This private basement apartment is equipped with everything required for a comfortable long-term stay. It offers amenities, and supplies.
You will enter the home through the side door of the house. There is a smart lock on the door. You will be given a code on the day of check in. Upon entering the main house, you'll find yourself on a landing that opens up to the upstairs living area where other residents live. This shared entrance means you might occasionally see the friendly upstairs residents on your way to your private basement apartment. A stairway takes you down to a securely locked door to your apartment—enter with your personal check-in code.
Although the apartment doesn't have a dedicated thermostat, its basement location ensures it stays cool during summer and comfortably warm in winter, thanks to the provided space heater. The interior boasts an open-plan design with a combined living room and kitchen space. The bedroom is outfitted with a full-size Purple bed and includes a desk and chair for work or study. A laundry area and a full bathroom, equipped with a stand-up shower and bidet, complete the space.
For peace of mind, you'll receive two sets of keys, ensuring secure access to both the apartment and the individual bedroom.

This rental is strictly for single occupancy only. Additional guests are not permitted. A fee of $100 per day, per person will be charged. The exterior side entrance is under camera surveillance for security. Lost keys will incur a $100 replacement charge.
We enforce a firm no-smoking and no-vaping policy indoors. Violations will result in cleaning and remediation charges beginning at $1000.
Pets are not allowed within the premises. Any evidence of pets will lead to dander and cleaning fees starting from $500.

Unit is downstairs when you enter the house. It is not a completely closed off entrance. when you enter the unit you will see the upstairs residents sometimes. They are very friendly. The unit DOES NOT have its own thermostat but remains within reasonable temperatures in the summer (due to its spot in the basement) and a space heater is available for winter months.

Relax in this large Tigers-themed studio minutes from the airport after a long day of travel and events in Ann Arbor or Detroit! We have recently renovated this older triplex ourselves. It is a peaceful place in the rear of the building with a bay window view.

The space
It is a large studio apartment (500 sq. ft.) within my triplex. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, and living area/bedroom.

There is one space for off-street parking and plenty of free on-street parking down the street.
Other things to note
Me and my girlfriend and cats live upstairs, if there is any noise issues, please tell me and I will remedy it. It's an older building but I can keep it down.
