Small families or work groups of no more than four persons would be quite welcome to stay with us. There is a parking lot in the building.

- "We thought we had booked an entire home as that is what the ad stated right under the photo of the home entrance on VRBO. However it was only 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which were clean. We determined that the house was NOT in the area the map showed it in, nor were certain amenties there when we arrived such as plates, cutlery, coffee cups etc. These were delivered later. Access to the two bedrooms at the top of the stairs was open to anyone in the suite below as there was no way to secure our space. We could lock the door to our bedroom while sleeping however, were unable to secure our belongings as there was no key to unlock the bedrooms if we locked them and left. When asked, the owner stated "I have no idea where the key is". We had plans for a coffee visit with friends that weekend at the house but had to make other arrangements as there was no house. We had no control of the heat and it was TOO HOT to sleep. VRBO advertises INCESSANTLY about their rentals being whole homes. This listing was advertised as ENTIRE HOME, and charged a whole home price per night. Other listings in Brandon that were just bedrooms were 70% less per night than this one. We left after the first night. ALWAYS confirm with the hosts EXACTLY what to expect and not to just believe what VRBO OR THE AD STATES. After contacting VRBO regarding the above we were told the ad was accurate, IT MOST SURELY WAS/IS NOT. If wanting only a bedroom/bath then this is for you."

Built in 1907, this Heritage Home has been updated with contemporary character, while maintaining much of it's charm. The property has 3 story's with 3 self contained, private airBNB suite on each floor. The entire property is 3400 sq feet.

This 1 bedroom suite, 600 square foot suite is fully self contained with private entry from shared foyer. It's furnished with all NEW furniture (07/19), comfortable queen bed. *stand up shower, no bathtub.

Newly renovated space for your comfortable stay while in Brandon. The property is quiet, clean and close to many amenities in Brandon. Parking is available at the back. This one bedroom suite is on the top floor. The suite comes equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, stove, fridge, freezer, programmable coffee maker, and everything you need to make a nice meal at home.

If you plan to bring your fur baby, he or she is welcome but there will be an additional $25 fee for his or her stay. Please clean up after him or her each time they go outside. *at booking, let me know you have a pet or two and adjust the number of guests as to trigger the additional pet fee to accommodate your fur baby(s).

The suite is located in the basement of a two suite property.
When you walk into the suite, you'll be on a landing so to speak, and will immediately go down a full flight of carpeted stairs. The kitchen will be to your right and the bathroom to your left. If you walk ahead you'll walk into the one bedroom that's in the suite.

I've set up a queen in the living room because often a one bedroom suite is requested for two people who don't necessarily want to sleep in the same bed, so this is solution. The space is about 700 square feet so roomy enough for a couple people, and although it sleeps 4, might feel cramped as such if you plan to spend alot of time at the property.

You'll enter the suite from the left (North) side of the property, so please park in the space available directly in front of the garage. Your plug in the winter is also on the exterior of the garage. DO NOT plug into the exterior wall of the house as that plug is for the main floor guests.

Guest access
You will have access to the back yard if you like, but do keep in mind so will the main floor suite guests, so essentially the back yard is considered a shared space.

You're basement suite is for your use exclusively and no other guests will have access.

Stairs are unavoidable on this property, so do make sure to note that prior to booking as this is a basement suite.

This cozy little 500 sq ft completely renovated 2 bedroom home is located in the East End of Brandon, just off 1st and Rosser. This house is quiet and perfect for long term stays. But is also great if you want a place with a kitchen, living room and the feel of home while away from home.

The space
The bedrooms are smaller but they fit a Queen and a Double so the bed sizes are decent, just not a lot of room in the bedrooms other than that. The living room is cozy and we have a Nintendo clone and Chromcast TV for your enjoyment.

You have access to the entire house including the basement. Which is laundry, half bath and a common area.
