Enter the beautifully renovated home into a spacious foyer with seating. There is a full ceramic tiled bathroom (tub with shower) on this level. Spacious kitchen has eating area, a desk and walkout to a tree shaded deck . Walk down to a privacy fenced backyard with a concrete patio where you can lounge and enjoy your meal at the table for 4 and grass area with outdoor chairs. The long driveway extends into the backyard with room to park 1-2 vehicles within the fenced area, and 3 vehicles in the driveway outside the fence. Also street parking is available.

Close by is fishing, swimming, shopping, biking, finding "Odell Diamonds" by a lake, national parks, bike trails, hunting, museum across the street, etc.
