This is a very cozy room, lower level of a family house. Everything included. No kitchen, but there is hot water,microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, gym etc

My place is close to the city center, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).
The space
The apartment is a converted mother-in-law suite that is attached to the main house but has its own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is COZY. About 400 square feet. So hopefully you're quite comfortable with your co-traveler if you aren't a solo traveler. Also you won't have to worry about parking as you'll get your own garage to park in!
Guest access
We have keyless entry into the home, so if you need to arrive late then no worries. On or before your arrival date, you will receive an access code that will gain you entry into the place.
Other things to note
The apartment is attached to the main house. But for sharing a wall, the two spaces are completely separate - separate entrances, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. It is possible that both places can be booked at the same time.
While you're in Fargo go out and enjoy what the town has to offer! But in the event the weather backfires or you'd just like some down time in, we have a Roku so you won't have to miss any of your favorite shows.
