That never happened. I never got a checkout procedure, yet, the on-site property rental office was kind enough to take the key from me. The "reply" button their emails led to a login-screen for Expedia, yet, after logging in, no obvious way to send a message. That literally the only reason I'm leaving a review. Overall, it met our needs and I would stay there again. "

• The back yard is a great area for entertaining a large number of guests. We have had people bring multiple campers for the driveway along with guests and have a great time getting together. If you have any special requests please feel free to ask.

• You will have access to the entire house, the front and back yard as well as field next to the house. There is a digital lock on the door so you can check in and out without meeting with the owner.

Other things to note
• I bought this house in 2018 and have completely renovated it. The inside is now completely done and ready to go. Almost everything is brand new and it is very clean.
• There is a 40 FT patio in the back yard with a grilling area, 18 FT covered Binzebo with concrete pad, several bar tops great for outdoor entertaining as well as two separate 30 FT x 12 FT strips of Astroturf for bags, washers, beer darts, or other outdoor games. WiFi and Netflix are available with our Roku device. You can also log on with your own Cable provider or Hulu account.

If you have any specific questions about anything I do not have listed just let me know. It is a great space for a group of friends or family to get together. I put a lot of work into the back yard to make it a really nice area to hang out and turn up the jams or sit around the fire pit. There is plenty of space for outdoor cooking or partying. We have also had people bring a camper or two and put them in the driveway.

MAIN FLOOR

We welcome you into our cheery living room with a comfortable large sofa sectional that opens into our large dining room. Our table that seats 10 is perfect for gathering to share a meal or play a provided board game.

The kitchen is outstanding, open, and central to the house. It is perfect for sharing the gift of cooking together. If ordering in is more your style, there is plenty of cabinet and refrigerator space. It is fully equipped, has a ton of counter space, and is connected with the living room, dining room, and hallway.

There are 3 beautiful bedrooms on the main floor with a queen bed in each. A pack-and-play is provided for little ones, and a fun reading nook/cozy corner in case you have someone in your group who wants a cozy quiet space.

BASEMENT

The basement has additional living areas and is spacious and perfect for hanging out and playing video games in. There is an additional queen bed downstairs, and 2 couches that fold flat and become beds. If you have little ones, we have a small play space just their size!

I have an amazing large one bedroom house private parking great location a mile and a half from the Haymarket Park and the Pinnacle arena we do supply air mattresses because the house is very large there is enough room for at least 4 guests there is washer and dryer in the house there is a great size office designated work area I have recently updated the entire house. there is also a futon I have put in the office area. that's very nice. there is outside furniture and a hot tub

Our neighborhood is a very quiet and family oriented. They are very considerate of the neighborhood as I am sure that you will return in kind. The neighborhood is very close (walking distance) to Southpointe Mall with many shopping and eating venues.

There is a bus route right in front of the house as well as access to Uber and or Lyft for any and all transportation needs.

My twins were happy one of the bedrooms has 2 beds so they did not have to share! Everyone had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy our vacation. While not right next door to campus, it was very easy to get there. It took less than 15 minutes to reach our sons' dorm rooms and the Uber got us to Memorial Stadium on game day in less than 20 minutes. Alex was very communicative and checked on us to ensure all was going well. The chocolates and card were lovely touches to welcome us to the home. This is an upstairs loft in a detached building from the main family residence in a quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes from downtown Lincoln. The loft includes a billiards table, ping pong table and darts along with a full kitchen and large bathroom. Cable TV and internet access are included as well as optional laundry. A fire pit, play set and large green space is available outside for games before or after the big event.

Beautiful clean pristine 2 bedroom walk out basement apartment, in ranch house, with high ceilings and large windows on acreage overlooking rolling hills and the Nebraska prairie. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy the fresh air and breath-taking evening sunsets. Or sit by firepit and chill. Relaxed feel helps with rejuvenation after a weary day. Spacious close in acreage gives a special feel. Only 3 mins from highway 77 and 15 mins from the Lincoln Airport. Clean, spacious and well kept!

The space
Parking on the south side of the house in the left driveway space or facing east on the east side of the driveway just off the grass.
Door to access rental on the west side of the house. Do not use concrete stairs walk around for additional safety.
Keys will be placed in the plant pot on the right next to the door and should be returned to owner once you exit.
No excessive loud noises, smoking or vaping, or additional guests.
Books are not to be removed from library.

The Area:
• This is the ideal place for a family or group of friends to stay. Enjoy the solitude of this tucked away acreage and look up at the stars or crank up the music and have some beers around a camp fire with your friends.
• The closest neighbor is 1/2 mile away.
• Bring your horses and ride the trails around the lake or bring your boat/jet ski/kayaks and enjoy the water right over the dam.
• Enjoy the free outdoor archery range or shoot some blue rock at the trap range just up the road(park pass required for those but otherwise free).
• Maybe swimming is your thing? Hop up on the dam and walk or bike down the trail right to the public swimming beach right at the other end of the dam.
• There is plenty for everyone to do here.

• Uber and Lyft pick up here if you want to take a ride to down town and hit up some restaurants and bars. Downtown Lincoln & Memorial Stadium are just 9.5 miles away(15 minute drive).

Back Yard Entertainment:
• In the back yard we have added an 18ft covered binzebo, fire pit, outdoor grilling area, outdoor concrete bar tops and two artificial turf slabs which are great for playing bags or other yard games.

• The back yard is a great area for entertaining a large number of guests. We have had people bring multiple campers for the driveway along with guests and have a great time getting together. If you have any special requests please feel free to ask.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, the front and back yard as well as field next to the house. There is a digital lock on the door so you can check in and out without meeting with the owner.

Other things to note
I bought this house in 2018 and have completely renovated it. The inside is now completely done and ready to go. Almost everything is brand new and it is very clean.
There is a 40 FT patio in the back yard with a grilling area, 18 FT covered Binzebo with concrete pad, several bar tops great for outdoor entertaining as well as two separate 30 FT x 12 FT strips of Astroturf for bags, washers, beer darts, or other outdoor games. WiFi and Netflix are available with our Roku device. You can also log on with your own Cable provider or Hulu account.
If you have any specific questions about anything I do not have listed just let me know. It is a great space for a group of friends or family to get together. I put a lot of work into the back yard to make it a really nice area to hang out and turn up the jams or sit around the fire pit. There is plenty of space for outdoor cooking or partying. We have also had people bring a camper or two and put them in the driveway.

Looking for a place just outside of Lincoln to unplug and relax? This cabin sits nestled on 80 acres overlooking a little lake with fishing, boating and kayaking available. Watch the prettiest sunrises and sunsets on the patio or from inside through the abundant windows. There is a full kitchen, a living room with a smart TV, strong WiFi, updated bathroom, 3 sets of bunkbeds and a queen-sized bed. Perfect for a girl's trip, guy's fishing retreat, Husker football game weekend and so much more!

The space
Our cabin is a little over 1200 square feet. The main living area has a sitting nook (our favorite spot to watch the sun rise), a living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 of the 3 bunk beds. The bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a queen bed. All have super soft bedding plus extra blankets provided. Two mini splits to control the heat and cooling to your comfort. Baseboard heat as well for some extra coziness if you'd like. You can park down by the cabin or up by the garage and take a short path to the cabin. Three cars fit perfectly by the cabin. Please note that it is a rocked dirt road leading to our property.

Guest access
We want our guests to explore as much of the 80 acres as they'd like. It's beautiful land! You'll have full lake access with 3. new fishing docks! We have kayaks and a small (motorless) boat you can fish off of.

Other things to note
We are super family and dog friendly but be aware that this cabin is tucked away in nature so there are other animals (deer and such) roaming the property. Also, use caution around the water. Any time you get on the water (boating or kayaking), you must wear a life jacket. All fishing supplies and life jackets are provided but get a lot of use so if you're an avid fisherman/woman, feel free to bring your own. We have a fully stocked lake! If you want to hold any type of event and/or invite other guests out for any reason, please reach out before booking. Extra fees apply.

The space
The entire house will be yours to stay in. We recently added wi-fi through Star-Link. The main floor includes the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, family room, and one bedroom. The bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, and a closet. We have a ceiling fan in each bedroom as well as a portable fan for either noise or for comfort. The bathroom is not attached but is well sized and beautiful. We have extras in bathrooms such as a blow dryer, lotion, Q-tips, cotton balls, etc. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full sized bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The "East side" room has a queen bed and two twin beds that overlook the volleyball court and the property. The "West side room has a queen platform bed and a comfortable chair to read along with a full size mirror.
The basement is finished and includes a room that is partitioned off with two twin beds. We have extra blankets in the console/dresser if it gets chilly. We also have a portable fan and a sound machine. It also features a table and chairs to play games, & a living room with Roku TV. You can easily connect to your Netflix, Disney, and other accounts by following the guest instructions on the tv. The basement also includes a full bathroom and laundry room.
The outdoor space includes a beautiful deck with tables, chairs, and a firepit. In the warmer months we have a hammock under the deck to lounge and relax. Play outdoor games all day if you'd like. We have a sand volleyball court, frisbee golf course, corn hole, and balls to play football, soccer, or kickball. We hope that you are able to get away and have some fun or take some time to relax.

Our guest house is now equipped with Wi-Fi. It has been a long road to access a signal but it has been installed!

Conveniently, our property is spacious enough for multiple car parking. The space
A total of 4 bedrooms for 10 people. 1 king size bed and 4 queen size beds (one of room has two queen size beds). 2 living rooms, 1 living room above and 1 living room below. We have a total of 3 bathrooms. Conveniently there is plenty of space for cars or RV camper to park BUT we DO NOT provide RV camper hookup equipment or electric outlet, again NO proper RV pad or outlet rated particularly for RV.
The dining room has a microwave, air fryer, oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, and refrigerator. We also try to provide some common kitchen items and basic spices such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, coffee and coffee cream. There is also a laundry room, detergent and dryer sheets will be available. You can use desk and patio. Also there are outdoor fire place and fire pit to make the space more cozy.(!Please use only ONE at a time, either the fireplace or fire pit but NOT both!)We have a beautiful garden, artificial waterfalls and sparkling lights. There is a sound system that plays music connection by the bluetooth in the flower garden. There is a small play area for children. In remote places, we also have suitable places for family camping.

-Disclaimer for running, jumping and climbing injuries. Warning on the dry stream bed behind the property and there is a drop off onto it. Please be careful and you should not go too close because it is quite dangerous and requires an adult to supervise.

- Before arriving, please send a message 1 day or 1-2 hour before arriving so we will send you the pin code of the main door to the house, wifi internet password, and TV. Also includes installation information (accesses) to be use inside the house.
- If possible, please leave your shoes in the shoe storage area. Do not wear shoes indoors. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you do use the fire pit/place (! Only use ONE at a time)in the back yard please make sure to turn it off after you are done using it.
- The fire pit in the back yard is only used for lighting fires not for grilling meat..ect.
- Keep off rocks and landscaping from the garden. Please, do not touch the flower or pick them.
- To ensure safety, guests are required to be sure to turn off the stove, electric fire place, outdoor fire place, fire pit each time you leave the house.
- Before you leave please don't forget your personal belongings or any valuables. Because we are not responsible for returning forgotten items after the expiration date.
- Please put all your kitchen trash in a large bag and put it in the big trash can outside in the garage.

The space
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located just minutes outside Lincoln. It is easily accessible from I-80 and Hwy 77, thus making it convenient to downtown Lincoln, the Haymarket, Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Arena, etc., shopping at South Pointe, restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Other areas of interest close by are Capitol View Winery, Pioneers Park, Yankee Hill Lake, Blue Stem Lake, War Horse Casino, and so much more!

The home itself is an open concept with an abundance of natural lighting. There is enough space for everyone to enjoy hanging together; or elect to spend quiet time outside on the deck. There is WiFi throughout the house, the kitchen is nicely stocked for cooking, propane grill for outside grilling, and 2 spaces with Smart Fire TV's.

You will have access to the entire first level of the home, plus one garage space with opener. (Presently the basement is unfinished and is off limits.) There is additional outside parking on the concrete or rocked areas.

*Please note that you will have approximately 1 1/2 miles of rocked/graveled road to access the property.

We utilize self check-in and you will be sent a lock code for the front door shortly before your arrival.

You will have access to the entire first level and one garage space. The basement is currently unfinished and off limits. The outside shed is private property and we ask that you do not enter.

Other things to note
The outdoor furniture is stored in the garage. Once you're here, feel free to move it around to the deck or on the concrete around the firepit. We ask that you please return it to the garage prior to checking out.

Our firepit is wood burning. Please make sure that you take note of the weather conditions (i.e. wind and direction) before lighting. We ask that the fire be completely out before you retire to the house or anytime leaving the property.

The propane grill is also stored in the garage. Please clean the grate after each use. Return it to the garage (once cooled) prior to checking out.
