This isn't obvious from the photos. We got 2 bedrooms and the other two were blocked off. 2. Parking is NOT included. It's $80 per month across the street. Meters on the street probably will not work. Better options might be 4 or more blocks away. There were minor communication problems that were only somewhat inconveinet. Automated turn in of keys after the stay was not included. The phone number for the "host", which was not the same as the on-site property office, was an international UK number. I called anyway, because there was no WIFI instructions or parking instructions. The person who answered said that someone would come by and drop off "marketing material" with those details. That never happened. I never got a checkout procedure, yet, the on-site property rental office was kind enough to take the key from me. The "reply" button their emails led to a login-screen for Expedia, yet, after logging in, no obvious way to send a message. That literally the only reason I'm leaving a review. Overall, it met our needs and I would stay there again. "

The Farmhouse at Lake Mac is truly a historic 1908 farmhouse that was moved to Lake Mac and updated in 1980. We sit just up the hill from Admiral’s Cove resort and Lemoyne Boat Launch and is a short half mile walk to the beach and bar. The covered front porch has views of the lake and sunsets while the walk out apartment has its own entry with so much privacy from the screen of cedar trees surrounding the yard, you’ll feel like you’re all alone!

The apartment has been completely remodeled in 2021 and offers two bedrooms, the master with a Queen bed and walk in closet, and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed that features a full and twin. There is also a twin sleeper sofa and a chaise lounge chair. The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 adults or up to 5 with kids.

The kitchen is fully furnished, the living room has a lift up coffee table and 42” tv, plus a dining room table and chairs. The sunroom offers the chaise with an electric fireplace and a 32” tv plus a workout Bow flex Tread Climber. Dish cable is provided along with high-speed wireless internet. A shared laundry room is also available.

The outside patio offers a full living area with a firepit and sun chaise loungers, while cooking outdoors is recommended with the extra-large Blackstone griddle and a gas grill with burners. A lovely garden surrounds the lower yard, which allows plenty of space for outdoor games. With the cedar tree row around the yard it makes for an enjoyable living area typically out of any wind that might come up at the lake.

The backyard area is so large there is even room to park a boat, 5th wheel or midsize motorhome. Electrical (110) and water hookups can be rented in addition to the apartment. It makes for a great family gathering location!

The Owner lives upstairs but is frequently away for work, which will leave the two resident cats, Sammi and Chai, coming and going on their own. This means that your dog is welcome as we love furry friends, provided they are quiet and well-behaved and don’t chase the cats!

Come stay in our vintage 1960s completely refurbished fishing cabin situated on the north shore of Harlan County Reservoir between Hunter and Methodist Coves. Our two bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin is perfect for a fun, relaxing stay and boasts a spectacular view of the lake! The lake's north shore is steps away for hiking, exploring, bank fishing, kayaking, etc. Boat launching is available less than 10 minutes away.

The 960 sf cabin accommodates four guests very comfortably. There is a 120 sf concrete covered porch at the front door of the cabin where you can relax in the big wicker chairs. The 250 sf deck outside the dining area patio door has a gas grill and an umbrella table with four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat-in, along with a full-sized refrigerator, 30” range with an oven, a small microwave, coffeepot and other small appliances (crockpot, toaster, electric skillet, etc.). If you choose to go out, there are many restaurant/bar options in nearby Republican City and Alma.

Both bedrooms have new queen beds, nightstands, and large closets with drawers to stow away all of your gear.

The main bathroom has a sink/vanity, toilet and shower. There is a half bath adjoining Bedroom One with a sink/vanity and toilet. Bed linens, kitchen and bathroom towels are furnished.

There is a central air-conditioner/heating unit that comfortably cools/heats the cabin, along with a small electric ‘fireplace’ heater in the living room.

Water is provided by a domestic well. If you prefer, you may bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking.

Guests have access to the entire cabin and large yard. The storage barn on the premises is not available for guest use.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Children/minors aged 17 or younger may not be left unattended at the cabin.

Located one mile east of the Audubon Rowe Crane Sanctuary where the Sandhill Cranes stay during their annual Spring migration this just completed yurt sits directly under the flyway where the crane return to their roost every night. This is the only accommodation in Nebraska where you can roll out of bed and witness the cranes fly over from your own private deck. The photography opportunities are extraordinary.

- "My family and I (me, husband, 2 kids) stayed in this beautiful home for 2 nights while in town to attend a 50th anniversary party. It was perfect distance from the commotion, and an unexpected gem of a retreat! The house is newer and beautiful appointed - the reclaim wood throughout was my absolute favorite touch. The home is clean, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable bed and couch for sleeping, great rec room with activities and entertainment galore. The best was exploring the surrounding property. The kids loved hiking up the gravel road, finding snails and toads, climbing rocks and finding hidden treasures in the brush (57 chevy, old tractor). The owner, Kim, was extremely friendly and helpful, even turned on all of the exterior lights since we arrived well after dark. Overall, I wish we could have spent more time here - next time!"

A cozy cabin sitting on 3/4 of a mile of Platte River ground & directly on the sandhill cranes’ main migration path. These birds will put you to bed at night and wake you up early as they decide to leave the roost and head out to the feeding areas for the day. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin with a large loft & sleeping area will comfortably sleep 7 adults.

- "This is a spectacular cabin that is right next to the Platte River with huge window views of the river flowing by. Thousands of cranes fly by and overhead in the evening seeking their spot for the night and they erupt in the morning from a nearby, more shallow waterway to head back to the corn fields to feed. It really is an incredible sight, and the warbling and trumpeting of the birds is a chorus of nature. The cabin is close to perfect, very well-equipped and comfortable. So well constructed that a day and night of heavy winds felt cozy, not drafty. Looking out over the river in either direction, you cannot see any other houses or structures. You’ve got this beautiful setting to yourself, along with the deer, eagles (saw two), wading birds and Canadian geese, and wild turkeys (saw many, including a LARGE tom turkey with about 25 hens). If you want to witness the Sandhill crane migration from a well appointed cabin/lodge, this really is the place. And viewing platforms at the Audubon refuge and roadside stops abound. 5 stars for sure! Also recommend Adam’s Corner Market in Gibbon for provisions and Rowe Sanctuary for “crane lessons” and a nice, affordable gift store."

Ranch style home located in a very nice quiet neighborhood with cul-de-sac. There is a large very spacious back yard. Off street parking, the driveway, as well as the garage depending on your needs. Total access to a shared living room area with very large T.V. and two large couches. Total access to a nice kitchen and laundry room.

The space
This home is a 1.5 bath. Therefore you would have mostly private access to the bathroom as there is another toilet and sink in my laundry room off of my bedroom. I take pride in having all your basic essentials such as fresh towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries etc. The pictures are in the process of being updated as I am putting a full size bed in the room as well as a smart t.v. I don't get a lot of time to watch t.v. so I only have Netflix you are welcome to but do not have cable. You will have immediate access to wifi upon arrival.

Your room is the first room to the right down the hallway right across from the bathroom.

I do have a 1 year old. I have been so lucky he hasn't been sick yet and has slept through the night since he was very little. I do not think he would affect any guest's sleep but if a child is something you are not comfortable with this is definitely something you need to know about my listing.

A great home located in West Omaha area. Perfect for whoever visits here on business. The main level of the house is occupied but you will have a private entrance that leads to the entire downstairs which consists of a huge open space used occasionaly to teach ballroom dancing, a kitchenette and a private bedroom and full bathroom. There is no stove in the kitchenette, however a countertop double burner is available. A refrigerator, microwave, table with 4 chairs are also available.

Once downstairs you will enter a large open space that is attached to the kitchenette. The bedroom and bathroom can be closed off with a pocket door for complete privacy.

I recently adopted a small dog who sleeps with me in my room. She is very sweet but if you have dog allergies then this house wouldn't be a good fit.

The space is 19’ x 20’, with exposed rafters. Enter through French doors via keypad code, which is changed for each guest. Entire space was painted and spruced up in July-August 2022. It’s very quiet and you have lighting options from virtually pitch dark to super bright. Note: This unit does not have heating or air conditioning but is equipped with a fan.

Air conditioning is only available in main house. The sleeping space is only equipped with a large fan. There is no heat in this unit. This space is a converted garage and guests renting must understand that some insects (crawling or flying) may find their way in. Renting this space acknowledges this and that the presence of any insects will not be grounds for a refund.

Two parking spots are available in front of the garage on the Lafayette Avenue side of the street (south side of house) on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a security light and camera facing the driveway for your safety. Parking on the street is free and there are generally three spots in front of the house on Lafayette Avenue and one in front of the house on 45th Street. Security cameras face the streets on both the east and south sides of the house.
