This location is the best of both worlds! Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood but a quick 5 block walk to downtown. Great playground with swings and outdoor skating rink less than 2 blocks away.
THE SPACE:
A well maintained and beautiful character home built in 1912. This home has original wood throughout with new renovations in the kitchen and bathrooms in 2019. You'll find local artists featured throughout, board games, puzzles, and plenty of art supplies for young and old!
BEDROOMS:
There are 3 large bedrooms upstairs. Two of them have
brand new queen mattresses and 100% linen bedding.
The third bedroom is a baby and child friendly room complete with crib, change table, books and toys. It also has a separate work area with accessible plug ins, beverage warmer, lamp, etc. in case an office space is needed instead.
**This 3rd room can also comfortably fit a highly quality queen size inflatable mattress to sleep 1-2 more if wanted. Please note it is an additional $50 per night for this set up.**
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is stocked with pantry staples and cookware as well as pottery serving dishes and cookbooks. Equipped with microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer, oven and double sink.
In the kitchen you can expect to find:
Fair trade coffee beans, coffee grinder, french press, 10% coffee cream, various teas, spices, cooking oils, rice, pasta noodles etc.

THE SPACE
A unique home on a quiet street. The back yard faces Wakamow Valley with big open skies visible from outside and in, you can view Saskatchewan's stunning sunrises/sunsets (and may even notice a few deer passing through or sleeping in the yard).
If you're lucky, you could have a private air show from the Snowbirds as they love practising over the valley! Star gazing, storm watching and northern lights viewing encouraged!
This home has been renovated specifically for you - my guests to have a relaxing and calming experience. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and make meals from home including spices and pantry basics.
FEAURED LOCAL ARTISTS:
This past year I have set up a mini shop inside the home that features a few potters and artists from around the city and Valley. It runs on the honour system and is a great way to gift yourself or friends and family! Wrapping paper and supplies provided.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Once two separate homes, they were combined in the 1980's and expanded. Since purchasing this home in 2020, we have turned it into a duplex. Your home will be one side, with one shared wall. Our homes are completely separate with their own entrances etc. There is no access to either homes from the inside. The yard is shared but guests have multiple seating areas outside to choose from.
Feel free to explore the 2.5 lot and enjoy the garden in the summer months. There will always be wood chopped and ready for a bonfire, no matter the season :)

This unique and comfortably furnished 1913 home has 3 stories with plenty of outside decks & balconies. The entry level hosts a full kitchen, dinning room, living room, bathroom, with two main entries, plus patio doors off the dinning room to the back deck. The front of the house has unheated porch with some shelves. (This porch storage is also used by the host)
The second floor has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and laundry, brightly lit with a skylight. There is an office area with patio doors opening to a balcony. This den/office area can be set up with a twin bed upon request. The Master has a King bed with a Roko TV. The 2nd cozy bedroom has a Queen bed.
The top floor entry to the 3rd level is a shorter flight of stairs opening into the 3rd & 4th bedroom on either side of the stairwell. There is a King bed on one side & a double bed on the other. These rooms are not separated by a curtain. This loft space has its own AC system.
All sleeping areas have lamps & night stands a 2nd set of bedding as well as the bed.
The well-lit backyard provided des off street parking and access to electrical outlet. There is a large back deck with a built-in functional fireplace to enjoy a fire. A seasonal dinning area is available as well as a BBQ.

- "We had a full house of young teens for an event. We had concerns that there wasn't enough room but with the house going up instead of out it didn't feel too cramped after all unless we were all around the kitchen :) that did happen when the hunger set in lol. All in all, we appreciated the hot water that seemed endless with shower after shower. We didn't spent too much time at the house though, mainly just to sleep and clean up/reset. Their was a few quirks with an old place, it was quite cold on the main floor and warm on the second and third floor. Some things may need attention like the chair legs at the kitchen nook were on borrowed time and some of the pans were ready for replacement (there were other pans to choose, no worries). It was just like walking into grandmas home with knickknacks and things around to look at. We would returning again if we are ever in the area. "

A newly built, luxurious 2-bedroom modern farm house style apartment is situated on Carleton Street. It's in the central part of the city and close to the bus station and other nice places to visit.
It's in a very quiet and family-friendly environment. It is designed in a beautiful way to give you a home away from home experience. It's fully equipped with home appliances to help you enjoy a comfortable stay. The TV satellite works perfectly.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, food processor, coffee machine, microwave, pots and pans in different sizes, and other kitchen wares. We've made available cereal, coffee and milk to help you kickstart the next day.
Both rooms have a queen-sized bed frame and mattress. The apartment is kid-friendly. It would accommodate four (4) people.
The apartment is 10 minutes walk (3 minutes drive) from Saskatchewan Polytechnic. It is also situated around two parks where you can have fun.
The outside of the house has a sitting area for guests to have a beautiful view of the street. There is a bus stop directly behind the house.
It has a Garburator with a farmhouse sink. The house is professionally cleaned at all times. We've made available toiletries for bath needs.

We have 2 cats and at the time had 2 dogs, so imagine pet hair traveling with us! We also had proof that they were unwilling to follow up with. The building manager stood outside the apartment door while she replaced the smoke detector battery, and she would be able to state that she did not see any pets. There was also a tenant outside (a lot), and he, too, would have noticed if we had a pet. We were there for football, so there's no way we would bring any of our animals. Also, the apartment is freezing cold, even with space heaters! There were large gross stains on the couch and on the extra bedding. The kitchen was not well stocked for pots or pans. The toaster did not work, and we had to go buy tongs, toilet paper, and paper towels. After they took my whole damage deposit, we contacted VRBO. They started a case for us and literally did nothing to help us. They just thought we'd wait long enough and let it go. It's not happening! My family and I truly hope this does not happen to anyone else."

- "When we arrived there was no bedding for the couch bed, I had to go buy some even though I told the host my brother and I were renting the apartment for 2 weeks to tend to our sisters needs. The apartment was on the main floor, very close to the entry door. There is absolutely no sound proofing to the apartment and we heard every person coming or going at all times of the day or night. At the end of the 1st week I contacted the host about a mop to clean the floors and some fresh towels. He told me the unit will be cleaned after we left and that 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face cloths was enough for 2 people. . it does not have handicap accomadations at all. It served the purpose of why we were there but because of the noise and the lack of curtains to block the light from the porch light in the living room where the second bed is, I can't recommend this unit to future renters."

- "It was the loudest place I have ever stayed. It was worse than the 24/7 oil camps in fort Mac. There were people stomping around all night. Slamming the front door which shook my entire bed. I might have slept between 2-4 am m, but not well. It’s an old building with no acoustic barriers or interior insulation. I work construction at heights so being well rested is incredibly important. I had booked the apartment for three nights while I worked in town. I left after the first night and got a room at the Moosejaw inn. A very quiet comfortable option. Of course the management of the apartment was unwilling to give a refund or even to respond to my email when I told them that I moved out after the first night. "

We are thrilled to welcome you and your furry companion! Please note a pet fee of $75 per pet, along with an additional $300 deposit per pet, applies. Guests are responsible for managing all pet bathroom breaks, including those in the yard. To maintain a clean environment for all, we kindly ask that you promptly pick up any droppings; failure to do so may result in extra cleaning charges. If your pet tends to shed, please be mindful and avoid allowing them on the furnishings, as cleaning of certain fabrics can be time-consuming and costly. We also host guests with allergies, so thorough cleaning after pets is a top priority.
☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.
☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.
☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.
☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.
☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.
We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.

3 bedroom 1.5 bath house with ping pong table and air hockey table.
We have WIFI THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE and LOTS OF PARKING! 2 garage spots and 4 driveway spots. We are right on Main street in Moose Jaw. The grocery store and everything you need is within walking distance, even "The Flats" pub and all the fast food joints you'll need.
All the bedrooms come with walk in closets. The master bedroom has a wall mount TV. Living room has a TV as well. The garage is outfitted with a ping pong table and air hockey table and popcorn maker for entertainment. This house is centrally located for ease. House comes complete with central A/C for those hot summer days.
There is an office in the house WITH DESK
as well for lap top or computer setup.
This unit comes with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and CABLE TV on the living room TV only.
Both TVS are smart TVS so you can login to your own Netflix, Amazon, Disney or whatever streaming services you use.
Additional Rules:
1) Basement is not a part of the rental, nobody lives there it’s for storage
2) Pets is $10/night
3) No parties otherwise $500 fine and eviction
4) No shoes in house
5) No smoking or vaping of tobacco or any cannabis products, if we find cigarette butts or roaches around yard you will be charged $200 for clean up. If house smells you will be charged for restoration company fees.
6) No burning of incense.
7) Due to duration of stay guests must put out garbage and recycling cans weekly
8) Quiet time is 10:00pm - 7am 7 days a week including holidays.
9) Any movies/services ordered from the cable services will be an extra charge
10) Must disclose all people staying at unit
11)Please use makeup remover to remove your makeup, not our towels, otherwise we will charge you.

Clifton Hall is located blocks from historic downtown in the picturesque Avenues and is one of Moose Jaw’s grandest and oldest homes. This unit is on the 2nd floor & is spacious enough to sleep 6.
The great room includes a plush sectional for you to unwind watching the 50" TV with premium cable incl Netflix or reading a book to relax, as well as a queen size bed. A small kitchenette & tableware are provided for your convenience. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double. Each bed has charging stations, premium Endy mattresses & linens.
The spa like bathroom contains a stand alone shower, a claw foot tub, dual vanities and premium linens.
There is an attached sunroom as well as a library containing hundreds of novels and some board games for your enjoyment.
