We truly want this to be your home away from home so we provide many extras. The following is a list of staple items we will have for you when you stay, it's kinda long but worth it. The route to the property is all pavement except for the last 1/10th of a mile is gravel. There is a keyless entry lock on the door. We want you to know that our water though it is safe is well water and it taste terrible so we have a reverse osmosis system that feeds a small faucet in the kitchen sink and it also feeds into the ice maker in the freezer. There are extra bottles of water in the refrigerator and also a bag of ice in the freezer. Under the sinks in the bathrooms we provide bottles of water to use for brushing your teeth. Our property is in the flight path of the Lincoln Airport. Our airport is very small so there isn't much traffic but I do want you to be aware of it. Sometimes the Air National Guard will practice their flights so there could be more traffic. We are in the country so there are bugs, mosquitos, deer, rabbits, racoons, foxes, and many other critters. Here is a list of other items that we provide to help you plan your trip. We provide bed linens, towels with access to a washer and dryer. We have washcloths and hand towels too. The kitchen is stocked with ketchup, mustard, barbeque sauce, steak sauce, steak seasonings, salt and pepper, misc spices, mayo, miracle whip, ranch dressing, and Dorothy Lynch dressing a local flavor. We have dill and bread and butter pickles, pickle relish, pancake syrup, sugar paper plates, plastic silverware and plastic cups, napkins and paper towels coffee maker with several flavors of coffee and regular too. We also have coconut oil, olive oil, and canola oil. There is bug spray and bug yard spray. A first aid kit, saline solution, shampoo. body soap, blow dryers, curling iron, common items forgotten like toothpaste, toothbrush, hairspray, razors, and many other items. In the patio box near the house there's extra outdoor chairs, marshmallow and hotdog stick, fire starter, matches. We have a gas grill, and fire pit to cook on. There is also grill utensils in a box by the grill outside. Inside the utensils box is a grill mat or toss away grill covers for the grate on the firepit incase you would like to cook other an open fire. The gas grill is fed by our big propane tank wo there is a valve on the deck floor to the left of the grill. Turn the valve vertical and the gas is on, horizontal the gas is off. Please make sure the valve is off when you are not using it. There is a iron and ironing board lint brushes. In the closets of the bedrooms there are fire extinguisher cans and one in the cupboard above the microwave in the kitchen. There is also one in the window in the rec room in the basement.. We have several outside and inside games available to play. There will be cut wood for the fire pit as well. I don't think I forgot anything and I hope this helps with your plans. This spacious end-unit is part of a quiet townhome community next to the Highlands golf course and pool. Large master suite with master bath, walk-in closet and office area. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are generous in size with walk-in closets. Open floor concept, full size kitchen, comfortable living room with sectional sofa and large screen tv invites your family in! Large patio opens to great yard. This townhome is nicely decorated and well-kept.

The Chicago, Burlington, & Quincy railroad system recognized the potential of Havelock, establishing Havelock as a hub for travelers & shipping. This heritage finds its way into the decor of Havelock House, with train-inspired design that blends with modern upgrades to make the home a unique retreat.
You will be on the main floor in a private apartment, boasting 1,600 sq. ft. of comfort: 3 private bedrooms, a queen, king & full-size bed. For added flexibility, a couch offers extra sleeping space.
There are 2 entrances equipped with secure, keyless locks for convenience & safety. The same code will work for both doors, providing seamless entry. One is located on the north side, leading to the front yard and parking, while the other is on the east side of the house. The rear (east) entry door provides access to both the basement & main floor apartments. The basement is a private residence & once inside the house, separate coded entry doors ensure privacy for each apartment.
Enjoying the porch in the evenings is delightful, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the area. The front porch offers a perfect setting to appreciate Nebraska's charm. While the backyard is fully fenced with 2 gates, a concrete patio with an awning, a table with chairs, and free-standing swing. Additional features include a freestanding hammock, antique swing, chair tree swing under a Hackberry tree, a picnic table & compost bin.
No pets.
There is a garden in the backyard & herbs planted all about. Feel free to cut some herbs or pick some fresh vegetables when they are in season. A Bolo toss (ladder game) is available for use. If you're interested in other outdoor games, just let me know, & I’ll happily bring additional options to the house.
There are 4 cameras on the property. One on the front porch, facing the driveway. Another at the rear entry stairwell. The remaining 2 are positioned at the front & back of the garage, overseeing the parking areas.
There is ample parking available on the west side & to the south, near the alley. Please note that clearly marked spots are reserved for the basement tenants. Avoid parking in their designated spaces or obstructing their vehicles. If you plan to use the west gate of the fenced yard, you will need to unlatch it from the inside.
The sunporch houses a breakfast nook that can double as a spot for games or basking in the sunlight. A washer/dryer are located here for your use. Additionally, picnic supplies & outdoor dishes are on the shelf next to the games, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals.
Children are welcome but the house is not childproof. As such, guests with children are encouraged to bring any necessary safety items or precautions to ensure a worry-free stay. The open layout & eclectic decorations may captivate young ones but could also present challenges without proper supervision.
There is no smoking or vaping in the home. You may sit on the porch or in the patio area & smoke. Clean up your butts! The patio features comfortable seating arrangements, perfect for unwinding with a book, engaging in conversation, or sipping a beverage.

Did not receive code for access, but the owner responded very quickly. Bathroom is a bit small, but ok for the two of us. Only improvement I would suggest is a larger/more comfortable couch in the living room. Overall, a great place to stay, and perfect location for Memorial Stadium." - "We were in Lincoln for the 2022 Gravel Worlds event and stayed for most of the week prior. STRICT CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Because of our house keepers schedule and take great care in cleaning and disinfecting every surface in our home for our guests' safety, we adhere to a strict check-in/check-out policy. Check-in is 4:00 pm or after. Check-out is 10:00 am SHARP or before. We will enforce a $100 fine for anyone violating this policy. If you choose to check-out early, kindly leave us a note.

You'll love this well kept home with amazing views of the wetlands. Located in close proximity to I-80 and only a 10 minute drive to Downtown. It offers three bedrooms (a King bed master suite, Queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom). WiFi internet access as well as cable TV (over 200 channels). The beds have new mattresses and most furniture and appliances are within a year old. Enjoy the amazing views throughout the house and along the deck. It has a water softener and a continuous hot water heater.
