Newly renovated main floor suite in a two unit home with seperate entrances. Well built soundproofing and insulatuon to provide privacy between units. The home is in a quiet, well established neighbourhood. The space is very well appointed with high speed internet and comprehensive cable package. Top end appliances and quality amenities throughout make for a very comfortable stay. Both bedrooms have televisions and access to movie streaming. Relax on one of the 2 decks in the back yard. Minutes from golf courses, skiing and hiking trails, parks, and playgrounds. Parking off street. All amenities provided.

Cozy, beautiful one bedroom queen size bed, lower level apartment and double Murphy bed in the living area. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen. Monthly and weekly discount. This yard was featured in the 2022 garden tour and seen as one of the most beautiful gardens by the guests. The gardens were also used for a local clothing artist for a photo shoot. This property is close to the cascades, boulevard lake, centennial Park and there are close biking and walking trails. There is a bus stop across the street, the expressway is close and the downtown core is within 5 min by vehicle. Owner on sight to ensure availabilty if needed, toiletries are available and cleaning products to spot clean should you choose.

- "A good place to stay that is affordable and comfortable " - "Overall, I’m left thinking that you get what you pay for. This unit was inexpensive and the experience reflected that. Advance communication with Bojan was hit and miss. One question I sent requesting early check in went unanswered for three days, so I had to send the request again. The eventual reply was just “We’ll try.” I never received a follow up after that. I had to get the maid to call him when I arrived. Parking for this property is problematic. On-street parking is metered and duration-limited during the daytime. There is a pay lot at the casino next door, but the rules about in-and-out are complicated. Actually finding the entrance to this property isn’t easy. The building door is not on the street listed in Vrbo, and there is no sign telling you that the door is for this property. I had to ask a server at the restaurant around the corner where it was. Once in the building door, there are stairs up one flight to the units. If stairs are a problem for you, I didn’t see any alternative. I stayed on Friday and Saturday nights. Given its location next to the casino, both nights were sufficiently noisy with outside revelers that getting to sleep was tough. The unit was clean enough, although sparse in its furnishings. The first floor entrance way looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Bottom line for me is that this property will probably work for you if you’re seriously budget constrained. But I wouldn’t go back myself. "
