Downtown Maple Lake has Kings 46 a beautiful vintage style wine bar and Irish Blessing coffee house. Nearby Buffalo offers a walkable scenic downtown and lake walk with park and splash pad. Family friendly, What's the Scoop ice cream shop, Forget Me Not Café, Buffalo Books and Coffee are all close together and offer something for everyone. Adults will enjoy Lillian’s wine bar, Hayes Public House and Tap Room, Muffy's basement, and J's Down Under. Buffalo is a popular destination for it's many specialty shops and occasional sales.

- "This was a nice getaway from the cities for a few days. Although it rained the whole time it was very relaxing and had a nice fenced yard for our dogs! Thanks for letting us stay it was a pleasure!" - "Mark and Maria provided a perfect getaway for our family and friends. The view of Maple Lake is gorgeous and the downhill walk to the dock was manageable, even for my torn miniscus. We brought 3 kayaks and an SUP for 4 people, and Mark loaned us a personal kayak so we could all be more comfortable on the water. The kitchen was well-equipped. My friends' exact quote: "They literally have everything!". The dining room table sat 8 comfortably when we had guests come over for dinner, and the gas grill is huge. We made 15 burgers at once. The beds were decent for a cabin. Although we never had more than 4 sleeping on a night, there was certainly room for more, and the dogs had plenty of space to settle in comfortably on the couch, which is covered with a blanket. That helped me feel less guilty about the shedding. The best part of the trip was the lake. We spent the majority of our time either in the water, on the dock, or on the deck overlooking the lake. There was minimal traffic on the road between the house and the lake, and as I mentioned before, the stairs down were easy to manage for my town miniscus. The only caution I would put out here is bring drinking water if you don't tolerate well water, and there are some plants in the fenced in yard that are not dog-friendly. As log as you pay attention to your dogs while they are doing their business, everything should be fine. 100 percent will be renting again. Such a lovely, peaceful week for my family and friends. The water is clean and clear with a sandy shoreline, just feet from the house. All linens, including bath towels and beach towels are provided. All cooking utensils, dishware, blankets, bedding, etc. is provided. Just pack your swim suit and sun-screen and head to the lake!

We have a metal dock, including sitting bench for your use. Fire pit with wood provided and gas grill with gas provided, as well, to make your vacation as easy and carefree as possible. If you are interested in renting a boat, pontoon or jet-ski, please inquire, as we can recommend rental companies in the area.

Owner's attention to detail was amazing. The home is beautiful, functional, great view to a clear lake that was the perfect temp for some record heat! My family is from PA and we usually go to OBX annually. None of those rentals included the amenities and level of stuff to keep the whole family entertained. I can't recommend this place enough, it's stellar. If I ever get the chance to come back to MN in the summer I would absolutely rent this cabin again if available. Welcome to the Beach House!!

This little piece of heaven is just what you've been looking for...and it is less than a one hour drive from the Twin Cities!!

It is the perfect place for families to relax, reconnect and have a whole lot of fun!!

The cabin has been stylishly decorated. You will feel the beachy vibes the minute you walk through the door.

There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a large fridge, oven/stove, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc.

There is also a brand new gas grill and a Blackstone on the deck that you are welcome to use! There's nothing better than cooking breakfast on the Blackstone while looking at the beautiful lake!

The Outdoor space is where it's at! There are 2 large decks with plenty of seating, tables and space to share outdoor meals, 2 cement patios, 2 fire pits, and a comfy outdoor couch with an umbrella providing the perfect place to read or sneak in an afternoon nap.

The sandy beach is likely where you will want to spend most of your time!

We even have a kayak, canoe, 2 paddle boards, a water carpet, paddle boat and a swimming raft that you are welcome to use!

Fun things to do:

• If you bring your boat, make sure to go through the channel to Little Maple, anchor & float in the “Swimming Hole”. It’s a perfect place to chill on the water carpet! There are two public launches on the lake, the larger one is located on Hwy 55 and a smaller launch is on Hwy 37.

The best fishing spots : 🎣
• Bass and crappies and sunfish: right off our dock! Cast towards the swimming platform, the neighbors dock or drop a line right under our dock
• Walleye: directly across just off the point (so we’ve been told, we still haven’t caught one ourselves ) 😂

• Our favorite paddling route is to the point which is to the right when you are looking at the water. There is a great sandbar to hang out on and you
can walk around and check out the big lake

- "The Beach House was great for our 2 kids, us parents, and a friend. Great dock fishing and water toys were awesome!" - "Wonderful place close to the cities. Lake life with tons of extra things (black stone grill and water toys). Even had neighbors who offered to take our kids fishing. Lots of stairs to get to water, but worth it. Wonderful stay for anyone looking for a getaway." - "Our family of 5 enjoyed our time at The Beach House. The lake had everything we wanted. We were able to catch different types of fish off the dock and the raft. The paddle boards, kayak, water carpet and raft got a ton of use. The adults enjoyed the shaded deck by the lake where we were able to keep an eye on the kids while relaxing. The only con to the outdoor space was the number of stairs (35ish) between the lake and the cabin. The first night I made at multiple trips back and forth getting things but was smarter the next day and loaded everything we could need up in a big bag. Then we only had to trek back up to the cabin to use the bathroom and eat meals. Just something to be aware of if you have tiny kiddos. Our 4 year old did fine as long as he wasn't carrying anything. We used the table on the deck for all of our lunches and dinners with ease. There were multiple trays and large cutting boards available to carry things in and out. Nightly fires with smores were a great little treat before bed. The cabin itself was a bit smaller than expected but still worked well for our family of 5. We do wish there would have been bathroom washcloths and a throw blanket or two in the living room would have been great. We were surprised to find the beds unmade upon arrival. They all had clean bedding folded neatly on each bed but we were not prepared to run around making beds when we got there. As expected with a cabin in a wooded area on a lake, there were lots of bugs both inside and out. Not a big deal for the most part but something to be mindful of if you have a fear of spiders. We saw loons and a ton of chipmunks that would come right up on the deck. We had fun making up names for them and watching them scurry around. The Beach House was exactly what our family needed to get away for a few days before going back to school. We would recommend this space to anyone looking to spend time outside on the lake. We will likely be back at some point in the future."

Beautiful 4 Bedroom cabin on Lake Pulaski. 3 Levels with 3 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom on the upper level. 1st bedroom 2 bunk beds, 2nd bedroom 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed, 3rd bedroom 1 bunk bed, 1 queen bed. The upper level sleeps 9 comfortably. The Middle level has a master bedroom with queen bed and 1 bathroom. Kitchen and dining are on middle level with TV and beautiful views of the lake with deck access. Lower level has TV and living room with access to lower deck which leads to 90 feet of beach on the lake. There are 3 Kayaks and 2 paddle boards to use. Boat and Pontoon rental is available at boat landing. Lifejackets available at cabin. Fishing poles and tackle will be provided.
We are requiring a 5 night minimum.

Our Deer Jess Cottage is on Deer Lake and we are just minutes from downtown Buffalo where you will find restaurants, antiques, shopping, brewery, wine bar, ice cream shop, and Wright County parks for great winter and summer sports, hiking and more. We are also not far from Hanover, Delano, Maple Lake, Monticello, Annandale and downtown Minneapolis which offer even more options. Deer Lake is great for fishing both summer and winter! On nice weather days, a paved path only a half mile away takes you right into downtown Buffalo.

Our cottage is a great home away from home with many amenities. The main floor includes a full kitchen (no dishwasher), primary bedroom with queen bed and Roku TV, half bath (toilet & sink only), coffee station, breakfast/snack bar with seating for 3 and a large dining table with seating for 6. The living room is all set to take in the awesome views of the lake. The fireplace is not operable for use.
The walkout lower level includes a family room to enjoy the 55” smart Roku TV, 2 queen beds and a 3/4 bath with shower. Note that the lower level has an open concept and the beds/sleeping area is not private and is open to the sitting area.

Note----the cottage is not handicap accessible as there are a couple steps onto the deck to enter the home and a staircase to the lower level to the family room, 3/4 bath and walkout to the lower patio. There is also a staircase down to the lake.

This cottage is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed. We have great neighbors and want everyone to be courteous to them so prefer quiet time from 9PM to 8AM.

No pets allowed and no smoking or vaping inside the cottage or outside on the premises. NOTE: There is an outdoor security camera used to protect the property.

For warm weather enjoyment we have two kayaks and a paddleboat available for you to explore Deer Lake and neighboring Buffalo Lake.
There is a public boat landing only a short distance from the cottage. The dock is installed in the spring and removed in the fall based on lake levels, weather and manpower permitting.

For winter family fun there is ice skating rink on Buffalo lake, sledding hill at Buffalo Heights golf course and downhill skiing at Powder Ridge in Kimball. There are multiple county parks close by including Bertram Regional Park, Stanley Eddy Regional Park and Baker Park Reserve offer groomed cross country trails less than 30 min away!

- "It was such a lovely 4 days in Buffalo. We have stayed in many VRBO properties, but Leanne and Tonya have given this one many personal touches. The entire cottage speaks 'welcome' the minute you walk in the door. Leanne was super helpful whenever I contacted her. When we were having trouble figuring out the Roku stick so my husband could watch the golf tournament, she came over with her granddaughter and helped us figure it out. As for the cottage itself, it fit our needs perfectly and we loved every minute of staying here."

Located in old downtown Buffalo, this beautiful building was built in 1894 as Buffalo State Bank. The retail space is now a fine art gallery. The darling kitchen with island seating for 3, has most everything you need to feel like you are at home. The intimate living room setting with the gas fireplace and 50" inch TV, is perfect for watching movies after a day on the lake. Combined duo washer/dryer and updated tiled bathroom completes your relaxing lake get away.

Guest access
Entire cabin and described lake area is yours to enjoy. The cabin is across a small road from the lake on a peninsula with unobstructed lake views all around. It has a small sandy boat launch and beach with dock. You can launch the kayaks, dock your boat and tie up to the dock.

There is room to park. Depending on your interests, you may find that you don't need your car during your stay because so much is within walking distance.

Occasional Shops are open some weekends for shopping. Check our the city of Buffalo & Chamber of Commerce calendars for open shop weekend dates & for events at Sturges Park, within walking distance, connected by the Lake Walk.

Walk to Buffalo Books & coffee for coffee, or get a caramel roll at ‘BJ's deli.’ Pick up fresh sandwiches for a picnic from ‘Gather’ or ‘Evelyn’s’ & then walk a few blocks to the Parkshore Pavillion to rent kayaks, paddleboats or a pontoon (call for reservations). Saturday mornings the Farmer's Market is open, then walk to Abundant Kitchen’s crepe pop up for delicious crepes.

The space
The Boathouse is the ultimate ‘glamping’ (glamour camping) space! Relax on the couch and relax with a movie or look out of the French doors to see a beautiful lake view complete with a firepit area with supplied firewood. We would describe our lake as an activity lake- kayaking, fishing, canoeing. NEARBY, (less than 5-10 minutes away) are two lovely swimming beaches.

The cozy studio space is wonderfully inviting with red brick walls, open rafters to the vaulted ceiling, and lots of charm! A beautiful four-poster queen-sized bed will help you relax, cuddle and snooze while listening to the birds in the trees and rain on the roof (weather permitting).

Cool weather? We have a 50,000 BTU propane gas heater in the boathouse to warm it up for Airbnb guests during colder weather. The front has a 'fire-like' look to add to the cozy ambiance.

Warm weather? A large oscillating fan, a box fan, a bedside table individual fans & a whole house fan to pull the hot air off the ceiling and a freestanding air conditioner all to make you more comfortable.

Our unique OUTDOOR bathroom facilities have a fun twist that makes the experience ‘rustic’ and the perfect ‘Glamping’ time.

PLEASE NOTE- ‘1/2 bath’ includes our OUTDOOR shower and portable OUTDOOR potty.

The OUTDOOR shower is attached to the side of the main house. Don’t worry about privacy, we have barriers up to make you feel comfortable.

There is NO RUNNING WATER inside the boathouse. We have a water setup in the dressing room for brushing teeth or washing your face . We have drinking water in the fridge and jugs of spring or distilled water for coffee.

During warm weather...
Our outdoor shower with porcelain sink, and displayed ‘art’ with soft lights (so you can see easily in the darkness)… nighttime can’t be missed. Our guests agree that rustic ‘glamping’ with outdoor showering (attached to the main house- plenty private) in this space is unexpectedly wonderful, liberating, and beautiful.

All-weather...
We have contracted to with the ‘Mini Biff’ (OUTDOOR -BATHROOM aka POTTY )
company that is completely serviced ONCE per week. This includes a complete wipe down and fresh holding tank water, chemicals, etc. Little lanterns on the entryway bench can help navigate your trip to the bathroom in the dark.

The Deer Lake Public Boat Access is right next to our property to easily launch and land your boat. We have a canoe, a paddle boat, and two kayaks to use. If you are looking for a more traditional swimming beach, we are less than 5 minutes from Buffalo Lake- Sturges Park’s beach. We are about 7 minutes from Lake Pulaski, spring fed lake in the heart of Buffalo.

Self check-in is available with a keypad and code. A quick tour is available to get familiar with the spaces.

The "Loony Lodge" is the first of our 2 gorgeous and relaxing lakeside getaways nestled on a private 6-acre Hobby-Farm retreat. One bedroom with a comfy King bed, second bedroom with cozy queen, and a huge King living room sleeper sofa completes your sleeping arrangements.

Large outdoor wrap around deck has multiple tables suitable for group meals, conversations and watching spectacular sunsets. Outdoor gas grills for simple meals and acres of flat lawn area for yard games with the kids. Of course, campfire pits can be found around the place and plenty of wood to burn is conveniently available on-site.

Relax. We also have an adjacent property which accommodates our primitive camp sites- where kids love to pitch a tent in the woods (and get away from their parents;-) Message us for more details.

Adjacent to the Loony Lodge there rests an absolutely gorgeous studio home called our "Cozy Cottage". This stunner sleeps an additional 5 Guests which is also included in your booking reservation.

Both cabins have stunning custom-built cabinets, hand-shaven ceilings, modern kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. Complete with granite countertops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors and heated ceramic tile, the only thing missing is YOU.

The Fin & Feather Lodge is a friendly property that is fortunately located on a great fishing lake. With our generous outdoor spaces, you can learn how to Float & Fish in the front, and Farm in the back.

To provide our Guests with a great stay, you may see one of the local Cowboys, Guides, or other top-notch Teammates working from time to time to help things run smoothly and keep the entire property maintained.

Guest access
Once outside of our home, Guests are able to enjoy the entire 200 feet of lakeshore, dock, fenced-in area, firepit, and roam the entire property, excluding the detached pole barn.

Other things to note
**DOGS are allowed at a rate of $150/dog/stay**

Two (2) dog limit and these rules must be followed:

1. No dogs on ANY beds or furniture. If your dog is used to that at home, please bring blankets or covers from home to cover the furniture.
2. Kennel your dog when away from the house.
3. Give frequent potty breaks to avoid accidents in the home. If there is an accident inside, please do your best to clean it up and let us know.
4. Must pick up after your dog in the yard.
5. Please don’t leave your dog unattended on the decks, docks, or patios so that it barks.
6. You are responsible for any damage to the property caused by your dog, and we thank you in advance for understanding.

**NO SMOKING INDOORS**
This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, marijuana, and e-cigs/vapes. Smoking must be away from open doors and windows. You must pick up any cigarette butts or other smoking debris when smoking outside.

If we find any evidence of smoking inside, a $1,000.00 smoking fee will be assessed, plus the cost to remove the smoke smell.

**EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT**
Available on a case-by-case basis. If able to provide early check-in or late check-out, the fee is $100/hour. When you request either option, please identify exactly the specific time you are seeking.

**Outdoor Space**
Step outside to the scenic, private, large, flat, and fenced-in areas where you can go explore the 6-acre Farm, or grill and chill on the deck. It’s a great spot for kids to play, or for you to relax and soak up the sun. This property is also dog-friendly, allowing your pet to run freely around the fenced-in back yard area giving our Guests additional "traveling peace of mind" for their 4-legged friends.

With easy access to the cities of both Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can enjoy the vibrant culture, arts, and attractions of both downtowns. The airport is so conveniently close that you'll want to make sure you don't miss out on the Mall of America, local breweries, museums and so much more!

• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
