Lots of wood for fires and covered deck if it's too hot or a rainy day. Unfortunately, the small lake wasn't clean enoigh to be usable for pets due to algae but, that's obviously no fault of the owners and it provides a lovely view and scenery in any case. It was a lovely quiet stay and we'd be happy to return again."

We were a bit worried about the wood burning heater but it was definitely adequate in any weather . It was -20 c average and it was as warm as we wanted it . We had a well for water that was just fine and easy to access . We got the sauna up to temp and had a really great experience . Perfect set up wood heat with a heated change room and an outdoor covered deck . The many lakes in the area were within minutes to access . There is a local store that is stocked with anything you need even fresh baked buns , pizza , bait , gas and liquor . All in all we loved it but it’s not for everyone . If you don’t mind using an outhouse or keeping a fire or pumping your water from a well , then I’d say it’s perfect . We will be back that’s for sure !"

Our Log Cabin is located on Vincent Lake. It is two hours from Edmonton. We are fifteen minutes from St.Paul and 30 minutes from Bonnyville. We are close to the Iron Horse Trail, Splash park, Cross Country Ski Trail and boat launch. On a clear night you can see thousands of stars. You can have a fire in the fireplace or fire pit in front of the cabin.In the back there is a gazebo with a natural gas barbecue. Canoe,paddle boat lifejacket are not included and use at own risk.There are many out door games.

Only a two minute walk to the private dock and available boat lift.

This is an EXTREMELY private and quiet lot and you cannot see any of the neighbors.
