Guest access:
Once guests arrive at the building, and enter in the main entrance, they will walk to the end of the hallway, walk up the flight of stairs and enter apartment #3
Other things to note
Please note that there is a flight of stairs you have to go up to reach the suite.
As we are located next to the highway, you may feel a some vibration and hear low sound due to the traffic.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. *This is a second storey apartment up a flight of exterior stairs. Two bedroom, furnished apartment has 2 queen beds and spacious bedrooms, full kitchen and bathroom with washer, dryer and most basic amenities. Large living and dining area comes with Smart TV, Wifi and a small outdoor deck. Steps from Safeway, Shoppers, Dryden Fibre Canada and all downtown organisations and businesses. Parking on site, clean and locally managed!

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.
The roots of this building are over 100 years OLD. But the entire space is NEW and full of fresh renovations. Original 1950s hardwood flooring nestled up to brand new hardwood flooring. An early 1900s chimney comes up through the middle of the new kitchen. Lots of natural light pours through all the brand new windows.

The space
There are great views from the second story widows and deer are often seen walking in the area.

There are 3 bedrooms and one bath in this unit.

Other things to note
Please note that this rental is right beside the railroad tracks and is located on the second floor of a commercial building that has other tenants so there may be some light noise transfer from them. Brand new washing machine but other major appliances are dated but everything works as expected.
