Could not have been more satisfied. There is a small balcony. The only recommendation I would give is for the owners to replace the small balcony chairs. Really- just a beautiful charming spot."

My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers, especially for traveling medical personnel working within the area.

The furnished basement apartment w/ single bed consists of 720 square feet. The space includes use of the washroom area, shared "man-cave" (family recreation area), bedroom with walk-in closet, split kitchen area, bathroom, and shower.

Access to the basement apartment is by common access door to the home via the east deck entrance. Upon entering, you walk through the main level dining room area to access the furnished basement apartment. No key is required to access the basement apartment.

During your stay
Self check-in is available via keypad, with instructions sent through the Airbnb app a few hours before arrival. If host Rebecca or co-host Shayla is on site, they’re happy to say hello, answer questions, or show you around. Otherwise, the team keeps things quiet so guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

The best way to get in touch is through the Airbnb app. A phone number is also listed in the welcome binder for emergencies. Between the two of us, we’re very responsive and happy to help when needed.

Other things to note
Our space supports daytime wellness services, so guests check out by 8:00 AM each day and can check in after 8:00 PM. This schedule applies to most rooms, though we offer a limited number of weekly bookings with more flexible access — just ask!

If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

Free overnight parking is available in our large private lot.

Please remember that while towels are provided, toiletries are not, so be sure to bring your essentials.

There are no TVs in the rooms, and we ask guests to keep noise respectful to maintain a calm, peaceful environment for everyone.

From your first step inside you’ll know you’ve entered a one-of-a-kind rustic, yet warm & comfortable space. Stream your favorite shows on the 42” TV or relax on the plush grass carpet. You can almost hear the rain bouncing off the farm fresh steel ceiling and smell grandma’s homemade cookies in the full retro kitchen. The place is fully stocked, from dishes and silverware, fresh towels and sheets, to soap and shampoo.

The space
This is a large one bedroom located inside an older house that had been converted into a tri-plex. As you can see by the description we feel this may be one of the most unique places you will stay at! There is a couch in the living room and space for an air mattress (1 provided). There is shared heat throughout the building and space heaters in the unit to control the temperature to your liking. A window A/C unit and portable fan is available for cooling.
NOTE: The bedroom does not have a door. It is semi private and opens up to the living room.

Guest access
In addition to your own private apartment, you'll be able to relax on the front porch or the outdoor patio area with fire pit (bring your own wood) and patio table/chairs. A small charcoal grill is also included but no lighter fluid or charcoal. There is also a washer and dryer available in the basement.

Basement.1.5 blocks from main st, cute cottage home. You have the entire basement to yourself with a microwave/fridge/coffee pot/teapot, and amazing back yard to enjoy! In the back there is a boutique and 24/7 sauna so you may see others coming and going. If you always give 4 star reviews please move on this is a project of the ❤️ and we aim to have happy guests.

Private bedroom and dedicated bathroom in a quiet home on the east side of Sioux Falls in an upscale neighborhood. Easy access to I-90 (5-7 min). Good stopping point on the way to/from the Badlands and Rapid City.

The space
Bedroom: Located in lower level of a garden level house. Large windows provide ample daylight to bedroom and main area and have blackout shades. This room has a queen mattress. It fits two adults comfortably.

Bathroom: Dedicated bathroom next to bedroom. There is a shower and tub. It may be difficult for anyone who has a physical impairment to get in an out.

Downstairs Living Room: This is not available to other guests during your stay. My husband and I might need access to the office or the gym, but any interruption will be minimal. Please feel free to use the TV.

Upstairs living room and deck: available to anyone in the house. (Fireplace in living room available during fall/winter)

Kitchen: not available for cooking meals, but you are welcome to use this space or the dining area to eat food you’ve brought with or ordered. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator available for use. Milk, dairy free milk, and flavored syrups available. We also have a selection of teas.

Downstairs living room:
Available for you only and will not be used by other guests during your stay. This is considered your space. Please note occasional host access to office/gym may be needed.

Kitchen/Dining Area/Upstairs Living Room:
Available to all. Not available for cooking meals, only eating and drinking what you have brought in. Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave are available for use. Milk, dairy free milk, and flavored syrups available. We also have a selection of teas.

I work from home, if my office door is not closed, I’m available to answer you in person. If the door is closed, please message through the Airbnb app.

This is not a party house and is not ideal for night owls. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced out of respect for all guests in the home.

This home is not recommended for anyone under 18.

My dog, a pitbull, is great with adults, but has limited experience being around children and other animals and can be very anxious. Other animals are not permitted.

I work from home and will be on calls between 7 and 4 during the week. I only ask that the noise level be kept at a respectful level.

Your own private house that is an extension of our home. Entrance through the stairs connecting to the deck. Located on the Northwest side of town with easy access to the interstate for driving to attractions like Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse , the Sturgis rally, and historic Deadwood. All explorers are welcome: singles, couples, and families will all find the accommodations comfortable, cozy and clean with the added bonus of seeing wildlife such as turkeys and deer on a near daily basis!

The space
A balance of being in nature while only minutes away from the best parts of Rapid City. This location offers peace, quiet, seclusion and privacy with quick access to the interstate and hiking trails starting right in our back yard. Internet TV and internet are included powered with StarLink.

Guest access
Bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, dining and living area but no garage access. You're welcome to bring pets and use the small fenced yard, or let them roam free on our property if you have confidence in your furbabies off leash.

Amazon Prime and Netflix are included and watchable from the smart TV. ****During winter months, it is essential that your vehicle have at least AWD as we live atop of a steep hill that is plowed during and after every snow fall, but may be too difficult to drive in cars without the capability****

This newly remodeled space has been converted from an old lumber yard into a homey and comfortable space. It's less than a mile from town and is conveniently located on Us Highway 18.

Within walking distance to the drive-in theater and local museum.

The space
The Hide-a-way is almost always described as being "cozy." It's an incredibly unique space that has been transformed from being a lumber yard retail space into an inviting, relaxing, nicely decorated space.

It's very unassuming from the exterior of the property, but as the old saying goes, "You can't judge a book by its cover."

Guest access
You are welcome to the entire airbnb space. However, there is an apartment that is adjacent and above the airbnb. It's currently occupied by an air flight crew. The areas are completely separate, but I like to let people know in case they hear voices.
