Enjoy over 200’ of private lake frontage on all sports Thornapple Lake with plenty of parking and a large yard for your favorite yard games. The deck and covered porch are roomy and inviting and provide both table and lounge seating for everyone! There are 2 kayaks to adventure around the lake or float down the river into town. The lake is quaint and quiet. There are 2 separate boat launches within minutes of the house if you decide to bring your own boat.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, everyone will enjoy their own space. The upstairs hosts a private master suite with its own balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds and an adjacent bathroom.

Enjoy the fully stocked eat-in kitchen with seating for 8, which is the perfect place for game night.

Thornapple Lake is a 400-acre all sports lake. The Thornapple River flows through the lake from east to west.
Historic Charlton Park is located directly across the lake from the house by boat or just around the corner by car. There is a public boat launch and public beach and is a great place to walk, bike, picnic and enjoy the natural surrounds.

Hastings is 7 miles to the west and hosts a handful of great places to eat and the downtown area is a social district with lots of shops, brewery and restaurants to visit. There is also a Walmart, TJ Max, Apple Bees, Walgreens, movie theater, bowling alley, parks, and antique stores.

Thornapple Plaza hosts live music during the summer months and there is always a summer event going on down town!

Located just 40 minutes southeast of Grand Rapids, home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, formal dining room and sits on a quiet dead end road with A/C. French doors from living room open to the lake, you feel like you are outside even when you're not. Water is just 30 feet from house and typically has a nice breeze all year long.

2008 Pontoon boat (fits 10 people) available to rent - $1,700/week, or $250/night prorated for nights stayed if less than 1 full week.

Lake has sandy bottom and is shallow (1-3 feet deep typically) at shore until approximately 50 feet out where it drops to greater depths, perfect for smaller children and adults who want to float and have fun. Lake is also great for fishing and boating.

We were only really there at night but it was perfect for wat we needed. The house is spacious but cozy, the beds were comfortable and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs. We have an open-door policy.
This means you can add guests up to and including after your arrival.
The fees for your guests will be calculated after you decide your done adding or inviting guests and giving us your final total.
Extra guests are $25 per night and a 1 time prep clean and linen fee $20 per person less what you already pay in your original requested fee typically $20 to note the per person rate ideally a red flag to note it`s still due because of such a low amount.
This can be deducted or will be taken from your deposit if not paid along with any damages or not cleaned or missing items.
We prefer to clear this up before your arrival if your open-door guests` numbers are certain, however we can wait until 24 hours before check-out if you prefer and need time to get your open-door numbers finalized.

The swimming pool spa is designated for use exclusively by your group in two--hour intervals or as long as no one in the house next to you is waiting and we only have 2 houses per spa that can use each spa, as per the schedule outlined in the calendar following the manufacturer`s recommendations. When the cover is open or the privacy nets are drawn, it indicates that the spa is currently in use by a group, either from your party or from the neighboring house. The shared areas include kayaks, canoes, rowboats, a swim beach, three docks, volleyball and basketball courts, trash disposal, and a free wood pile located by the dumpster. Please ensure that outdoor umbrellas are closed when not in use; a $50 fine will be imposed for any damage incurred. Fireworks are strictly prohibited without exception. Non-compliance will result in neighbors contacting law enforcement, and you will be required to vacate without a refund. Propane tanks cost $30.00 each, plus a $40.00 deposit.. For check-in and check-out procedures, we will coordinate via group messaging with the caretaker prior to your arrival and may approve an early check-in or check-out upon review. Please ensure all communications are conducted through the group check-in text.
