It was only a 5 minute walk from the jet express ferry, and less than a 2 minute walk to all of the action downtown. Top floor apartment that is some what secluded and sleeps 8 people comfortably with four bedrooms and one full bath. Has a large open deck that is connected to outside of the house. Plenty of parking and you can store a boat on the property while you stay! Conveniently located .6 miles from the Miller Boat Ferry and 1.7 miles to the downtown attractions. Also available for large group events by calling ahead. The house is fully furnished with clean linens and towels . All you need to bring is your personal toiletries and you are set.

Worthy Mentioning
1.) This home will be stocked with a very limited starter set of paper products and soap. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
2.) Only flameless candles can be used on the property.
3.) Must Keep all entrances/ exit doors closed at all times. It can potentially damage the AC otherwise.
4.) we cannot control the mayflies or any other seasonal bugs that come to the island. Keep the lights off, and the doors closed does help limit the mayflies and bugs that come in the house.
5.) do not put any tape on our walls.
6.) there are mats for deep frying or grilling located in your apartment.
7.) please be mindful of the neighbors you do share space with them. The spaces include the driveway, the patio area, and grill.
8.) No smoking of any kind! If found smoking a $1000 fee will apply.
9.) this is an island, the internet is not strong and will go in and out.
10.)Please plan your travel to the island. You can only access the island by boat or airplane. There is NO road, tunnel, or bridge to access the island.

The space
This efficiency apartment is perfect for a couple or extremely close family/friends. The bed is a tight fit in the room and the bathroom is very small with a thin accordion door and a tiny sink. It is your own private space but once inside it is very close quarters. Did we say it is small enough times?

Rate shown does not include sheets or towels, linen service may be available depending on your dates. Parking may be available close by but, like a hotel, not immediately adjacent to the rented premises and may be on a grass area, please inquire for details. Pets OK w/ small cleaning fee and liability waiver but they must NOT GO ON FURNITURE. Premises are too small for more than 1 medium and 1 small dog.

If you find any issues with the rental during your stay we have staff available nearby to remedy any problems. But we can't help you if you don't contact us.

Please take notice of these details before booking, as most low reviews of this unit are from people who didn't read the description or look closely enough at the pictures, or who didn't listen to us at check-in when we say just call us if you need anything. Pools and spas at the Sand Bar, Blue Marlin, Splash, and Mist swim-up bars are are within steps of the unit, but not on the Aunt Jane's property itself. Island visitors are generally welcome at these attractions during normal operational hours, subject to occupancy restrictions and occasional special events. Some may impose a small cover charge depending on date and demand. There is a free-admission pool and bar at the Bay Lodging Hotel, and a kid-friendly pool (no bar, small admission charge) at the Crew’s Nest downtown.
