- "Our stay at the loft in Rochester Hills was great! Clean unit, good location and safe. This was the perfect spot for our family to stay for our son’s college graduation! Location wise it was perfect for us- but it’s also centrally located to several activities and shopping (including grocery stores and pharmacies). It’s about 45 minutes north of the Detroit airport. Parking is ample in the complex. The unit itself is a great size- one bedroom has two queen beds in it and the other had one. There’s two full bathrooms- one has a tub and one has a shower. Kitchen is a good size- the only meals we prepared were breakfast but it had ample space for that. There were some repairs needed throughout- the hot water heater needed to be turned down, toilet paper holder in the shower bathroom was broken, the washer (which was a front loader) had mold, a few electrical outlet covers were missing, the floors need repairs in spots. The towels also had to be re washed when we arrived, and there were no shower liners- just curtains that were stained. We had have an issue during check in (and admittedly we arrived around 9pm due to a delayed flight)- the door code provided would not work. I reached out to Adam and it seems the door code was not changed before our stay, and the lockbox attached to the door which should have had a key in it was empty. Adam very quickly resolved the code issue and we were in the unit after about ten minutes. All in all while it could use some minor improvements I would stay here again with my family. Size wise the unit was perfect for my family of four. "

- "Good times " - "The place overall had exactly what we needed, however the check in process wasn’t too smooth as there weren’t keys when we arrived. The owner communicated quickly and resolved the issue, which I really appreciated. Sounds like it was just a mix-up. It was also advertised as a 2 bathroom, but that has been fixed and I was compensated. Really comfortable beds and clean, very close to everything!" - "I have stayed in a few properties this group runs and they have been a better experience than this one. I had to call 911 for the fire department because the carbon monoxide alarm was going off in the basement which turned out to be lethal levels of carbon monoxide in the basement of the building and there were high levels of carbon monoxide in the apartment. When I spoke to the owner, his only concern was did the fire department make a scene and have their sirens and lights on and are they making you excavate for the night. Not,are you okay? We had to sit in my car for a few hours until the fire department shut off the water and heater and cleared the building. The fire department unplugged the stove in the process. The owner stated he would give a refund for that night if stay but it has been a week and I haven’t received a refund. There are no drinking glasses in the unit except coffee cups. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. I had to wash the shower curtain because it smelled so bad when we got there. There are limited towels and no kitchen towels. It is a spacious and clean unit. It is in a great location. Just needs a few things to make it better. They didn’t hook the stove back up after the first night of my 3 night stay. Hopefully, they have since then."

Cozy 2 bedroom house in Rochester Hills, centrally-located, close to M59 and I75. 30 minutes away to Detroit downtown, 10-15 minutes away from other cities like Troy, Rochester, Royal Oak, Madison Heights and Ferndale etc. House is in a quiet neighborhood. Just 1.2 miles away from Rochester Hills downtown. A variety of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes reach.

The space
Smoking isn’t allowed inside property. You can smoke or vape outside. If any trace of smoke is detected, there will be a $200 fine. It’s important to understand that getting rid of the smoke smell is quite challenging and might require significant effort, like professional cleaning or even replacing items. Let’s make sure we respect the non-smoking policy to avoid any complications.

Please be aware that if the snowfall is less than 3 inches, we kindly request your help with snow removal. You don't need to worry about removing snow from the walkways on the street. However, we kindly ask that you clear the pathway from the backdoor to your car. This helps ensure everyone's safety and convenience.
