Visiting friends or family at the General Hospital? Heartwood House offers a quiet place to reflect, close proximity, and hassle free parking.

HOUSE IS UNDER RENOVATIONS hence the low price. The room is very clean and bed sheets are washed after every guest.

The space
Heartwood House was built in 1918 and has had an unknown number of owners over the past 100+ years. The house has its own personality and a pleasant character.

Currently performing home repairs. The natural hardwood has been recently restored, all electrical has been modernized and the kitchen is coming along slowly.

Guest access
The house is fitted with key-less entry on all doors. Guests with a vehicle will park on the street upon arrival and receive a parking pass. Or I can arrange for guests to park in the back alley driveway.

During your stay
I will provide my cellphone when guests arrive so they can contact me if they are out and about the city.

I rise around 6am in the morning and always brew a pot of coffee. My place of work is in the home so I seldom leave between 9am and 5pm. I don't bite :-)

The house is currently undergoing some much needed renovations so I might be doing some work during the week day evenings and on weekends.

I have sensitive skin so all of the towels and bedding are washed with hypoallergenic cleaners
