It’s close to Battle Lake, where you’ll find several great restaurants and cute shops, as well as Glendalough State Park with miles of bike trails, several golf courses, and dozens of other lakes.

Our favorite part of this cabin is the outdoor living space. You will absolutely love the screen porch, the deck, the beach area, and the lake access. Plus, you'll find great fishing both from the dock and around the lake.

Our family has made some incredible memories here, and we are so excited for you to do the same!

Zorbaz on Battle Lake is a 2 time must. The beach area is nice, sandy and private - neighbors were not around much but friendly. The Lake is also abundant with Jumbo Perch, Crappies, and large Northern Pike. Prime fishing is early and late in the season, which is nice since rates are reduced during this time. 16’ fishing boat a 22.5’ pontoon or lifts for your boat are available for rent. Fishing Guide Service is also available.

Water recreation begins with our natural sand beach, ideal for small children. Our beach is great for building sandcastles or playing water volleyball. Otter Tail Lake is also great for boating, water-skiing and many other water sports.

The cabin features a full kitchen including microwaves. It is fully furnished including bedding, but please bring your own towels. The cabin has a barbecue grill, picnic table and a color cable TV.

The cabin is located in The Lodge on Otter Tail Lake HOA.

The area is great for vacationing. Enjoy visiting the shops in Battle Lake, Perham, Fergus Falls and many country boutiques. Take the family on a relaxing tube ride down the Otter Tail River.

Golfers choose from the many area championship golf courses including Thumper Pond and Balmoral. Three Seasons Lodge is located between two great Minnesota State parks, Glendalough and Maplewood.

- "We absolutely loved our stay at Heilberger Lake! The house is absolutely beautiful. The spiral staircase leading to the top floor was very tight, especially for the taller ones in the group. That didn’t matter though as we stayed on the main floor and in the basement. The basement was nice and cool. Very pretty view to wake up to. The master bedroom on the main floor was stunning! Breathtaking view of the lake from the bed. The home is right on a very calm cove on Heilberger lake. Our group was comprised of fishers, so we took full advantage. Quality size bluegill were right off the dock, as well as some 2-2.5lb large mouth bass caught off the dock as well. One of the men did catch a large Northern Pike close to the property as well. Very good lake for fishing, even if you don’t have boat access the dock provided a nice fishing experience. Maybe half a mile from the boat dock making getting the boat in and out easy and not at all a hassle! We would all recommend this VRBO to any of our friends and family and all said we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for sharing the beautiful lake and home with us!"

Since 1949, Swan Lake Resort & Campground has been a family-operated business in Fergus Falls, MN. We offer lakeside cabins, tent camping, and full hook-up, pull-through RV sites. Here, there is time to slow down, room to breathe, and lots to explore.

Cabin #5 is a 450 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bath lodge. Equipped with 2 queen size beds and 1 sleeper sofa, the space comfortably sleeps 4 but can handle up to 6. In the main room, there is a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The space is kept comfortable by a propane furnace and central AC. Right outside the front door, there is an 10ft x 16ft deck and outdoor seating to enjoy.

- "Great place for a family vacation. Lots of kid friendly activities. Pet friendly. Cozy and quite. Very clean. Just an easy atmosphere. Good fishing." - "Booked and received a message the property I booked wasn't available so that canceled it and put me in another cabin. No check in info was received. Got to campground and was told "Didn't you cancel your reservation?" Tried to explain to husband(?) And he said it was late and We'd deal with it in the morning. Never heard from him, so I assumed he figured it out. Never received info for WiFi. Check in instructions. etc. Cabin did not have a locking door. No bath towels or wash cloths. No soaps, etc. Looked back in listing and all it says is "linens provided" so I guess that's my mistake for assuming. Decent enough place, but for the price, I'll take the essentials such as soap and towels to shower as I don't carry these things while traveling."

Since 1949, Swan Lake Resort & Campground has been a family-operated business in Fergus Falls, MN. We offer lakeside cabins, tent camping, and full hook-up, pull-through RV sites. Here, there is time to slow down, room to breathe, and lots to explore.

Cabin #4 is a 667 square foot lodge with 2 queen size beds and 2 futons. The space comfortably sleeps 8. In the main room, there is a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The space is kept comfortable by a mini-split HVAC unit. Right outside the front door, there is an 12.5ft x 17.5ft deck and outdoor table & seating to enjoy.

- "This is a hidden gem that all should know about! I do not have enough words to tell you how wonderful it is. The area is kept maticulously clean. There are flowers everywhere. The outdoor bathrooms and showers were kept very clean. There are tons of things to do, ping pong, walking pool, board games, bike rental, great park on the premise for younger kids, volleyball, bags, toy on the beach for kids and other things to do. You can rent a pantoon or paddle boards. Management is very attentive to your requests and needs. Walmart is only 15 minutes away so you don't have to travel with food. I really enjoyed that there was cabins, tents and RVs in the same place. The fire pits are wonderful and I loved that they had reasonably priced wood there. This was a last minute VRBO booking for us and I am so glad we got to go here! You will not be disappointed! Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!"
