We offer a spacious guest home amongst the rolling prairie hills of Herschel, Saskatchewan. This beautiful home is a private and comfortable space that is the perfect place for gatherings, making connections and building memories. The Retreat House is a great spot to host your immediate or extended families, gather with close knit friends or host small community groups and retreats.

This is a 1 1/2 storey home (1351sq/ft) with a finished basment (896 sq/ft). The property is situated on 2 acres of well maintained green space. We offer plenty of room to run and wander about, star gaze, play family games, enjoy nature or just relax near the fire. There is also plenty of room to park an RV if you would like to host a small family reunion, anniversary or milestone birthday (please send a inquiry if for this type of gathering).

We now have wifi available! Also the rate is $270 weekend (Fri/Sat/Stats) and $200 week day (Sun-Thurs) CDN if there is a lower rate that is the USD price. We can easily accommodate more than 10 guests, especially if small children are staying. We say 10 guests as this is the most comfortable arrangement in the house if everyone would like their own bed. Please send a request if you would like a quote for more than 10 guests.

This home is centrally located in Saskatchewan and Canada, so a great location for guests to meet in the middle. Herschel is about a 20 minute drive from Rosetown, 45 minutes to Kindersley, 90 minutes from Saskatoon, and about 100 minutes from the Battlefords.

The village of Herschel is in a picturesque setting where the Coal Mine Ravine joins the Eagle Creek valley. The beautiful hills surrounding Herschel were once the home to the Blackfoot and GrosVentres First Nations. Ancient Echoes Interpretive Centre is a short 2 minute walk from our property and gives excellent tours.

It is a great place to come for a vacation. It has been completely renovated. The cabin is completely furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It has living room and 2 bedrooms each has double bed. Comfortable sleeps 4 people. Bedding and towels are provided.

Modern kitchen includes fridge, 2 portable induction cooktops , microwave, toaster oven, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pots & pans etc. that you should need to run the kitchen. Kitchen cloths and dish soap will be supplied.
1 Bathroom: -toilet tissue is supplied -sink, shower, toilet.
All of the comforts of home including selection of movies, stereo, DVD player, books and games, washer/dryer (no phone and no Wi-Fi).
Air conditioner in living room.
