A new queen-sized bed awaits you, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the queen-sized pull-out sofa promises additional comfort. Welcome to Fern Beach Hideaway on Lake Melissa! This new construction 2 bed, 1 bath is an above-garage unit next to main house of owners. It is well-appointed w/ new stainless appliances, 2 queen beds, TV's in main living room & bedrooms. Keurig coffee & maker in breakfast bar w/ dining table.
Other outdoor amenities are a wood burning firepit, hammock, private propane BBQ grill, lilly pad, standup paddle board, kayak, private outdoor dining table/chairs and a dock for swimming or to fish.
The space
This is a 2 bed, 1 bath unit above garage and there are stairs to access it. This neighbors the main house occupied by the owners.
Guest access
You’ll have access to shared outdoor living space of: grass front yard, yard games (supplied), wood-burning fire pit, hammock, deck, patio furniture, propane grill, beach and water front, kayak, standup paddle board, and sand toys.
A pontoon boat rental is also available for rent at $350/day. Includes gas and life jackets.
No tents or campers without pre-approval as parking may be limited from time to time.
