They are renovating the hole property and the outcome will be probably really nice. Carpet was wet because they cleaned it and it wasn’t enough time to dry. The rooms were clean and had a good digital TV with Roku, Wifi and I was able connect to my iPhone with Airplay to watch other streaming video. Hosts are very nice accommodating" - "The add mentioned an on-site restaurant. We arrived at 6pm hoping to have supper but the desk clerk said it was closed. It also said “breakfast included”, breakfast consisted of a frozen waffles and bread to make toast. Broken ice machine, had to get ice from a freezer plugged in beside the front desk. There were almost no available channels. Every channel (even local news) said subscription required. We were stuck watching old episodes of Frazier all evening. Our room looked out onto the pool area but the pool and hot tub were both drained and empty. To be fair the ad did not mention a pool but it was disappointing to arrive and discover there was one - just broken. Decor was dated, mid eighties, there was garbage in the bathroom from the previous guest, peephole in the door was missing and covered with a post-it note, bathroom door didn’t close properly. I got the feeling it was family run. The same man was at the front desk in the evening, late at night and first thing in the morning. He couldn’t have been nicer. So staff wise I think they’re stretched pretty thin. My main issue is what the room cost, it was $105/night. That room should’ve been $70 max. I specifically chose it over the other $65 & $75 motels in the are because I wanted something nicer. It was not nicer. A kind helpful person at the front desk cannot make up for all the other shortcomings of this hotel."

- "We had a wonderful stay in this Yorkton home. House is well equipped with TV, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher (really nice to have that!). Bed was big and comfy and the bedroom had plenty of closet space. The backyard was big and our dog was very pleased to sniff all around it. Since it was winter, we didn't have any use for the patio area but it looked like it would probably be very nice place to hang out on summer nights. Location was great, quiet neighbourhood. Nowhere in Yorkton is much of a drive so you can get anywhere you need to go quickly. Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!"

Room #1 is upstairs with a bathroom that is adjacent to the room. There is a south facing window that overlooks the backyard. Relax with a book on the window seat or the reclining chair. You’ll find a dresser and clothing bar for those longer stays. The queen bed is new and comfortable, providing a good nights sleep.
The bathroom boasts a large jacuzzi tub great for soaking, as well as stand alone shower.

The space
This is a loft apartment, located above a real estate office which is also owned by the same owner.
The main living area is bright and open concept.
The bedrooms are located on the back side of the building making it quite for our guest. There is lots of closet space and smart tv’s in each room for your viewing pleasure.
The bathroom feels like a spa.

Parking downtown town is 2 hours from the hours of 9 to 5 each day.
Free angle parking located on Livingstone Street. This is located south of broadway 2 minute walk. If you are pulling a camper of trailer you can park this along the southside of livingstone street. 24 hour gym operates in this location and its safe to park and walk.
The loft is on a second floor so there are stairs to climb.

Other things to note
Both bedrooms could accommodate double blow up mattress and or they could be placed in the main area between the island and stairs.

Kids toys and colouring books are available.

This home is currently being updated slowly. Recent changes, removal of a wall between the living room and kitchen/dining area providing a open concept.
Great access to covered patio and backyard. Three bedrooms all have queen bedrooms. Closets are not available. Basement is finished but dated and currently has no furniture.
The fenced yard has been recently landscaped with the installation of an above ground pool and trampoline. Its a great space for a family.

The space
We offer space together and space apart: an open-concept kitchen, dining area and living space in the midst of three bedrooms, so you can enjoy time with your loved ones as well as time to recharge. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, comfortable bedding, delightful accent pieces and artwork, and complimentary Wi-Fi to create a space that’s just for you. With a fully stocked kitchen and a large refrigerator, you’ll have everything you need to make a home-cooked meal or to store leftovers after your adventure on the town. We have a selection of board games to get those family memories jump-started, and several books from local authors to escape into as well.

Nothing makes life slow down quite like sitting around a fire pit and enjoying the peace and quiet afforded by our location on the city’s edge. We have wood and camping chairs available so you can put your feet up and enjoy! The backyard also offers a large green space and barbecue. The umbrella at the patio table provides shade from the sun, but we ask that it be closed when the table is not being used.

We offer ample parking in front of the chimney, and alongside the vine-covered fence. There are two electrical outlets available for those chilly winter months when plugging in is essential. The entrance to the house is tucked just behind the gate along a whimsical stepping stone path.
