We have a feeling that you will want to move right in after experiencing all that Turkey Creek Farmhouse has to offer!

We do house our friendly hens and rooster on the property next to the house. They are fully enclosed and will not be roaming around. Please feel free to enjoy watching them but do not try to feed them or otherwise touch them. If you are staying more than one night, we will be by to feed and water them once every two days for about 10 minutes, however we promise not to bother you at all during your stay. Our rooster, Stormy, does crow however we have provided sound machines in each bedroom so that you can still sleep in as late as you’d like.

Due to the nature of being located just outside of town, our WiFi access is not ideal. We do have WiFi, however it is not high speed, especially if trying to stream from multiple devices. Please know that another option is to use your personal hot spot on your mobile device if the WiFi is slower to stream on the smart TV's. We plan to upgrade as soon as it becomes available to our area.

The home is clean, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable bed and couch for sleeping, great rec room with activities and entertainment galore. The best was exploring the surrounding property. The kids loved hiking up the gravel road, finding snails and toads, climbing rocks and finding hidden treasures in the brush (57 chevy, old tractor). The owner, Kim, was extremely friendly and helpful, even turned on all of the exterior lights since we arrived well after dark. Overall, I wish we could have spent more time here - next time!"

Main level includes the master bed & bath, 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom/laundry room, main bath, and no walls hold back this kitchen, dining, and great room. The finished lower level includes the 4th bedroom, bath, and a family room walk out. Plenty of windows to embrace the lake views, not to mention taking in all the wildlife. If outdoor living is your family’s desire, then this is your place.

The property was designed for large families or groups by comfortably sleeping 10 adults if some don’t mind sharing a room. Then up to 16 if you have a family or group with a combination of adults and kids. We feel it is ideal for multiple families wanting to spend their vacation together chilling. Or if Grandma and Grandpa want to host a family getaway with their big and little kiddos. Why not leave the kids behind for a great couples retreat or girls weekend to just sit, relax, and catch up.

We do allow small family or group events on a case by case basis. Out of respect for our neighbors the gathering would need to be “family friendly” and “PG rated” in nature. Management has installed a video doorbell located at the street side front door of the property. This device also has two way audio and motion capabilities that we hope will provide our guests a sense of security as well as help us manage check ins/outs and scheduled maintenance or delivery. What your family or group will find walking around in the Village of Cedar Creek, are great views of multiple lakes, the Platte River, several parks to sit on a bench to watch the birds, deer, or a little league ball game. If there is a day your family or group is looking for lunch, dinner, or a drink then head to the Cedar Creek Inn, also known to the locals as CCI. They are a welcoming community, just tell them your name and you’ll end up with a new friend. And just across the street is a catering company BW Bistro who has takeout and delivery available for pizza, wings, and much more.

The Village of Cedar Creek is found in Cass County which offers several rural event venues such as Lilac Hill, Rock Hill, Sparks Barn, Slattery Vintage Estates, and Cass County Event Center. So if you’re looking for a place to stay after having or attending your event then this property is just a short country road away. These facilities are perfect for a family wedding, family reunion, or any type of family gathering.

Louisville, Nebraska is located about 10 minutes west of Village of Cedar Creek. It has a downtown area on Main St with boutiques, ice cream, food market, bar, restaurant, cigars, and liquor. They have just about anything your family or group would be interested in.

Springfield, Nebraska is just another 10 minutes north of Louisville and has a few boutiques, restaurants, and a great vineyard to watch the sunset, Soaring Wings. The living room has huge 18 ft ceilings with access to a large deck, beach, & lake. It has an open floor plan so the entire family can be together as dinner is served, the ball game is on and everyone is enjoying themselves.

The enormous two-level deck has multiple seating areas including a large outdoor couch, a large table & gas grill (two propane tank provided) and a gas fire pit. The spacious beach has multiple beach chairs you can use to lounge by the water or around the firepit.We also provide one single kayak, two paddleboards, a paddle boat, a variety of life jackets, kids' beach toys, and more.

This home is only 30 minutes to downtown Omaha which includes the Old Market, CHI Center, and College World Series events. Other attractions nearby are the Henry Doorly Zoo (20mins), Werner Park (5 mins), & Eppley Airfield (30mins).

- Great Room: soaring 18+ ft ceilings, 65” smart tv, & access to a large deck/ lake. Has a full sectional in the living room if needed to sleep. This area has sitting for approximately 12 people to eat (additional eating space outside and additional tables available).
- Kitchen: features mother of pearl shell backsplash, granite, 2 large ovens in addition to a double-door refrigerator. Also, has a countertop electric cooktop, microwave, Keurig, Ninja blender, toaster, &more.

- You and your guests can NOT have boats or jet skis. If there is something else you want to bring ask me and I will let you know the community rules on if and how it is allowed so you can make an informed decision if you want to bring it.

Parking: Large Driveway that can fit up to 10 cars. (The garage is full of water sport items so parking in the garage will need to be arranged prior). No parking along the side of the street, narrow roads in the neighborhood.

Pets: Must be preapproved by the host. No cats are allowed as hosts &their kids are allergic. Must be kenneled when left unattended, leashed at all times when outside, and must pick up pet's waste. Rules are included in agreement.

After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.

If a Camp Guide submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Summary:
Located on the south bank of the Platte River, Louisville State Recreation Area is approximately a 30-minute drive from Omaha. Encompassing 192 acres, Louisville SRA boasts five lakes and a large floating playground.

Campers at this park can fully embrace lake life with seasonal kayak, paddle board, and water bike rentals. Swim, fish and boat during your camping stay; anglers will find bass, catfish, bluegill and crappie in the sandpit lakes. The parks popular floating playground features exciting obstacles including a climbing wall, monkey bars and dome. This seasonal attraction requires a separate ticket which can be purchased on site.

This park also features a 1.1 walking loop. Dogs on leashes are welcome on this trail.

Cottonwood F is located approximately 1 mile from the park entrance and has a view of the Platte River. Your partially shaded campsite is about a 4-minute hike in from the parking spot. The site features a spacious 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit and two Adirondack chairs are also included. There is a Tentrr Loo (camping potty) at your campsite for convenience. Campers will also be able to access modern bathhouses for showers and restrooms at the park but these facilities are some distance from the tent.

The Space:
Perfect for families or anyone who enjoys Lake Life, this park is less than 45 minutes from Omaha and Lincoln.

Quick Note regarding Trash Service. We have a member of our team come out and take trash bins out to curb and then return on Service Days. They will enter thru the garage. If you don't want anyone to enter the garage, you are welcome to move bins in/out. Please let us know so we can inform our team. Regular service day (holidays/weather can affect service days) is Friday pick up. Bins need to be placed at the end of the driveway.
