This Villa is part of the newly renovated River Rock Inn located at the Riverview Vacations Resort in Bellevue Iowa. The inn will provides 5 guest suites with lobby including access to a large deck overlooking the river. Guests have access to all our resort amenities and river front with private beach.

The master suite is on the third floor accessible by antique spiral staircase. The main bedroom includes its own living space, hot tub and full bath. There is also a private balcony with seating and outdoor gas fire-pit.

The lower level includes a living space, bath and bedroom with two double beds. It also has a full laundry room, 65" smart TV and foosball table.

The second floor includes a full kitchen with fridge, gas range and dishwasher. Plenty of seating and all cookware to make a great meal.

This special place is close to everything, with spectacular location on bluff with view of downtown Dubuque and the scenic river. This house which was built in 1869 is one of the oldest homes in Dubuque with close proximity to the historic 4th St. Elevator and walking distance to shopping and main street Dubuque. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

The first floor is overlooks the lake front pool deck and includes a pool and spa. Our large covered pool area offers a large pool, which can be heated on request, and has a spa tub with waterfall feature. There is plenty of very comfortable seating outside and loungers for you to make the most of the area at any time of day.

Our home is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and our beds are extremely comfortable – just what you need after a hard day at the parks – with luxury bed linen and plenty of towels, including pool towels.

We provide a crib, high chair, for the mother with young children.

The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that you would expect in your own home. There is also a full size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor for your convenience.

This house has 1 king bedroom, 2 Queen Room, 1 Room with 2 twin beds and 1 Room with 1 bunk bed. All with flat screen TV's and plenty storage space.

You can also enjoy a game of pool in the games room, or the adults can all watch a movie or a sports game together in the spacious lounge , while the kids watch their own show in the upstairs loft area.
