It says the bathroom is equipped with hand soap, conditioner, shampoo and body wash. My room only had shampoo and body wash, it's very inconvenient that I can't control the temperature as I wish. My room seemed freshly evacuated when I arrived. If I knew I was going to go through so much trouble, I wouldn't have stayed here. You need a fob that's supposed to be in the room when you arrive to access all amenities and I didnt received it until next day. There's no feont desk or.an actual person who can guide you to navigate the building. I am a young person who is privileged to have access to technology on a daily basis and there was a lot of steps to be able to access your room. I can picture older folks finding this building difficult to navigate. Once you understand the dynamics of the building, it's a spacious place to stay with kitchen, washer and dryer which is very convenient."

Unwind in a private bedroom suite after taking in the sites and sounds of the city. This lower unit has a private bathroom, tons of natural light, television and seating area. Central location means universities, both downtowns, and museums are minutes away. Walking distance to public transit gives you easy access to Twins Stadium, Target Center, Xcel Energy Center, and Minneapolis Convention Center. If you choose to drive you’ll have easy access to the interstate.

You’ll have access to the lower level suite which includes a seating area and bathroom. Guests are not allowed in the living areas located upstairs.

This private room is next to Mayo Clinic, historic downtown, Fountain Lake Park, Marion Ross Performing Arts Theater, and a city playground. The space
Built in early 1900's the home is full of historic charm and has been maintained with excellence by the previous owner. Beautiful dark wood throughout.

We've created this space with a desire to serve those coming and going from the hospital across the street. We have heard of many professionals looking for short term housing while they work here in this beautiful city. Family and friends would find this a great place to stay while visiting their loved ones who may be admitted to the world class care at the hospital.

No matter your reason to be in Albert Lea, we would love to make you feel at home in any of the four private rooms or you could book the whole house if you like! We have separate listings for each bedroom and for the whole house. We are certain you will be comfortable! Potentially meet a new friend in a common area or retreat to your room to relax in solitude.

Each room has a smart TV so login to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube or whatever and enjoy your shows! Basic cable is available in the living room on the bigger TV.
The comfort of the beds is really important to us, because that is pretty much the main reason you are looking for a place! A place to sleep! And that is why we chose to get Casper mattresses, let us know how you like them.

Access is given via a personal code that is emailed to you. Your code is active during your reservation only. After you use the code provided you can choose your own code so that it easy to remember.

Bedroom doors also have a code to access them.

The garage is available upon request and small additional fee.
Feel free to park in the driveway and on the gravel area. No parking allowed in Mayo property.
The backyard has a patio that is available for use, smokers please use this area.

During your stay
I am available via text, email, or phone if you need assistance with anything during your stay. I live nearby. I don't expect that we'll meet, unless the circumstances change.

Laundry is located right off the kitchen.
We are licensed with the state of Minnesota as a lodging establishment, certificate is located in the glass cabinet in the entry.

The Holly House is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood of St. Paul. Homes in the area are well maintained and are occupied by both young and old. Universities and colleges near by: Hamline, Bethel, Macalester, Northwestern, U of M (St. Paul & Mpls.), Augsburg, St. Thomas, and St. Catherine. Other: U S Bank Stadium, Como Zoo, and MN Museum of Science. Centrally located between downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis, public transportation. Excellent room and location for students.

The space
The home-like bedroom includes a full size bed, gliding rocking chair, and a desk for study or other use, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, shelves for storing food or other items, and drawers for clothing. The bedroom is located on the first floor, conveniently located near the front entrance and set apart from the host family areas. The bathroom is located immediately next to the bedroom.

Guest access
In addition to the bedroom, guests will have a semi-private bathroom (shared with one other guest), shared and limited use of the kitchen, use of the laundry room, and occasional use of the living room, front patio and back deck.

During your stay
The hosts will be available 24 x 7 to assist a guest with questions, problems or concerns. The hosts will respect the wishes of the guest to interact as much or as little as is desired by the guest. The hosts are sociable and very welcoming to social interaction with guests.

Other things to note
The Holly House has a bike available to rent. Guests are expected to provide their own food and condiments. Guests whose stay is a week or longer shall provide their own laundry detergent.

I am not generally at the house but am always just a text away. Our manager Deb comes in 4-5 days a week to clean and make sure everything is functioning as expected. She is very helpful and a lovely person to chat with if you're in the mood.
