The "reply" button their emails led to a login-screen for Expedia, yet, after logging in, no obvious way to send a message. That literally the only reason I'm leaving a review. We want you to have a comfortable stay! You will find 2 bedrooms in the home. Both have a king-sized bed. The first bedroom has dresser drawers in case you are staying long enough to unpack and the second bedroom has a desk. Your toughest choice is, “which room do I sleep in!” Since the home is on a busier street, we provide a sound machine, bedside fan, and earplugs to help even the lightest of sleepers.

Kitchen/Living Area:
When you are here, you will have access to the kitchen which includes a refrigerator (with ice and water) stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee bar and other assorted drinks and small snacks. There will also be a small assortment of breakfast items.

There is one 49" smart TV (no local channels or cable) in the home that you can sign into your streaming services.

We also have a queen sized sofa bed available that you can have in the living room area. Be sure to let us know if you would like us to make it available to you.

Bathroom and Laundry:
There will be soaps, shampoos and other various toiletries in the bathroom should you need them. You will also have access to the washer/dryer. Feel free to do a load if you need to.

Outdoors:
If you'd like to get out of the house for a while, you are more than welcome to make yourself at home in the large fenced backyard that is shared with the Little Llama house (also on VRBO) next door. There is a small park grill (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid) as well as hammocks, a small play house, and a great big green space.

Guest access
Our goal is to provide the easiest check-in possible! The home has a passcode for the front door. This way you can access your home without worrying that you might disturb us meeting up with a key.
We want you to make yourself at home!!

You can park in the driveway - the driveway allows for 3 cars but they will need to be parked in a row which makes it a tad difficult for the 1st and 2nd cars parked in the driveway to leave.

The Chicago, Burlington, & Quincy railroad system recognized the potential of Havelock, establishing Havelock as a hub for travelers & shipping. You will be on the main floor in a private apartment, boasting 1,600 sq. ft. of comfort: 3 private bedrooms, a queen, king & full-size bed. For added flexibility, a couch offers extra sleeping space.
There are 2 entrances equipped with secure, keyless locks for convenience & safety. The same code will work for both doors, providing seamless entry. One is located on the north side, leading to the front yard and parking, while the other is on the east side of the house. The rear (east) entry door provides access to both the basement & main floor apartments. The basement is a private residence & once inside the house, separate coded entry doors ensure privacy for each apartment.
Enjoying the porch in the evenings is delightful, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the area. The front porch offers a perfect setting to appreciate Nebraska's charm. While the backyard is fully fenced with 2 gates, a concrete patio with an awning, a table with chairs, and free-standing swing. Additional features include a freestanding hammock, antique swing, chair tree swing under a Hackberry tree, a picnic table & compost bin.

There is a garden in the backyard & herbs planted all about. Feel free to cut some herbs or pick some fresh vegetables when they are in season. A Bolo toss (ladder game) is available for use. If you're interested in other outdoor games, just let me know, & I’ll happily bring additional options to the house.
There are 4 cameras on the property. One on the front porch, facing the driveway. Another at the rear entry stairwell. The remaining 2 are positioned at the front & back of the garage, overseeing the parking areas.
There is ample parking available on the west side & to the south, near the alley. Please note that clearly marked spots are reserved for the basement tenants. Avoid parking in their designated spaces or obstructing their vehicles. If you plan to use the west gate of the fenced yard, you will need to unlatch it from the inside.
The sunporch houses a breakfast nook that can double as a spot for games or basking in the sunlight. A washer/dryer are located here for your use. Additionally, picnic supplies & outdoor dishes are on the shelf next to the games, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals.
Children are welcome but the house is not childproof. As such, guests with children are encouraged to bring any necessary safety items or precautions to ensure a worry-free stay. The open layout & eclectic decorations may captivate young ones but could also present challenges without proper supervision.
There is no smoking or vaping in the home. You may sit on the porch or in the patio area & smoke. Clean up your butts! The patio features comfortable seating arrangements, perfect for unwinding with a book, engaging in conversation, or sipping a beverage.

Cozy, new home for the whole family to enjoy in a quiet neighborhood. Located near the Historic Havelock area of Lincoln and minutes away from Downtown Lincoln, Pinnacle Bank Arena, University of Nebraska football stadium, Nebraska Wesleyan University, and Southeast Community College. Off-street parking is available behind the house.

The kitchen has solid surface countertops and everything you need to feel at home including a natural gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered ice/water dispenser. A single-serve Keurig coffee maker with the ability to customize your coffee to a latte or cappuccino will start your day off right.

Relax on the La-Z-Boy recliners and sofa while you stream your favorite show. An Apple TV is provided for you to stream using your own accounts. Board games, cards, and books are available to keep the fun going.

I have an amazing large one bedroom house private parking great location a mile and a half from the Haymarket Park and the Pinnacle arena we do supply air mattresses because the house is very large there is enough room for at least 4 guests there is washer and dryer in the house there is a great size office designated work area I have recently updated the entire house. there is also a futon I have put in the office area. that's very nice. there is outside furniture and a hot tub

Just hoped the bed wasn't stuck by the wall which was hard for 2 people to get on. The kitchen/dining room we used for our breakfast since we rented the house for more than a week. The luxurious bathroom in this space is one of the key elements for a completely relaxing stay. It includes heated floors with a bluetooth speaker and a very comfortable free standing tub with a small television to get lost in. Another outstanding feature to take advantage of is the beautiful pool table and arcade area to make the most of your stay. To complete your experience, there is a wonderful water feature in the backyard to listen to the natural water sounds of a running stream.

Guests are welcome to use all the main basement areas as well as the backyard with patio. Guests may park on the right side of the driveway. Access to the basement space is on the right side of the house, fully paved and lit with gated entry.

Our neighborhood is a very quiet and family oriented. They are very considerate of the neighborhood as I am sure that you will return in kind. The neighborhood is very close (walking distance) to Southpointe Mall with many shopping and eating venues.

There is a bus route right in front of the house as well as access to Uber and or Lyft for any and all transportation needs.

This space sleeps 5 comfortably, but with the pull-out couch you could sleep 7. This space boasts a full-sized fridge, wine fridge, counter cook top, sink, dishwasher, microwave and Ninja oven.

Sidles one of the first Buick dealers in Lincoln along with his many other accomplishments, sold later to the University of Nebraska for the housing of its Chancellors, and one Clifford Hardin who became the Secretary of Agriculture to President Nixon's cabinet in 1969. later sold to Mary Hepburn O'Shea in 1994, where she housed her prominent doll collection until the sale in 2017 to Jeff and Lynette Hellerich.

My place is in South (somewhat Southeast) Lincoln, which is just a short (15-20 minute) drive from downtown and the stadium. I am close to shops and restaurants, a park and less then 20min from just about anywhere in town.

You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfy bed and tv, with Firestick. It’s a pretty simple set up, great for short term or overnight stay.

The full bath is right by the room.

Guests can always reach me via phone or text. The living room is my domain, thanks for respecting that.

Unfortunately, I have a severe reaction to cigarette smoke so if you smoke, this is not the right space for you. Thank you!

Private, secure bedroom and bathroom in a family home. Cuddly poodle mix dog lives in the house and is excited to meet you!

Friendly, walkable neighborhood near groceries, shopping, and restaurants and close to public transit lines. Across the street from 19 acre Taylor Park, which features walking trails, playground, and picnic shelter.

The space
The space you're renting is a private, secure basement bedroom and bathroom. Queen sized bed, computer desk and chair. Free fiber optic high speed Wifi. Washer and dryer available for your use.

This space includes a massive walk-in closet (89 square feet), which has closet rods, shelf storage, and an additional dresser.

Kitchenette, laundry, and TV room are adjacent shared spaces. Kitchenette includes microwave, full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, counter space, and storage.

Guests have access to the main kitchen for cooking meals, including the dishwasher, which is run daily. We also have a very large backyard with covered patio, outdoor seating, and grill that you are welcome to use.

Park in the driveway on the right (East) side. Enter through the side door of the garage or the front door to the house. Your door code will unlock both doors. If you will be out past 10pm, please use the side door of the garage.

During your stay
Please feel free to message us through the AirBnB app, call or text. We are here to answer your questions and we hope to make your stay comfortable.

Other things to note
Please be considerate of the fact that we have middle school and elementary age kids and a dog. We do not allow the kids or the dog into the Airbnb.

We understand not everyone likes dogs or wants to be around them. If you would prefer, we can keep our dog on the main floor or in her kennel when you need to use the kitchen.

Additionally, our home is located directly across the street from an elementary school. In order to comply with Nebraska law, we need to verify that guests are not listed on any state or national sex offender registry. We respectfully ask to get a copy of a government issued ID for you and all guests. (This booking can accommodate 2 people). We apologize for any inconvenience this extra step in booking causes.

Nice house right in the heart of Lincoln. Close to Bryan East Hospital, Union College, and the Cathedral of the Risen Christ. A short 7 minute drive to downtown - UNL Stadium, the Haymarket, and lots of restaurants. Short drive to all parts of the city.

Quaint 2 story home in the heart of Lincoln. 2900 sq ft of charm with all hardwood floors, 2 fireplaces, mid century modern vibes, large windows, brand NEW everything-->mattresses, bed frames, linens, washer/dryer, rugs, sofas, TVs. ***I'm currently living in the upstairs main bedroom along with my little dog, but the other 2 bedrooms are available. I prefer to rent to 1 female at a time so we both have lots of space, but I may be open to 2 renters depending on the situation.

You have access to everything in the house. The front and back doors are both keyless entry so you never have to worry about being locked out. The house is large, so if you're a private person you have your own quiet living quarters to do as you wish. You will also have your own parking space in the garage and your own designated bathroom.

Texting me is easiest. I always have my phone on me so feel free to reach out any time, day or night. My email is also checked frequently, and I always try to respond in a timely manner.

Other things to note
I am currently living in the upstairs main bedroom and working midshift at the hospital. So I'd prefer a female nurse roommate who is kind and can respect my sleep schedule. I recently adopted a small dog who sleeps with me in my room. She is very sweet but if you have dog allergies then this house wouldn't be a good fit.

There are 2 dogs located in the property, Molly a border collie and Sadie a cocker spaniel. Both are very nice and kept up to date on all vaccinations. They will be kept separate behind a gate in the basement unless otherwise requested. I understand not everyone likes dogs or wants to be around them so they are generally not allowed on the ground level.

The house is shared, you are renting a private bedroom only. I reside in the basement and use a separate entrance. I will share the kitchen so you may see me from time to time while I’m cooking. All dishes should be washed immediately to prevent pests. Pest control comes to spray regularly but there may be a stray ant or two if you leave a plate out.

Elizabeth’s Place is named after my mother who loved people and enjoyed entertaining. She was a beloved elementary school teacher for many years. This home is a tribute to her and to the many people who’s lives she touched with her caring and graciousness.

The upstairs apartment in this beautiful stone home on a quiet, tree lined neighborhood could be your home base for Husker game weekends, graduations and weddings, marathons, tournaments and road trips. 10 minutes from UNL, completely updated California ranch makes this a great space. Suitable for adults and children 8 and older.

The space
You could have the entire second floor of our home which has a QUEEN bed and TWO TWIN beds (one twin is a tempur-pedic extra long, all the beds are NEW). Special attention has been paid to linens, towels, pillows, and decor. International art has been used throughout this space. There is also a comfy chair with reading lamp, ottoman, and a lap blanket for your reading pleasure.

This room is huge, charming, peaceful, and bright. It easily accommodates 4 people. Each bedside has a night table and an architect lamp with plugins for charging tech items.

The 3 piece bathroom has storage space for your toiletries and thick, plush towels. Liquid soap and shampoo/conditioner are in the shower.

This listing now has a kitchen cart with dishes, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, and microwave. All this is enhanced by beautiful views of the trees from the queen bed. The room has its own ENSUITE 3 piece bath and a self check in entrance. Original hardwood floors (that have a tendency to creak) add to the charm of this apartment.

A (cute)table with four (comfy)chairs has recently replaced the rocking chair pictured in this space. See details about breakfast options under "Other things to Note".

You are welcome to enjoy our home. We have a beautiful backyard with a huge new deck (and a table that seats 8) and a quaint and well appointed screened porch. We have two living rooms (one with a huge wood burning fireplace and both with large TV's) and a dining space that seats 10.
Please let me know if you are interested in the use of any of these extra spaces. THEY ARE AVAILABLE BASED ON OUR OWN WEEKEND PLANS AND NEED TO BE ARRANGED BEFORE BOOKING. An extra fee for the use of these spaces may be added at the owner's discretion.

Other things to note
This is our dream house and we would love to share it with you. It is carefully and tastefully decorated. Many who enter the house remark on it's peaceful ambiance. This space is intended for use by older children and adults.

A room service breakfast is offered at this listing for most dates. It is based on the honor system.
