Private suite in the North end of Regina. Located walking distance from Normanview mall. Normanview has everything one needs including a Cineplex movie theater. The suite has a private bathroom and small kitchenette. The living room has a couch for daytime use that pulls out into a bed in the evening. Street parking in front of the house.

This room is quite small and has a single bed, soft single mattress and a desk (no closet). It's affordable and will be good for you if you're low-key, looking to save on your stay and will be out most of the time anyway.

We take great pride in thoroughly cleaning our home with care and love. Please help us maintain its cleanliness by not wearing shoes inside the suite. A $200 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is not followed, as we are committed to keeping our space hygienic and fresh.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the suite. Any violation will result in a fee to cover the cost of removing the odor.
Please do not rearrange or move the TV or any furniture. camera is in common area over looking the entryway.
