- "We had a good time while staying in the house, the host was very kind and communicated very well to let me know what was going on. The kids enjoyed having their own rooms. The ONLY thing we wish we had was another full bathroom. We will be back" - "We did not stay here because the house ended up being double booked and our group was bumped. The host did confirm our stay when I booked 3 months ago, but I didn't receive check in instructions. I messaged them the morning that our group was arriving, no response, so I called and the host informed me that they had double booked the house on accident. The next 3 hours with VRBO support while stuck at the airport was absolutely miserable. I do sincerely thank Jeannet for his willingness to help us identify and book a different home, but it was at a higher price given the last minute arrangement. Ultimately very stressful for the group. I recommend triple confirming that the home is available, but the host is very communicative and responsive."
