The area has nearby restaurants ranging from casual to more upscale, and it's not far from various things to do. We mostly stayed "home" and yakked, but also went for walks at nearby Cranbrook, went to a farmer's market, walked to Starbucks, and walked around the neighborhood (to burn off the snacking calories). Great spot for tennis or pickleball enthusiasts as well as if you’re in town for a sporting event. Many of our crew are michigan alums (go blue!) so we also went to the football game. Daniel and the evolve crew went above and beyond to ensure we had an epic experience. They helped arrange a sprinter for transportation all weekend, including to tailgate in Ann Arbor and even set up a hitting session with a local tennis pro who was awesome! The pool and hot tub were also a very cool feature so If you’re looking for a place for a large group who wants a resort like experience, I would highly recommend this spot!"

This lake house is located on meadow lake, in a very secluded neighborhood. The large windows look right out at the lake from the living room, family room and the bedrooms. Spacious back yard is perfect for activities and sports. In the winter, you can skate on the lake, and the summer will bring the garden to life. (This lake is quiete so no motor boats will be on it.)

We have 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed with premium matress, 2 queen beds (both hardwood with soft padding), and 1 child bed (king sized high quality matress on floor). There are 3 full baths equipped with a 3 spacious showers and 2 beautiful stand alone large bathtubs for your peaceful soak or a playful bath time.

Smart TV for all the entertainment you'll need. Chef's kitchen equipped with pots, pans, and anything you could need to make family meals. Stand alone drink station with Fellow teapot for coffee, tea, and a mini fridge for cold drinks. We have beautiful china and glass for you to enjoy. Two sinks and two brand new dishwashers to keep the kitchen clean and free of cluster. The large fridge is located in the storage room right behind the 2nd kitchen sink.

- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok, but please let us know.
- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.
- Please leave your shoes at the door.
- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies.
- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- NO fireworks allowed

Other things to note
We have two indoor/ outdoor cats that roam the yard. One is very pet able and one probably won't give you the time of day.
Water pressure in the shower is great but if you are taller than 6'2" your going to be very intimate with the shower ceiling.
We live on a dirt road and have a dirt driveway. We clean the apartment before every visitor, but things can get dusty, and your car can get muddy.
We live upstairs and you may hear our foot steps or voices from time to time, but we sleep and watch TV in the back of the house.

Villa patricia is a pet friendly 4 bedrooms house located in a serene upscale neighborhood surrounded by trees.
The house includes a large bright family room where you can enjoy a movie with a 65" smart TV or playing board games next to a nice fireplace. It also includes a very large dining room area to enjoy your meals and next to it an elegant living room to relax after dinner . The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook for your morning breakfast.
Villa Patricia features three spacious bedrooms and an office/workplace in the second floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a 55" smart TV. The second floor has a large guest bathroom and on the first floor there is a half-bath.

Welcome to The Little Lake House! Come and enjoy beautiful views of the sunset and a sandy beach in the backyard on clear, spring fed, Square Lake. Right now, we are only offering 1 month minimum rentals for this 4 bdrm 2.5 bath house. The Little Lake House is a renovated 1950's ranch style home recently updated as our family project. There are paddle boards, life jackets, beach chairs and sand toys available for guest use.

The space
There are queen sized beds in two of the upstairs bedrooms, and a futon in the office bedroom. 1 full bath and 1/2 bath upstairs, full kitchen and laundry facilities. The basement is finished with two bedrooms but we are not counting it as sleeping space.

Guest access
You will have access and complete privacy in the entire house except the garage where we maintain residence for the owner so we can have you as our guest and be compliant with City Ordinances. You will not see or interact with the owner.

Other things to note
In the summer there is a paddle board for guest use and life jackets. There are also sand toys for children. The beach is sandy and zero entry into the water and it is shallow for 20 feet or so. The lake is sprayed for plants and the water is really clean. Neighbors on both sides have docks, but we do not have a dock or a motor boat. Please note, this is a quiet residential neighborhood. This listing is not a place to host parties or big events. We are firm on our rule of 6 guests.

With a large circle drive, there is plenty of space for parking and room to run around the yard for the smaller ones. Come spend some time at our tranquil space that is central to many restaurants, shopping, expressways, and local area parks.
