In a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of sunshine, Glen Craft is ideally located with warm prevailing southwest breezes to our sandy beach and cooler north-westerns over our treetops. Surrounded with Michigan woods, right on the crystal clear waters of Big Glen Lake, yet located 1/2 mile from Glen Arbor and about 2 miles from Sleeping Bear National Park Dune climb this is the perfect spot to enjoy days at "home" and days out exploring the local area.

Smooth, softly sloping sand leads to Glen Lake, just outside your door. Children love it, and adults can relax alongside them. Children can even wade all the way to the anchored raft. We also have a lakeside firepit with log stools, a dry sauna, small laundry facility, tennis court, row boat, paddle boards, shuffle board court, beach chaise lounge chairs, basketball, and archery range. The peaceful 100' + sugar sand beach is shared with two other villas, but not crowded at all.

Whitecap offers a full kitchen, spacious living/dining room with gorgeous lake views and a field stone fireplace, bath with shower and two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. There is also a queen size pull-out couch in the living room.

Furnished/Unfurnished Items:
Cable TV, DVD player and wireless internet provided.
Gas grill and beach chaise lounge chairs.
Fully furnished kitchen is complete with range/oven, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Blankets and pillows are furnished. Kitchen soaps & bath soaps provided, but no shampoo. Linens and towels can be provided at an additional charge.

4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed.
6.) A dog is permitted with written approval and payment of pet fee. No more than 1 dog not over 100 pounds. Pets must not be left unattended at anytime. Repetitive barking will lead to early departure without refund. If a pet is on the property without permission then there will be a $500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately. You are required to pick up after your pet.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 times the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) Life jackets are provided with Kayaks and must be worn at all times. Must be with an adult unless you are 18 years or older. Quaint Cottages nor the owner is or will be responsible for any accidents.

1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is a parking lot for the cottage.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are permitted with payment of pet fee and approval. If a pet is on the property without the pet fee and permission then there will be a $1500 fee.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm. This unit is amongst another unit s so please keep noise levels down at all times.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) No more than 2 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITOUT AN ADULT!
14.) Hot tub towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels for hot tub.
15.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
16.). Fire wood is not provided and can be purchased at most gas stations. If there is firewood there you are welcome to use it.

- "My wife and I are very familiar with the property and enjoyed it very much." - "Everything was wonderful, I loved that there was laundry detergent, and all the little things like that that I didn’t think to bring. There was minor ware on the unit, chips on the cabinets, small crack in the bathroom wall but all in all it was in good shape. I loved that there was a locked outside closet for ski and snowboard equipment. The only complaint I have is the hot tub, half the jets were not working. There was black scum on the walls. There was either undissolved chemicals, or broken down gunnite sand all over us when we got out. There was also dark colored debris that ended up on us. The filter looked to be working, but it was definitely in need of a deep clean. I would not use it again in its current condition."

- "Awesome spot, there is not a better ski in / ski out location at Boyne Mountain. The condo is clean and up to date w/ a very recent remodel. We will definitely look to stay there again. The check in process was a little confusing (it was New Year’s Day and they were very busy), but everyone was polite and easy to work with. The condo owner is top notch, all communications with her were excellent."

I personally will not be at the unit to meet you. You will be reserving in your name and checking in just as you would any hotel reservation. I will be transferring the reservation to your name and you will check-in to get your key and parking pass at the Registration building. The front desk can answer any questions you have about your stay, such as where to catch the shuttle.

1) Because this is a timeshare location, you will be invited to a completely OPTIONAL Preview meeting where they will share with you everything their company has to offer. This meeting is optional and you are not required to attend to be able to book with me.

2) Upon check in you will be asked for a credit card as a security deposit, just like you would at a hotel. Nothing extra will be charged unless you damage the unit.

3) You must be 21 to check in.

4) If you are interested in a date that you don’t see available on my calendar, please ask and I will see if I can book it for you using my timeshare points.

Winter activities at the resort include; skiing, tubing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, zip lining, ice skating, bonfires, s’mores (check activity schedule for Boyne Mtn online), Avalanche Bay waterpark and Solace Spa at the Mountain Grand Lodge.

Neaby cities are Petoskey, less than 20 miles North, Gaylord, 25 miles Southeast and Traverse City is 60 miles Southwest (there is also a casino and wine tasting) and Bay Harbor, just west of Petoskey.

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath (tub/shower) 689sqft condo. The 1 bedroom features a kinh bed and sofa bed which sleeps 4 total. There is a full kitchen, gas fireplace and laundry shared foyer of the unit. Ski closet in foyer. The listing does not include ski lift tickets or Avalanche Bay admission.

The condo is fully stocked with dishes, linens, towels, a full size refrigerator, stove, many small appliances and washer/dryer.

- "We had a wonderful time at Boyne. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was newly remodeled and very clean. We requested a few extra items and the staff brought them right over. The chair lift was right behind the condo so my boys could leave in the morning and come back for a break anytime. They also had a shuttle running every 30 minutes making it very convenient for everyone. We would definitely stay in this condo again!"

2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is a parking lot for the cottage.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are permitted with payment of pet fee and approval. If a pet is on the property without the pet fee and permission then there will be a $1500 fee.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm. This unit is amongst another unit s so please keep noise levels down at all times.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) No more than 2 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITOUT AN ADULT!
14.) Hot tub towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels for hot tub.
15.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
16.). Fire wood is not provided and can be purchased at most gas stations. If there is firewood there you are welcome to use it.
