The only suggestion we have is to replace bottom bedding sheet with one that has deeper pockets as it kept pulling away at the corners. Convenient dining on first floor of building as well as walking distance to brewery and a bakery down the street for morning treats. I also received a receipt from the property that was about $40 less than what we paid and when I contacted hotels.com, was not credited the difference. We paid $173 and the bill was for $132.16. Book directly with the property if you can!"

We booked the house for our two pups to be able to run. Back yard was unbelievably overgrown with open holes all over as they are working on sprinkler system. Backyard fence had openings where dogs could get out. Not as represented in listing photos. Evolve did get the front and back yard mowed after I complained. This is rattlesnake area so an overgrown yard is particularly frightening. Sprinkler workers left front yard gate open and dogs got out. Thank God, we were able to get them back. Fridge full. It seemed like we were staying at the house of a friend of a friend who just walked out the door to go away for the weekend. Not up to the VRBO standard. Frankly, I think this listing should be removed until homeowner has it ready for paying guests. "

This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom spacious clean home, close to downtown clubs and restaurants and tattoo shops. Enjoy the hot tub in the winter and the large patio for family gatherings or just to get away from it all.

Peacefull neighborhood with a Welcoming backyard for your pets with privacy fence grill and hottub with covered deck, 5 minutes from all the shopping and places to eat in the community if your looking for an extended stay I've provided plenty of cookware silverware plates ect... Both Televisions have the capability of more channels than you can ever imagine available plus many movies and PPV events all for free. You won't be disappointed with the bamboo sheets in the master bedroom if you need a different comforter for your sleeping pleasure there are many to choose from. The house has soft water and purified ice and water.I want you to enjoy your stay in my home and I welcome all comments and suggestions to make your stay as relaxing and cozy as possible. No Smoking of any kind in the house!!! Please remove shoes at doorways before entering house. I'll leave a towel by the door to clean your dog paws. - "Had a lovely stay and was really convenient location." - "I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this rental in Scotts Bluff deserves a public service announcement.The place is disgusting. The bedroom carpets are stained/crusty and smell like cat piss. We found cat toys under the beds, so there’s no question where the stench came from. We slept with the windows and doors open the entire time, but even with that, the smell was horrid. If you’re allergic to cats, don’t bother. If you aren’t allergic to cats, don’t bother. We wore shoes the entire time and did our best not to touch anything. The kitchen? Barely usable. No cups, few dishes, a broken microwave, and a fridge that held a steady 55 degrees. We let Carlos know, but it took him 1.5 days to reply. By then we’d made other arrangements to keep our food cold, so his solution was useless. Amenities included half a roll of toilet paper (one-ply, naturally) for a three-day stay and a back deck straight out of an OSHA training video. Rotting boards, surprise sinkholes—great if you’re looking to twist an ankle.Then came the grand finale: the driveway full of roofing nails—one of which gifted us a flat tire. The kind soul at the tire shop not only patched us up but handed back the offending nail, which—surprise!—looked exactly like the dozens sprinkled across Carlos’ driveway. Truly, the cherry on top of this five-star fiasco.Carlos, my guy, you’ve got some nerve listing this place. At least the WiFi worked. So I could write this review."

Guest access
Garage, outdoor sheds , and fireplace are not available for use. My neighbors are great people , two fulltime and two part time living. Please make sure pets don't cause damage ( I love animals and would hate to not allow pets if damage happens ) Sheets and toys are available for the family pets as well as treats.

Other things to note
We have a horseshoe set added as well as a Corn hole game :) Games inside for all ages . Plenty of folding chairs and tables if needed . This only has a one bathroom and to make sure guests have plenty of hot water we added another 40 gallon hot water tank to the 50 gallon already in. 90 gallons of hot water should help guests with showers back to back. We also have added SAND VOLLYBALL this year located at the end of Pinecone Beach parking .
