Once we made it into the apartment though, it was clean and comfortable feeling, so we easily relaxed and settled into it. We could hear music from other units, but it was New Year's Eve, so we just paid it no mind and turned on music of our own. After a couple of hours I received a text message from the property management telling me that they've received several complaints about the volume of the music from our unit and that they would be contacting the authorities to have me removed from the property if I didn't turn it down. Wait...what!?!? This was the first I had even been made aware that the music was a problem, and you're already threatening to have me removed??? I turned the music down immediately after seeing the text, same as I would have done had they just requested that I turn it down (without the threat), but I was so turned off by this lack of tact and immediate escalation of an easily resolvable issue that I would never want to deal with them again. The space
This cozy studio apartment has everything you need for a great stay. The kitchenette includes silverware, dishes, pots, pans, and basic cooking essentials. There is no stove, but a single electric burner top is provided for your convenience.

The unit features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, a new comfortable queen-size bed, storage space, Wi-Fi, TV (no cable), coffee, and a workspace. The air conditioning unit is in a window, not central AC.

All initial supplies provided in the unit, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and hand soap are complementary. Once those are used, the guest must purchase any additional supplies needed for their stay.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is near a busy main road, so some noise is to be expected. Any cancelled reservation will not be refunded.

Additionally, refunds are not provided for schedule changes, delayed or cancelled flights, or any other travel, work, or personal incidents.

Once the reservation is booked, it is blocked off from other potential guests. If a guest cancels, it can be difficult to fill the vacancy on short notice, resulting in lost revenue. Additionally, there are ongoing operational costs such as mortgage or rent, utilities, and property management fees that need to be covered regardless of cancellations.

•The unit is a converted attic space and some parts of the ceiling are lower than average. If you’re over 6’, the shower and entries might be a little tight.

• Since it is located on the top floor, the amount of stairs could be an issue for anyone that has problems going up or down stairs or that have issues with breathing.
