Plenty of parking and you can store a boat on the property while you stay! Conveniently located .6 miles from the Miller Boat Ferry and 1.7 miles to the downtown attractions. Also available for large group events by calling ahead. The house is fully furnished with clean linens and towels . All you need to bring is your personal toiletries and you are set.

1.) This home will be stocked with a very limited starter set of paper products and soap. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
2.) Only flameless candles can be used on the property.
3.) Must Keep all entrances/ exit doors closed at all times. It can potentially damage the AC otherwise.
4.) we cannot control the mayflies or any other seasonal bugs that come to the island. Keep the lights off, and the doors closed does help limit the mayflies and bugs that come in the house.
5.) do not put any tape on our walls.
6.) there are mats for deep frying or grilling located in your apartment.
7.) please be mindful of the neighbors you do share space with them. The spaces include the driveway, the patio area, and grill.
8.) No smoking of any kind! If found smoking a $1000 fee will apply.
9.) this is an island, the internet is not strong and will go in and out.

The space
This efficiency apartment is perfect for a couple or extremely close family/friends. The bed is a tight fit in the room and the bathroom is very small with a thin accordion door and a tiny sink. It is your own private space but once inside it is very close quarters. Did we say it is small enough times?

Rate shown does not include sheets or towels, linen service may be available depending on your dates. Parking may be available close by but, like a hotel, not immediately adjacent to the rented premises and may be on a grass area, please inquire for details. Pets OK w/ small cleaning fee and liability waiver but they must NOT GO ON FURNITURE. Premises are too small for more than 1 medium and 1 small dog.

The apartment is on the backside of our barn and upstairs. It is accessed through a private deck. Surrounded by the Jane Coate's Wildflower Trail and off the beaten path, the apartment is perfect for people who want to enjoy island life. The kitchen and living room share an open space where the full size couch bed for the 5th and 6th people is located. The hallway leads to the queen size bedroom and the double twin bedroom. A bathroom with walk-in shower is between the two and accessed from the hallway. NEW 2022: We have an optional additional third bedroom and second bathroom. It is $55-80/night depending on date(s) and season. You must inquire about it. It is NOT INCLUDED in the listing price. We are a 5 minute cab ride from the downtown scene. We recently renovated and decorated and we can't wait to share it with you!

The cellular service on this side of the island can be fuzzy or non-existent. Please make other arrangements if phone calls will absolutely need to be made, just in case. It's out of our control. We do recommend turning on wifi calling. Parking near the house is reserved for house guests. Please use the parking behind the barn and off the driveway. You will notice other guests and vehicles entering and exiting the property.

Basement apartment at Aunt Jane's Victorian Manor in the heart of the resort area of Put-in-Bay just steps from the Monument, the beach, the docks, and all the shops, clubs, restaurants and bars. Unit has two bedrooms and convertible living room, kitchen with dining area, and bath with tub/shower (LOW CEILING approx 5'10"). This is the smallest and lowest cost of the units, which can be combined for larger groups. We welcome birthday parties, family reunions and special events.

The space
Guests share the huge backyard with multiple grills and picnic tables, a play yard for the kids and plenty of room for corn-hole or frisbee.

Please note the actual bed count as Airbnb's new "photo tour" bed count feature does not allow their site to accurately describe the set up and may be confusing. There are 4 full beds, 2 of which have a single bunk bed on top, and there are 2 convertible futons, for a total of eight separate beds.

If your particular rental allows pets, you must take full responsibility and indemnify us from any liability, agree to reimburse for any and all damage, clean up all waste immediately, and not allow any disturbance including barking. Please note the yards are not completely fenced and there is a leash ordinance in the Village. You and your pet will both enjoy that DeRivera park downtown and the park surrounding the Monument are also dog-friendly, and just steps away from our rentals

This top floor apartment is upstairs from the main level of Aunt Jane's Victorian Manor. The unit has 3 bedrooms with one set up as a "convertible" living room. Please note the actual bed count as Airbnb's wonderful new "photo tour" bed count feature does not allow their site to accurately describe the set up and may be confusing. There are 5 queen or"hotel full" beds, 1 of which has a single bunk bed on top, and there are 2 convertible futons, for a total of eight separate beds. The bathroom has a stall shower.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that includes full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, some utensils, and tableware. There are propane grills with gas supplied and picnic tables available for your use in the shared yard.

The rental includes free wifi, and there is a flat-screen TV with Roku service (please note we are on an island and cannot be responsible for problems related to third-party service providers).

Island visitors are generally welcome at these attractions during normal operational hours, subject to occupancy restrictions and occasional special events. Some may impose a small cover charge depending on date and demand. There is a free-admission pool and bar at the Bay Lodging Hotel, and a kid-friendly pool (no bar, small admission charge) at the Crew’s Nest downtown.

Aunt Jane’s is in the heart of downtown just behind the Round House! Walk to the Monument, beach, docks, and all the shops, restaurants, pools, bars, and clubs - no cabs or designated driver needed! Bring your own food + drinks and eat better for less! Full kitchen, dining room, three bedrms, one bath w/ tub. We provide pillows, blankets, comforters; you bring sheets and towels. We try to meet or beat the rate of comparable rentals!

The space
We welcome families and groups of friends coming to the island to enjoy the special celebration of life that makes Put-in-Bay famous. Our unique location in the middle of all the commercial downtown resorts allows us to accommodate requests and particular needs that other residential rentals often cannot, just let us know what you want. We also have additional apartments and house rentals adjacent to this property for larger groups or if more individual bedrooms are required.

This unit has three bedrooms with one set up as a "convertible" living room. There are 5 queen (aka hotel full) beds and 2 pullout couches or futons. There is a private rear porch, and direct access to the front porch.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, basic utensils and tableware. Dining room has large table with bench seating. There are propane grills with gas supplied and picnic tables available for your use in the shared yard.

The rental includes free wifi, and there is a flat-screen TV with Roku service (please note we are on an island and cannot be responsible for problems related to third-party service providers).

If your particular rental allows pets, you must take full responsibility and indemnify us from any liability, agree to reimburse for any and all damage, clean up all waste immediately, and not allow any disturbance including barking. Please note the yards are not completely fenced and there is a leash ordinance in the Village. You and your pet will both enjoy that DeRivera park downtown and the park surrounding the Monument are also dog-friendly, and just steps away from our rentals

Share the huge yard, picnic tables, grills, and porch. One parking space for a vehicle (on the pavement) and one space for a rented golf cart (on the grass) is provided with this rental. Other vehicles will have to park off the property in public parking areas such as the Miller Ferry lot, as available.

This is a 4 bedroom apartment located on beautiful Put In Bay Ohio. This Barn was built by a true islander who knew what this island needed for its guest. We have plenty of parking for boats or trailers when needed. We are located just a few blocks from golf cart rentals, miller ferry as well as the state park. Owner is located close by should you need anything during your stay. If you lucky you my even get to see Don in his downstairs garage working on one of his many island treasures.

The space
This is a unique apartment located above a working garage. This was built with true island life in mind. Originally built for seasonal employee housing and then turned into a vacation rental. There are steps leading to the large deck where you have a private entrance for you and your guest to enjoy.

Golf cart's and bike's are the mail mode of transportation we also have taxi service available on this island cars are welcome but are not required you honestly can walk anywhere you want to go on the island.

Other things to note
There are several pools and hot tubs available for uses on the island however we do not have any onsite. There are all types from swim up bars to family friendly ones. We are also very close to the state park for fisherman to be able to launch their boats or for family's looking to spend the day at the beach.

The Put-in-Bay Island Club is the best place to stay on the bay. The advantages to renting a home are numerous. You get much more space and greater amenities, making your stay as comfortable as possible. This home can be rented with neighboring homes for big groups. High speed WiFi and HBO are complimentary. Max 12 guests.
** Taxes will applied to the rent and must be collected separately from Airbnb. We do collect Ohio Sales Tax 7%, Ottawa County Lodging Tax 4%, and Resort Fee 2%.**

The space
There is room for up to twelve guests in this outstanding Put-in-Bay vacation home. There are at least three bedrooms and two full baths. Pull into your own driveway with space for two cars. Guests step up on the side porch entering through a convenient coded door. Passing a washer and dryer, the kitchen awaits with all of the tools needed to make a wonderful culinary creation. The living room has a comfy seating area and a television with satellite service. There is a dining area that has a sliding door that exits to the rear deck. Here, there is a propane grill and picnic table. Two other sliding doors exit from the living room out to the brick patio. There are golf cart rentals available on site. Golf carts are the preferred way to see Put-in-Bay.

- Put-in-Bay’s season runs from April 1 – October 31.
- The busiest time, when pools are open across the island, is Memorial Day through mid-September (weather depending).

✅ Ferry Information

- Ferries do not run 24/7, so check Jet Express and Miller Ferry schedules in advance.
- Miller Ferry is the closest ferry to our houses/condos and our preferred choice.

✅ Check-In & Check-Out

- Check-in: 4:00 PM – Your entry code and directions will be emailed once final payment and the contract is received. (Only the leaseholder will receive this information).
- Check-out: 11:00 AM – Please follow our check-out procedures to avoid extra fees.
- No Luggage Storage: We do not have storage for luggage before check-in or after check-out. If arriving early or staying later, bring a car for storage or plan accordingly.

✅ Occupancy & House Rules

- Maximum occupancy must be followed—extra guests require prior approval (two extra guests max—$125/ each extra guest).
- No smoking indoors – a fee will be applied for any violations.
- No pets allowed.
- No loud music or rowdiness – Quiet hours are 11:00 PM - 10:00 AM. Violations may result in eviction without a refund.
- Parking: Island Club – 2 cars per house. Put-in-Bay Condos – 1 car per condo. (No parking on grass).

Before leaving, please:

✔ Dispose of trash in outdoor receptacles.
✔ Return all furniture to its original setup.
✔ Clean dishes & empty the fridge.
✔ Turn off appliances & lights.
✔ Lock all doors & windows.

Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition.

- Onsite golf cart rentals available! Booking in advance is highly recommended.
- Golf carts are licensed vehicles in Ohio—all driving laws, including seat belt/car seats and DUI regulations, apply.
- Taxi Shuttle Service: $4 per person for easy island transportation, including ferry pickups/drop-offs.
- Limited Parking: Only 2 cars per house and only 1 car per condo is allowed. We highly recommend using golf carts or taxis to get around.
