It was very quaint and inviting. I used to live in Morden and as a kid, I always wanted to go into this elegant‘mansion’. Well I finally had the opportunity and there was no disappointment. The space is 1100 square feet, fully equipped basement suite with a private guest entrance. It is located on a fenced 2.75 acre country property with lovely trees; and a creek and woods to stroll in; there is a queen sized memory foam mattress on a lovely new bed; etc.; newly build "galley" kitchen with appliances and dishes and cookware; private living room with flat screened TV and Tubi movies; private bathroom with tub and shower and complimentary shampoo and soap etc; private laundry facility; private guest entrance; lovely fenced acreage; horses and dogs to pet; two miles of hiking trails behind our property with a meandering creek; fruit orchard and grape vines; a view of the beautiful Pembina Hills Escarpment; 10 minutes to Morden and 15 minutes to Winkler both small cities with everything; a work space desk and chair for your private office; etc.

- "The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. I felt welcomed and loved the location. I would recommend" - " I had the pleasure of staying at Pamela's B&B from May 20-27. As I was being dropped off and then picked up at the end of my stay, it was important to find a place with access to meals as well as things to do on/around the property. I had private quarters in the home's lower level. The surroundings included a nice 4 piece bathroom as well as a rustic bedroom and livingroom/kitchenette/laundry area. The kitchenette included a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. A shared fridge is located on the main level. The living room area had a couch, easy chair, coffee table, record player, record collection, T.V. & VHS player and very large movie collection. Netflix is available but you must bring your own laptop to access. I had all but one of my breakfasts in the kitchenette area and happily read or watched movies when I desired time to myself. Since Pamela's meal rates are so reasonable, I requested she provide me with lunches and suppers. I enjoyed fantastic meals in the beautiful sunroom, with her homemade soup, Mennonite comfort foods, and homemade pies being highlights. One day she made me a picnic lunch which I enjoyed on the barn's second floor deck which overlooks forest greenery. I relished in the fresh country air, sounds from neighbouring farms, walks down the country roads/forest trails, and getting involved with the dogs, new litter of puppies, and two Arabian horses. On another day Pamela was generous enough to give me a tour of both Morden and Winkler. If you are looking for a time of serenity at a place with basic and comfortable accomodations which is run by generous and down to earth hosts, this is the B&B for you. "

We are located near the VBs entertainment centre, with plenty of restaurants nearby. ( KFC, Mr mikes, Burger King, Wendy’s, A&W , Chucks, Ralph’s German restaurant and buttercup. For fun : The meridian exhibition & golf course are about 4 minutes away, winners & landmark cinema are in the southland mall.

The space
Our property is situated in a developing bay. Construction is ongoing at this time, street is in a quiet area. Due to the construction there is parked vehicles on side of road & workers at sites. Noise is minimal and still plenty of parking. We do have a large driveway with a side parking area as well.
