-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.

-Parking Rules: Parking in Garage is not Permitted. Guest Parking in Driveway Only. 4-Wheel Drive is Mandatory during Winter Months.

-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 10:00AM

-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost.

-NOTE: Please be advised that an additional person charge of $15.49 will apply, starting from the 10th person onwards.

Disclaimer:

In the months of October and November, it is the breeding season for flies. You may notice a higher number of both dead and living flies. Please note that this is a common occurrence in the mountain area of Black Hills during this season.
