You'll have a good sized bedroom with double and twin beds, a private bathroom with many updates. There is a twin size air mattress available for use. There's also a well stocked kitchen with gas stovetop, fridge with freezer and microwave. The living room has a smart TV and a sectional couch that pulls out to sleep one or two people. The basement laundry is shared with the guests upstairs in the main part of the house. This basement apartment is accessed through the back door going through the garage. The fully fenced backyard is available for use and is also shared with the guests upstairs. There is a BBQ grill, fire pit, swings and patio table with seating for 4.

Guest access
Guests will share access to the basement laundry facilities as well as the fenced backyard with BBQ and fire pit with the guests in the main house.

Other things to note
Please note that quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am since there may be guests upstairs.

We allow small pets, but there is a $50 one-time pet fee. We also ask that you please clean up after your pet. Please crate your pet if left alone in the house.

If you need to smoke, please do so outside. If you are bothered by noise in the upstairs unit, please contact me instead of going directly to them.

There is a sewing machine in the basement laundry area available for your use. Text me if you have any questions about it's use.

Please note that the person booking the stay must be one of the guests per Airbnb guidelines.

There is no way to regulate the thermostat from the basement. We do provide portable heaters in each closet as well as built-in baseboard heating in the bedroom. It's just a little noisy. There's also a fan in the bedroom closet.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. More than that will need to be disclosed and pre-approved. There's also an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night.

We have a unique older home in a nice neighborhood. This home has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, a sofabed, queen air mattress and a pak-n-play. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard. Fully stocked kitchen should have most everything you'd need to prepare and serve a nice meal. We look forward to hosting you.

We have external security cameras. Front, back and in the garage. There are no cameras inside the home.

The person booking the stay must be one of the guests. This is an Airbnb rule that must be followed.

We also have the basement apartment listed on Airbnb. But they will not have access to the main house. They will be coming and going through the garage.

We allow pets but no more than 2. There is a $100, non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Please be sure to include your pet(s) in the reservation. Please also let me know in your message how many and what kind of pet(s) you'll be bringing. We ask that no large dogs be brought to the house. Nothing larger than 50lbs.

In the basement there is a sewing machine you can use if necessary.
