the morning. Met Teresa and Lyle shortly after we arrived as they live right there. Very personable and easy to talk to and very willing to make your stay as comfortable as they can. Next time I am in town for more then one evening I will definitely being staying at the Loft again."

- "The couch is very comfortable and there is a VERY large television, if you want to watch. This property is a small bachelor/studio apartment. Everything is in one area. There is a microwave and a fridge, along with the bare essentials of a VRBO. No sidewalk for an entrance, only boards. This was awkward for a lady carrying a suitcase. Backyard remains to be landscaped, so is not useable or inviting. The host expected guests to do their own dishes and remove their own garbage, but did not supply any dish towels . There is no way to regulate the temperature in this property. Everything is new and very clean."

Guest access
You will have access to your bedroom, private bathroom just outside your door, and a shared kitchen and living space. The laundry room/facilities is typically reserved for guests on longer stays but use can be arranged if requested.

During your stay
I allow ample privacy and peace to my guest. I’m usually home winding down and very quiet. I’m available to answer questions anytime throughout your stay.

Other things to note
There is some storage in totes neatly stored on one side of the bedroom closet. There should be sufficient space to keep your own belongings.

The coat closet at the entrance is NOT a shared space, sorry.

The space
Our suite has very high ceilings which really add to the spacious and bright feel of the property. Of note, the maximum number of guests is 2 given that there is one bedroom. Please note that the kitchen includes a two-burner hot plate as well as a air-fryer and other plug in appliances for your convenience - all you need to accommodate your cooking and dining needs. Further, the suite has all towels and linens and there will be a supply of laundry detergent and shower supplies for your convenience.

Guest access
The suite can be access via a digital door code which will be provided prior to check in. Please ensure the door is locked at all times while away from the suite.

Other things to note
Please note that there are four suites in the property.
There is parking for one vehicle out front and other parking on the street if need be. Please use only the LEFT side of the driveway as the right is being used. Please be courteous of others staying at the property and adhere to the stated quiet times.
Each suite has control of their own heat and there are ceiling fans and A/C in the property.
Finally, please note that the upper door in the suite is a common door between two suites and is locked from both sides. It is not to be accessed for any reason.

The space
Our upstairs suite offers street views and the convenience of both front and back entrances. Plus you'll have free plug-in parking stall right behind the building. Inside, the suite is equipped with everything you need: a kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, a coffee maker, a tea pot, a full fridge, and a stove. The livingroom boasts a small TV- perfect for streaming your Netflix or Prime TV (just program your info in!)- and a pull- out hide a bed in the livingroom. Relax in the bathroom with a shower or a deep soak in the charming clawfoot bath tub, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. The main bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed. You'll also find shared laundry facilities in the apartment hallway, just steps away. Stay comfortable year round with tenant controlled electric heating and portable AC unit for those warm summer months. For peace of mind, the suite and hallway are equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. High speed internet keeps you connected!
