This house is on the Chain-Of-Lakes including Sand Lake, Icehouse Lake, Boathouse Lake, Townline Lake and Haven Lake. Beautiful views of the water can be enjoyed from your private dock, the fire ring in the back lawn, the spacious wrap around deck, or the large windows providing a view from inside. An open concept kitchen, dining, and living area face the water, and open onto the deck. You can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace with the flip of a switch in the cooler months, or capture the summer breeze off the water in the warmer months. Fishing, both winter and summer, is a popular sport, with access to five lakes right out your door. A boat launch is on your way to the property, just a short way down the street. Two kayaks, and a paddle boat are available for you to use, and 4 life vests are provided. Basic summer fishing equipment is also available, along with yard games and a couple of bicycles. Grill out, relax on the deck, and go for a swim. The house is 2 bedroom, 1 bath. There's a queen bed in one room, and a bunk with queen on bottom and twin on top in the other. Vacation rental on All Sports Lake George. Semi private wooded location with 110' of sandy waterfront. There is a boat dock, swim platform, kayaks, aluminum row boat, and paddle boat for your use. The cabin includes all you will need for your vacation: gas grill, lawn chairs, dishes, and firewood for the fire pit. There is On Demand TV and high speed internet. The only thing not provided are bedding and towels. The house currently only has one large bedroom, but there is also an additional double bed set up in the breezeway. The living room couch also pulls out for another double bed. This gives enough space for 6 people to stay. Lake George is 135 acres in size located 15 minutes northwest of Clare, MI. Soaring Eagle casino is located 30 minutes away in MT Pleasant.

We also have stocked the cabin with games, cards and books for your enjoyment. Bonus living room downstairs that walks out to a patio with charcoal grill and a firepit. Dine with a view of the lake and the sunset from your upper deck! You can also spread out and relax on the lower deck enjoying the view or sitting in front of the camp fire in one of 6 rocking chairs.

We don't have a gate to block off the stairs going to the basement (and one can't be put up by our guests) so this cabin is not well suited for really young children. Capacity of 6 guests, Maximum 4 adults.

There is a public boat launch right across the lake from the rental cabin (3.8 miles drive) for your own boat/jet skis. The cabin sits in between 2 dirt roads on a hill with multiple steps up/down to the cabin. Cross the lower service road to get to your private water frontage that includes a dock for your boat/jet skis, 2 kayaks, paddle boat that seats 4, 4 adult life jackets , 2 child life jackets, 2 suntanning lounge chairs, 2 reclining beach chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs, noodles and several inflatable floats available for your enjoyment. Parking space is limited to 2 vehicles and 1 boat/atv trailer. We have a cottage next door and both properties share the lower part of the steps down to the lower road. We want you to enjoy relaxation, privacy and all that the cabin and surrounding area has to offer so we won't invade your space (though we are available if you have any questions)!

This is a beautiful setting to have a relaxing summer vacation on the water and to explore Michigan. It is also very peaceful watching the leaves change colors in the fall and a fun time in the winter with great ice fishing on Long Lake, and cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing close by.

Long Lake is an all sports lake with a no wake rule between 7:30pm-11:00am. Have fun on the water from 11:00am-7:30pm water skiing, tubing, jet skiing or just tooling around the lake. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boating anytime of day where you might see an Eagle land in a tree or a loon dive for its food.

We are very conveniently located only 3.5 miles off US-127, just north of Harrison Mi. We are close to ORV trails, party stores (5 minutes), grocery stores (10-15 minutes), restaurants (5-15 minutes), golf course (5 minutes), Casino (35 minutes), Traverse City (1.5 hrs.), Mackinaw City, Manistee & Petoskey (1 hr. 45 minutes), Sleeping Bear Dunes & Ludington (2 hrs.), Silver Lake Sand Dunes (2 hrs. 15 minutes).

There are other cottages near by and a small residential neighborhood in the area.

We really enjoyed the house and property We went fishing, had a nice ATV ride (we are not thrill seeker but those trails were available), and enjoyed a camp fire in the secluded backyard. The house is very comfortable. The décor is VERY fun and interesting. The photos really don't do it justice. Our hosts were very helpful and let us have our time to ourselves but checked in to make sure we were OK. We would definitely recommend this property for a get away."

This little apartment is very cozy and located on our lake front property with lots of privacy. Nestled into 5 acres on Long Lake in Harrison MI we call this a slice of heaven. Our lake offers excellent fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking! We have two canoes and several kayaks and also have a paddle boat that carries 4 people. Life jackets are available for adults, however if you have small children, we recommend bringing a life jacket for them. Sporting equipment is available for everyone to share other than the pontoon is not available to guest! You also have your own gas grill, your own patio, shared fire-pit for bonfires with chairs.

Our home is located on an all sports lake so bring your boat. We require letting us know in advance if you are bringing your own boat, so that we can prepare. There's a pingpong table in the garage that is shared with owners! We also have a Corn Hole with bags for use along with Ladder Golf for our guests to use. There are local walking trails, 4X Advertureland with putt putt, go-karts, ice cream, escape room etc. We have a small quaint town that offers a fruit market with fresh veggies and fruit and local Michigan products along with amazing ice cream. There are several small restaurants, one medium size grocery store with an incredible meat market and then a much larger store south of town.

If you are staying with us for longer than a weekend and you want to venture out for a different change of pace we have several locations within 85-130 miles that would be worth a day trip. Mackinaw Island is 130 miles from our location. Traverse City is 85 miles, Petosky is 112 miles. Michigan is absolutely a beautiful state and our location is central located so that you can venture out and return home by evening.
