Outside: The house has a large backyard including a hot tub available for guests to enjoy. While there is a garage on-site, the garage is not available for guest use at this time.

Parking: The driveway can accommodate 3+ vehicles. While the driveway is adjoined with the neighbor's, please avoid using their side of the driveway.

The Space:
Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy your time in the Fargo Moorhead area. Our house features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining room and multiple livings rooms and study areas. There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 sets of twin bunk beds, so there's room for 12 people easily! We have a game room in the basement as well! Additionally, we have everything you need for traveling with kids, including a pack and play and kids toys.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house and garage minus a locked storage area where we keep supplies.

The Neighborhood:
We're located on the eastern edge of West Fargo. It is a quiet, safe, single family home neighborhood. Sanford Medical Center is a 5 minute drive. The Scheels Arena is about 7 minutes down the road. We're located just a few blocks from I-94 and I-29 for easy access to the rest of Fargo Moorhead, the Airport, and NDSU.

Getting Around:
There's plenty of room in the driveway and garage for your vehicles!

- "Three families were traveling from Indiana to West Fargo for a swim meet, and decided to rent a home for the week rather than stay in a hotel. This home was perfect! It was in a quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood, but close to the interstate and downtown, and only minutes from shopping, restaurants and the aquatic center. With five bedrooms (including a bunk room), two full baths, a big laundry room, kitchen and eating area, theater room in the basement and a sun porch, it was perfect for the five adults and three teens who shared the home! In the evenings, we made dinner and enjoyed sitting out on the patio or playing corn hole. The home was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. And when we needed to arrive earlier than we anticipated, the owners very graciously changed the lock so that we could get into the property. This was the best experience we've ever had an at "away" swim meet, and we cannot recommend this home enough for anyone whose travels take them to the Fargo area!"

• Enjoy full access to the house during your stay, including the heated two-stall garage.

• There is a linen closet located in the basement we keep locked for cleaning supplies. We also keep the door under the stairwell locked as it houses the water heater and sump pump.

• I will message you the day before your arrival with all the check-in details including the address and keycode to access the house. Please note this keycode ONLY works on the front door.

• The side door off of the garage automatically locks after 10 minutes. You are unable to re-access through this door if locked. Please be sure to know your access code for the front door for entry into the home.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and established. There are walking trails nearby as well as two parks.

Just off of 52nd Ave South you will find yourself just minutes away from a plethora of area attractions, Sanford and Essentia Hospitals, interstate, shopping centers, restaurants, bars and so much more.

Getting Around:
You’re welcome to bring your car(s) and park in the two-stall garage as well as in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the side street, but it is first come first served and shared with the neighbors.

Uber and Lyft are both available options for ride share.

There is also public transportation available in the form of busing and taxi services.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

• All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents.

• There are two exterior security cameras on the property. One facing the side street off the front door and one facing the driveway. These are for your protection and to ensure our cleaners and handymen have prepared the property for you. If you touch or tamper with either of the cameras you will be asked to leave immediately.

• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond my control.

• Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave immediately.

• We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and coffee. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay.

PARKING:
You may use the garage for your parking needs. It is fully heated during the winter months so we ask that you keep the garage door closed at all times.

There is room for additional parking in the driveway. Please note that we do share this space with the neighbor attached to us, so please only utilize our half of the unit for parking.

If additional parking is needed you are able to park along the side the road on 50th avenue.

You're welcome to bring your vehicle(s) and park in the over-sized two-stall garage as well as in the driveway. The driveway can hold up to 4 cars. Additional parking is available on the side street, but it is first come first served and shared with the neighbors.

Lyft and Uber are both available options for ride share.

Public transportation is also available in the form of taxi services.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

• There are two external security cameras on the property. One is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door. It faces the sidewalk entryway and city street. The second security camera is located at the garage and faces the driveway and city street. These are for your protection and to ensure our cleaners and handymen have prepared the property for you.
• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond my control.
• Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave immediately.
• We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and coffee. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay.

The unit is located within a duplex with UPPER & LOWER apartments both used exclusively as Airbnb rentals. Unit #1 is the lower unit apartment. The property is 121 yrs strong, newly remodeled from ceiling to floor. Located in the historic Hawthorne area, 15 min walk/4 min drive to downtown Fargo. Quick access to Hwy-94 & I-29 for easy commute. Great space for the business traveler(s) solo or group traveler(s) and those visiting family or friends. Each unit has 1 garage/1 driveway parking space.

I travel often myself and have tried to incorporate things that have helped me along in my travels. There are board games and a free library set up in each unit. Brochures & pamphlets highlighting some of Fargo's best features. Both units are Airbnb exclusive units so your neighbor is a fellow traveler. The property was originally built in 1898, which makes it 121 years strong! Later converted into two separate apartments. The property is located in the beautiful historic Hawthorne neighborhood mixed with single family homes, multi-family properties and small local businesses. It's a great neighborhood to walk around in and get a sense of the Fargo community.

There are shared unlocked garage & driveway spaces located in the rear of the duplex off University Drive S. Each unit will have 1 garage space & 1 driveway space available to use and is marked accordingly. There is also street parking available surrounding the duplex. Please DO NOT park in the next-door neighbor’s driveway located on 2nd Ave S, thank you!
Other things to note
This property was built in 1898 - that’s right she is 124 years strong! With that being said her plumbing is a bit sensitive so please treat her kindly and ONLY put liquids & toilet paper 🧻 in her pipes. Please discard food, tampons, pads, flushable & non-flushable wipes and condoms in the trash bin 🗑 provided.

Water pressure might be limited during laundry cycles for BOTH units’ kitchen sinks & showers. Please be kind to yourself & other the unit and do your laundry in OFF-PEAK usage hours.

This place is close to the interstate, grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants. You will have a private room with queen bed, full access to kitchen, laundry, living room, satellite tv, bathroom, and clean linens and towels. I also have a deck for lounging, reading, or grilling; along with a fire ring in the backyard and firewood if you’re interested in having a campfire. The free breakfast consists of coffee, multiple cereal choices, toast/English muffins, and fresh fruit when available.

The space
Swing by the grocery store a couple blocks away and you are free to use any pots/pans/dishes to cook your own food if you like. You may also keep food in the fridge or freezer. The grill out on the deck may be used and the tv is there for you to watch and lounge as well. Basically upon arriving or after booking I will inform you of the two bedrooms I wish to keep private and the rest of the place is yours to use. I just ask you clean up after yourself. There are three bedrooms in this unit. One is a room I keep my fishing equipment, one is mine, and the other is for Airbnb. I’m basically here just to sleep. I’m typically out working on some project in the garage, at my job, or out fishing somewhere. I try to give you the entire place as much as I can.

15-20min drive from all major hospitals. Perfect spot to get a good night’s rest, kick back and watch a movie, or go for a walk in a nice, safe neighborhood. Enjoy a ‘home away from home’ in our cozy, peaceful, and youthful living space. The room for rent is on the top floor of a 1680 SQ ft split-level home. We (the owners) are a married couple in our mid-20’s, and we love going out to trivia with friends, playing recreational volleyball, and doing most any outdoor activity. We have always had friends stay with us as roommates, so we’d love to host you for stays two weeks or more!

This 1 1/2 story 1917 bungalow offers a clean comfortable 2nd floor bedroom with an attached shared sitting room/play area. This comfy bedroom has a queen sized bed and an additional twin bed, so it can accommodate one to three people.

We prefer longer term guests, and often host travel nurses and other temporary workers. We are currently accepting minimum 2-day stays.

The space
There is plenty of private space in the Bungalow Bedroom. The door can be locked. The attached sitting room is shared space with a desk, small refrigerator, microwave, a day-bed, rocking chairs, games, and toys.

The guest suite has two guest rooms, and is well insulated and comfortable in summer and winter. Air conditioning is available, or windows may be opened to enjoy Fargo’s summer breezes. Each room has its own thermostat to control the heat during the colder months.

A 30” television in the bedroom receives about 15 local broadcast channels and is also ChromeCast enabled.

Guest access
Main floor spaces available to guests include the bathroom, sunny enclosed front porch, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen and dining room may be used for coffee, tea, drinks, snacks, and a light breakfast. A water heating kettle, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee, tea, and granola are available. Guests may use the kitchen to make sandwiches and salads, but using the range for cooking meals or baking is not an option unless specifically authorized for long-term guests. Ice is available in the fridge. Guests are welcome to use the patio and yard. Activities and noise levels must be respectful of the household and neighbors. Smoking is permitted outside.

During your stay
Russell and/or Colleen may or may not be available to assist or interact with guests. We'd love to meet you and get to know you and share our love and knowledge of the area, but if you'd prefer to have time to yourself we will certainly respect that. Availability can be discussed before or upon arrival.

Other things to note
A shared bath in this historic home is important to note. We are accustomed to this, but some guests may not be. Guests and hosts share the bathroom. That is typically not a problem. We just want you to be aware you do not have your own private bathroom. The tub/shower is a 100 year old clawfoot cast iron type. Users must be agile enough to step over the side of the tub. A pitcher of water and bowl are provided in the room for taking care of minimal toiletries if the bathroom is occupied.

The space
Our house is located close to a major state university (NDSU) and healthcare facility (Sanford Health) as well as walking distance to Fargo downtown restaurants, breweries and boutiques. It is also a short drive to 2 other major higher education institutions (Concordia and MSUM in Moorhead) as well other technical schools. A major shopping center (West Acres) is a 15 minute drive away as well as easy access to the interstate system.

The living space is shared with us and we are happy to socialize when we are available and according to our guests' preference. The bedroom and bathroom can be closed off as a private suite with sliding doors in a small hall that connects the two rooms.
