Relax in the provided hammock, play in the water while using the floating raft and Lily pad, cook your meals on the natural gas grill and enjoy your s`mores (cooking sticks included) as your day winds down.

Please do not ask for an early check-in before the morning of your arrival. We will not know if our place will be rented the night before your stay until the last minute.

Full access to the entire property with the exception of the detached garage, 3 internal closets, and the mechanical room which are reserved for the owners personal property. The pontoon boat, ski boat, and two wave runners are NOT INCLUDED in the rental.

We will provide on site support as needed. We live about 45 minutes away and will address any issue within 24 hours or less.

Private All Sports Runyan Lake - Secluded location. Guests CAN NOT bring motorized watercraft, ONLY kayaks, canoes, and similar allowed.

The lake house is accessible via a 1 mile dirt road passing lake front properties just off of US23 (south side of Fenton, MI). Plenty of on property parking.

Runyan Lake is an all sports private lake consisting mostly of fulltime residences. Since it is a private lake, personal powered boats, jet skis or wave runners are NOT ALLOWED to be brought to the lake. Your personal kayaks, canoes, and rafts are allowed as long as you can carry them through the yard.

Please be respectful to the neighbors and reduce loud music and outside activity after 11:00 pm. The speakers on the patio are directed toward the firepit and lake, they make for relaxing times even after 11:00pm, please enjoy even if its late into the night!

Summer vs. Winter -
- Since we are located in Michigan, we need to protect our property during the seasonal changes. We attempt to have our lake toys available by mid-May and typically need to remove them from the water in mid-October. The rafts, floats, docks and boats will all be winterized and stored for the winter seasons.
- The lake may freeze completely over during the winter and is suitable for ice fishing at your own risk. We will do our best to accommodate all activities throughout the seasons.

- "I traveled with my husband, adult son and dogs. We are originally from the area and know it well. Fenton is an awesome city with great restaurants and lakes. We were not here to “vacation “ but rather hang out with our daughter. However, if seeking a vacation, there is a small public beach about two miles away in Fenton Twsp Hall area. We had two bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh bedding. This property was clean and fresh with just about everything brand new. I did laundry in the basement often while using brand new washer and dryer. I also used the peloton bike and my son used it and other exercise equipment. The communication was top notch and the yard was perfect for the dogs! For someone wanting more space than a hotel, and with similar amenities, book this property! It’s 2-3 times bigger than a hotel and has a full kitchen with everything you need plus a yard! We will be back! I forgot to mention the Fenton Wine and Brewery is across the street and we ate and drank there twice. Again… very convenient. Thank you to the owner and property manager! I have a VRBO and understand what it takes to meet the customer’s needs. They did it so well!"

- "Our 2 bedroom apt was clean. They accommodated my request to stay an extra night but that was not an easy process thru VRBO. My husband and myself were not able to sleep the two nights there because the resident next door had their television on loud ALL night long. Concierge service on weekends is available only until 6.30 pm and the two times I looked for someone (the bartender) was not there. There was a sign with phone number to call but for emergency only (fire, accident only). We had to purchase toilet paper as there was no extra on site. I would stay again but not on a weekend and only if they could guaranteed a room without occupants on either side. "

Hot Tub Addendum:
This Rental Agreement Addendum is incorporated into and made part of the Rental Agreement executed by the owner and the Guest, referring to and incorporating the rented home.
There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs. Guest agrees to use the hot tub at their own risk. The Owner will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Guest or the members of the Guest's party when using the hot tub. Guest who signs this agreement will be responsible to advise all other members of their party of all potential hot tub hazards and rules.
Before unlocking or using the hot tub, Guest(s) must completely review and understand the hot tub operating procedures found in the Rental Instructions as well as the safety items listed on this page. The Guest is responsible for operating the hot tub in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Shower before and after using the hot tub. This is because some lotions or makeup mixed with the hot tub chemicals can cause a rash. Showering after hot tub use will lessen the likelihood of rashes related to exposure to the hot tub chemicals. Never wear jewelry into a hot tub due to the chemicals used. Hot tub chemicals can also affect color-treated hair or damage swimsuits.
IF you have any medical conditions (such as but not limited to: heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems, diabetes, obesity) or are taking any type of drugs please consult your physician before using the hot tub. If you have consumed or are consuming alcoholic beverages or drugs or have a medical condition that in conjunction with hot tub use may result in drowsiness, do not use the hot tub due to the possibility of losing consciousness with the possibility of drowning.
Guest agrees not to use and not allow members of Guest's party to use any types of soaps, shampoo, lotions, bubbles, glitter or bath oils in the hot tub, as damage to the hot tub and/or skin irritation may occur.
If evidence of use of shampoo, bubbles, lotions, bath oils, or other substances is found in the hot tub, your Rental (damage) Deposit will be forfeited. Do not take any products or items into or around the hot tub, including glass, which may clog the filter, damage the hot tub, endanger persons, or cause injury or skin irritation.
Do not submerge your head, ingest the water or allow the water to contact your eyes. The Guest is responsible for keeping the hot tub clear of debris and keeping the area around the hot tub clear of obstructions, neat and organized.
Guest is responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the hot tub that is required as a result of negligence or misuse by the Guest, or the members of the Guest's party, above and beyond the amount of the Rental (damage) Deposit.
Minors must be supervised by a capable adult age 23 or over at all times while in and around the hot tub.
Inspect the hot tub water before use. If too hot, cloudy, dirty, gritty, smells unusual, or you have any concerns about the water quality, DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB and call the owners or maintenance for service.
The cover must be placed back on the hot tub when not in use or not supervised. This keeps the water warm, prevents debris from entering the water, and keeps minors or unauthorized persons from entering the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if any of the suction fittings have been removed.
DO NOT CLIMB, LEAN, SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. A damaged/broken hot tub cover will result in $100.00 charge to the Guest.
Guest understands that the hot tub is strictly an amenity, and the use of the amenity is not guaranteed under the terms of the Rental Agreement. Any interruption or non-availability of the hot tub will not violate the terms of the Rental Agreement.

We restored a 171 year old home in downtown Fenton, where we live with the friendliest Red Fox lab, named Bama. The Loft @ 208 is a private studio suite (700+ sq ft), above our oversized garage. Tastefully decorated and stocked with you in mind. It has a queen bed, queen sofa bed, single pullout, two TVs, Phillip's concrete bar, full size fridge, toaster, instapot, beverage station, microwave, wifi and bathroom. A couch/chaise-ish and 2 comfy chairs complete the setting for a memorable stay.

The space
Entry is via a keyless pad located on the door. You may park all the way up, to the far right, next to the entry door. We can accommodate multiple cars. Enter into a shared space, to a short hallway on the left, and up a flight of stairs to The Loft. It is a new space we built specifically to use as an airbnb or to host family and friends. The Loft is approximately 700 square feet, cozy, comfortable and unique. It also has it's own private entry to our large deck, and oversized privacy fenced city lot, on the main floor.
There is a queen bed with a memory foam topper, a queen sofa sleeper/couch with a memory foam mattress, a pull out single, 2 comfy chairs a large bar/eating or work space and coffee/tea station. We pride ourselves in providing everything you need to have a memorable visit, down to the smallest of details. We like helping you make memories at The Loft!

Guest access
Guests can enter through a semi-private door between the house and garage. You will see The Loft @ 208 sign on the left, near the short hallway, leading to The Loft door. This door does have a lock, seperating it from the semi private space. On the other side of The Loft door is a staircase to The Loft, and a private outside door leading to the rear deck. Entrance to our home is on the other side of this shared entrance space through a barn door. Access to the laundry room with a washer/ dryer and ironing is available in the semi private area.

Other things to note
Bama will be in our house, he is not allowed in The Loft. They are completely separate. He does, however, have a doggie door he accesses in the semi-private entry. If you are comfortable with our Red Fox Lab, Bama, (don't hold his name against him) ... we like to allow him to use the doggie door and go to the Laundry room for his food and water. IF this is an issue for you in any way we can make other arrangements. Please see our Reviews, everyone loves him! :)

Newly remodeled tiny home apartment located on our shared family property on Lake Fenton. Our home is cosy, clean and beach chic, just what is needed for a weekend get away! There is a private entrance to the yard/lake. We have kayaks, lounge chairs on the dock overlooking the lake, a patio & fire pit in the yard to enjoy. We now offer a new Hot Tub open yearly. It sits on the patio closest to the house

The space
The home will come with all necessities needed for your weekend. Full kitchen with appliances and condiments. Bathroom will have towels, shampoo and blow dryer. Bedroom has full liens and extra blankets if needed.
we do suggest to bring slippers as we do have cold floors in winter and also flip flops to walk to hot tub.
If you forget something or need anything, just ask!

you have full private access to tiny home. the driveway is shared with owners and boat renters. the yard is shared with the main house but there is a private patio. then we offer swimming out front, dock out by the boats with chairs n an umbrella, lounge chairs in yard, kayaks and fire pits. please use Renters gate to the left of driveway to access the yard and docks. Hot tub is located on patio near house.

in the winter months you will access the yard through owners front gate.

WINTER NOTE - we have a hill driveway and can be hard to maneuver in winter months. we highly recommend four-wheel drive. we do plow after storms and will sholve as we can.
you will use our main gate entrance to access the hot tub in winter months as well. feel free to use the enclosed patio as well.

This is a shared property with the main home where (my parents) Rick and Cheryl live. The apartment is across the driveway and separate with privacy.

this is mainly a weekend rental (preferably fri-mon-tues) we do offer extended time on most holidays and in summer months. please inquire if interested to make arrangements first before booking.

We have 11 boat slips that are reserved annually on the property. Renters come and go throughout the week and share the driveway. Typically we don't notice them and they get on their boats fairly quickly and go out.
we do not offer boat slips with our airbnb. your welcome to rent a boat from skipper buds across the lake but are not allowed to keep it overnight on our docks.

We have a new patio for renters to use. It has a grill, chairs and a small fire place to use. Hot tub again is also available to use near main house and a waiver is asked to be read and signed to make sure everyone stays safe.

BRINGING PETS
I do have a small dog that lives with me.. but dont worry she is hypoallergenic and doesnt shed! she goes where I do..so she most likely wont be here when rented out.
with that being said, we are open to allowing dogs on property but must be approved first. $100 per stay to take care of extra cleaning. please keep in mind our home is no more than 400 sq ft so bigger dogs may have a problem with the tight space so we do ask that the pups not be left alone as much as possible. we have a cable to let them outside the driveway and also a fenced in yard they can play in under your supervision at all times and when the boat renters are not around. please make sure to pick up after them and be courteous of my belongings as everything is brand new in the house and would like to keep all furniture as clean as possible. there are extra sheets to put on couch and bed. theres a small park across the street as well for better play area or walking trails just down the road.

This Camper’s dream property is located on the end of a private peninsula on Bennett Lake. The property offers tons of space and privacy. The new modern bunkhouse camper sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. The original 1 room rustic log cabin can sleep 2 adults. There is plenty of room for tents for camping. The property can also accommodate additional RVs, and the Bar/Game room at the house on the property is available for rent. Pontoon rentals available for those who want to enjoy the lake.

This property is located on the very point of the peninsula on Bennett Lake. The cabin, camper, and campsite are situated in a way that offers plenty of privacy. The floating Tiki Bar Barge on an old pontoon at the end of the dock is perfect for enjoying the water and the view. The large swim raft at the end of the dock is ideal for kids and swimming. The custom-built outhouse is located near the cabin, and there is also a custom-built outdoor shower with hot water. The fire pit is illuminated with outdoor solar lights, and wood is available for purchase. The property owner’s home is also located on the property, about 600ft from the cabin, and can be rented out for an additional fee upon request.

The trailer contains two bunk beds in the rear, one bunk above the couch that pulls out into a bed, with a second bathroom for the kids. The trailer has an Arch LED aurora night light and board games in the rear bunk. The trailer also has a furnace, hot water heater, two air conditioning units, flat-screen TV, fireplace, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, kitchen island with sink, and dual entry doors with outdoor kitchen with sink & mini-fridge. The living room area has a table, and the couch turns into a bed for additional sleeping. The trailer can comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 children. No pets are allowed inside the camper, and smoking is prohibited. The trailer will include all bedding, linens, blankets, pillows, and shower towels. Cast iron pots & pans, mini waffle maker, mini egg maker, mini pancake maker, utensils, plastic cups, plates, coffee mugs, silverware, mini slow cooker, toaster, cutting board, and household amenities are also included.

The 100+ year old single room log cabin on the property is rustic but has electricity. Pets are allowed in the cabin. The cabin includes a futon that can sleep 2 additional people. The cabin also has a full-size fridge/freezer but no air conditioning. Paper products, cooking utensils, and grill utensils are included in the cabin.

Behind the cabin, there is a custom outdoor shower/changing area with a hot water heater attached and solar lights to light it up at night.

Please note that no bedding will be provided for the cabin, so you will need to bring your own if you wish to sleep there.

It's located just north of Bennett Lake, and is connected to it by the north-south channel under Bennett Lake Rd. Welcome to our serene, sunlit lake house with walk-in beach and dock access to all-sport Crane Lake! This recently renovated home is clean, spacious, and imbued with the artistic sensibilities of our native home of Vietnam. Spend your leisure days wading, swimming, kayaking, fishing or just hanging out by the clear shallow water. Or you may just decide to watch the sun set over the lake from the comfortable sunroom. Within minutes are the award-winning restaurants of lovely downtown Fenton.

Guest access
HOUSE: The lake house sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The front side meets the street via a long driveway, the back side faces the lake, and the remaining two sides abut the woods. The house has a large open living room, dining room, and kitchen area. A hallway connected to the living room leads to the common full bathroom, the flexible office/3rd bedroom, the second bedroom, the master bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, and the laundry room. Adjacent to the living room is the spacious and well-lit sunroom that leads to a large backyard facing the lake.

LAKE FRONT: The large backyard has 2 outdoor patios, a dining set, a fire pit, a 50-foot beach frontage, and a long wooden dock.

GARAGE: 3 adult kayaks, a child kayak, a paddle boat, 5 paddles, and life vests of various sizes are stored in the garage and available for use.

PARKING: You can park at least 5 cars in the concrete front courtyard and long asphalt driveway. Please do not park on any of the grass area.

WARNING:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and sunroom. A $1000 cleaning fee will be charged for any sign of smoking.
- Maximum occupancy is 7 people.
- Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet.
- Guests may only start fire in the designated fire pit in the backyard.
- Please do not leave children unattended when outside, near lake front, or on the water.
- No diving off of the dock. The water near the dock is shallow up to 50 feet out.

Other things to note
NATURE: This 70-year-old lake house not only faces the lake but abuts the woods on two sides. While this provides for an idyllic and tranquil setting, various wildlife (turtles, geese, cranes, voles, insects, etc.) may come onto the property from time to time. We highly appreciate your assistance in keeping the property clean, properly disposing garbage, not leaving food and crumbs out, and immediately informing us of any incident so that we may promptly rectify the issue.

GOOGLE NEST SMART THERMOSTAT: This thermostat is installed in all of our Airbnb homes. We’re not at our Airbnb homes all the time, so it’s our best option as hosts to remotely and automatically regulate and monitor our homes’ temperature to keep our guests comfortable, keep our homes safe by preventing extreme cold from freezing and bursting our water pipes (a common occurrence here in very cold Michigan), and save energy and relieve the energy grid, especially during the high energy demand winter when we may not have guests for weeks. To accomplish all of this, we set the Nest Thermostat to automatically go to “Eco Temperature” of 58 F when a guest is not home; the Nest thermostat will automatically raise the temperature to 68 F when it senses that a guest has entered/re-entered the home via the linked Nest Yale door lock. Without smart thermostats, we would spend much time/effort driving back and forth to control the temperature at our multiple Airbnb homes, and most importantly, we won’t know when our water pipes may freeze and burst due to furnace failure, which happens quite often during the dead of winter when the furnace is at its peak demand and stress. Like all machines, the Nest thermostat is not perfect; our automatic settings can’t and won’t accommodate all situations. Many guests are comfortable with our settings. Some guests feel it’s too hot while others think it’s too cold, especially the Eco Temperature of 58 F (for perspective, Google recommends setting the Eco Temperature to 50 F, while the Eco Temperature is set to 55 F at own home). Some guests became interested in installing a Nest thermostat (or at least a smart one) in the their own homes after using ours. We understand that temperature control is personal and unique to every person. Fighting over the thermostat sometimes occur within our family, which we imagine occurs in many other families. But imagine having to balance the competing temperature preferences of hundreds of guests at seven Airbnb homes and you can understand the impossibility of our task. As such, you’re always welcome to adjust the Nest thermostat to your comfort. If you’re unfamiliar with the Nest thermostat’s operation, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help you adjust the Nest thermostat to best accommodate your unique situation. There is a township ordinance that prevents unregistered boats to be left at the dock over night. Boat rental in available at Ponemah Marina.

** We have a dock you may use during the day, unless you register your boat to the address. Boat rental is available at Ponemah Marina. Per township rules, NO BOATS ALLOWED OVER NIGHT AT THE DOCK that are unregistered. DNR public boat launch is 1 mile away. You can park the boat and trailer in the driveway during your stay. All guest vehicles must be parked in the driveway.

The house is located on a canal that's 9ft deep. There can be unexpected logs, etc. Drive your boat with care and check out the area slowly. The channel is NO WAKE. Lots of wildlife to enjoy such as beavers, turtles, cranes, and deer on your way out to the lake. If you don’t have a boat, this home It is perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or just watching the boats float by from the patio/deck. The home is a 5 minute boat ride and 10 minute kayak paddle to the open water.

**The waterfront is 9ft deep. All children must be supervised by an adult and wear a life jacket near the water at all times.

**We do provide a gas grill. It's there for you to use. We don’t always check the tank and we do not come and refill it for you during your stay. There's a gas station up the road to refill the tank if needed. If you need help carrying the tank or connecting the tank please let us know. We do provide hot mitts and grilling utensils in the kitchen.

**This is our second home that we enjoy sharing with others when we are not there. Please respect and be kind to our home and neighbors so we can continue to offer it up to guests in the future.

Hot Tub Addendum:
This Rental Agreement Addendum is incorporated into and made part of the Rental Agreement executed by the owner and the Guest, referring to and incorporating the rented home.
There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs. Guest agrees to use the hot tub at their own risk. The Owner will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Guest or the members of the Guest's party when using the hot tub. Guest who signs this agreement will be responsible to advise all other members of their party of all potential hot tub hazards and rules.
Before unlocking or using the hot tub, Guest(s) must completely review and understand the hot tub operating procedures found in the Rental Instructions as well as the safety items listed on this page. The Guest is responsible for operating the hot tub in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Shower before and after using the hot tub. This is because some lotions or makeup mixed with the hot tub chemicals can cause a rash. Showering after hot tub use will lessen the likelihood of rashes related to exposure to the hot tub chemicals. Never wear jewelry into a hot tub due to the chemicals used. Hot tub chemicals can also affect color-treated hair or damage swimsuits.
IF you have any medical conditions (such as but not limited to: heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems, diabetes, obesity) or are taking any type of drugs please consult your physician before using the hot tub. If you have consumed or are consuming alcoholic beverages or drugs or have a medical condition that in conjunction with hot tub use may result in drowsiness, do not use the hot tub due to the possibility of losing consciousness with the possibility of drowning.
Guest agrees not to use and not allow members of Guest's party to use any types of soaps, shampoo, lotions, bubbles, glitter or bath oils in the hot tub, as damage to the hot tub and/or skin irritation may occur.
If evidence of use of shampoo, bubbles, lotions, bath oils, or other substances is found in the hot tub, your Rental (damage) Deposit will be forfeited. Do not take any products or items into or around the hot tub, including glass, which may clog the filter, damage the hot tub, endanger persons, or cause injury or skin irritation.
Do not submerge your head, ingest the water or allow the water to contact your eyes. The Guest is responsible for keeping the hot tub clear of debris and keeping the area around the hot tub clear of obstructions, neat and organized.
Guest is responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the hot tub that is required as a result of negligence or misuse by the Guest, or the members of the Guest's party, above and beyond the amount of the Rental (damage) Deposit.
Minors must be supervised by a capable adult age 23 or over at all times while in and around the hot tub.
Inspect the hot tub water before use. If too hot, cloudy, dirty, gritty, smells unusual, or you have any concerns about the water quality, DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB and call the owners or maintenance for service.
The cover must be placed back on the hot tub when not in use or not supervised. This keeps the water warm, prevents debris from entering the water, and keeps minors or unauthorized persons from entering the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if any of the suction fittings have been removed.
DO NOT CLIMB, LEAN, SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. A damaged/broken hot tub cover will result in $100.00 charge to the Guest.
Guest understands that the hot tub is strictly an amenity, and the use of the amenity is not guaranteed under the terms of the Rental Agreement. Any interruption or non-availability of the hot tub will not violate the terms of the Rental Agreement.
If the hot tub is used frequently during your stay, be aware that the build-up of bacteria, body oils and other foreign matter may overwhelm the hot tub's ability to neutralize the bacteria and properly sanitize and filter the water. If you have concerns related to heavy usage, please text the owner and we will arrange for services (Treatment and Filter Replacement) during your stay if possible.
In the case of a hot tub emergency, call 911. The emergency electrical disconnect fort he thot tub is located near the hot tub.

- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the front of the house, facing outward toward the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion, and will be turned on while guests are in residence. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected

New build in 2016 - Lakefront house with 4 private suites, including 9 beds sleeping 13 comfortably. Local to downstate attractions with the secluded up north feel. Fully furnished home including 2 televisions, WIFI, 2 fridge/freezers, beverage fridge, outdoor patio with firepit and gas grill. Lakefront provides use of patio furniture, beach toys, kayaks, row boat, rafts, trampoline, and fire pit. Located on private Runyan Lake.

Room #3 - Guest Suite (2nd floor) includes one queen bed, two twin beds, private bathroom with tub/shower suite and closet. Extra storage area for pack 'n play, toys, and extra items. Enjoy unobstructed views of the lake, overlooking the patio and firepit.

Room #4 - Kids Suite (2nd Floor) includes one twin over full bunk bed, two twin beds, private bathroom with walk in shower and closet. Enjoy direct view of the lake though mature maple tree, overlooking the patio, hammock, and trampoline.

Great Room - Amazing views of Runyan Lake, Smart TV with multiple streaming services and local HD channels including DVD player with selection of movies. Gas fireplace that lights with the flip of a wall mounted switch. Access to board games, puzzles, free weights and more provided.

Kitchen - Gorgeous, fully decked out custom kitchen with massive island that comfortably seats 10 with direct access to the pantry / laundry room on the main level. Additional dining table area between the kitchen and great room that seats 4 to 6. The half bathroom is within steps of the kitchen, great room and main entrance. Exceptional views of the lake from the great room and kitchen.

Lake Toys - 3 kayaks (250lbs rating), row boat, floating raft, lily pad float, various water floats, life jackets (infant to adults, various sizes), and trampoline are available at renters risk and responsibility.

Yard - House includes a spacious side yard, large custom patio surface which includes a natural wood firepit (firewood is included), wicker furniture set and dining table. Relax in the provided hammock, play in the water while using the floating raft and Lily pad, cook your meals on the natural gas grill and enjoy your s'mores (cooking sticks included) as your day winds down.

Please do not ask for an early check-in before the morning of your arrival. We will not know if our place will be rented the night before your stay until the last minute.

Guest access
Full access to the entire property with the exception of the detached garage, 3 internal closets, and the mechanical room which are reserved for the owners personal property. The pontoon boat, ski boat, and two wave runners are NOT INCLUDED in the rental.

Other things to note
Runyan Lake is an all sports private lake consisting mostly of fulltime residences. Since it is a private lake, personal powered boats, jet skis or wave runners are NOT ALLOWED to be brought to the lake. Your personal kayaks, canoes, and rafts are allowed as long as you can carry them through the yard.

Please be respectful to the neighbors and reduce loud music and outside activity after 11:00 pm. The speakers on the patio are directed toward the firepit and lake, they make for relaxing times even after 11:00pm, please enjoy even if its late into the night!

Summer vs. Winter -
- Since we are located in Michigan, we need to protect our property during the seasonal changes. We attempt to have our lake toys available by mid-May and typically need to remove them from the water in mid-October. The rafts, floats, docks and boats will all be winterized and stored for the winter seasons.
- The lake may freeze completely over during the winter and is suitable for ice fishing at your own risk. We will do our best to accommodate all activities throughout the seasons.
