Jack's Joint's on the River is a triplex with three private apartments that is located on the river in downtown Dundee, where you can walk to the farmers market, restaurants, coffee shop, and other quaint shopping stores.
Each apartment features its own washer and dryer with a view of the Raisin River.
There are several locations in town to get a same day fishing license. Just make sure to clean the fish outside please.

Welcome to Jack's Joints on the River Raisin Apartment B. This cozy apartment features all utilities, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi TV, linens, stocked kitchen, bedrooms have room darkening curtains, new HVAC system, keyless entry and is only 50 feet from the center of this friendly town. River front property and the deli a house away has bait! Good restaurants within a short walk, and Cabela's Bas Pro and Splash Universe about 1 mile away. There is street and off street parking. Come stay a while!

Apt C is ground level, with no steps, full-size washer and dryer, 2 double and 2 queen beds, air-conditioning, walk to restaurants in the village, large backyard, and is right next door to a park with a gazebo and seasonal festivities. The Old Mill Museum and park across the River Raisin frequently hosts events and concerts which you can watch and listen to from a nice fire by the river in the back yard! Great for family reunions, weddings, or other events with permission. Apt.'s A, B, and C sleep 11 when rented together!

This walkout guest studio w/private entrance and kayaks along the River Raisin is located halfway between Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH. Cabela's Bass Pro, is a 5 minute drive. If you prefer small towns and local shops, a quick walk takes you to Dundee shops and restaurants. Pickle ball and riverside park are also a short walk away. Other charming towns are Tecumseh, 20 min. drive w/great hiking, and Milan, 15 min. drive. Portable full size bed and pack & play available for a third guest.
The space
The studio is in the walkout basement of our home. We live on the upper floor. You will hear footsteps and typical household noise. We have family and visitors including children occasionally and this can increase noise levels. We provide tv, fans and a sound machine for your comfort.
There is absolutely no smoking in the studio or anywhere on the property. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the studio.
We are a diverse and LGBTQ+ friendly property.
For more than 2 guests, please read. A double bed and/or a pack and play crib are available upon advanced request for an additional $20 per day fee. Studio will be cozy but can sleep 2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant when these are used.
Disability assistant and small dogs under 30 pounds are welcome, a crate is available when you are not in the studio. There is a pet fee of $20 per pet. Please ask first for any pet other than this.
A slope or stairway will need to be navigated to get the the entryway so it does not fit ADA accessibility for those who cannot navigate the stairs or slope.
Please respect the privacy of our neighbors, especially on the driveway side. They are friendly but please do not engage with them. A simple smile and wave is appropriate. Do not go onto their property that is marked with stakes.
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm-6am.
No parties are allowed on the property. No extra guests are allowed on the property without permission from the hosts. No overnight guests allowed except those listed in the booking
Guest access
The entire studio with a private entrance, patio, backyard, fire pit, dock and use of kayaks. We rarely to never use the backyard when guests are here and respect your privacy.
Other things to note
We recently welcome our adorable rescue puppy, Agape' to our family. He is a mix or Burmese Mountain Dog and Toy Poodle. He is in training, but you may hear an occasional bark. We also have an indoor cat, Buddy. He has not been allowed to go into the studio and stays in the upper living area.

The back yard is shared by the 3 apartments. The apartment has keyless entry. Park on the street and the stoned parking lot in back

We just finished this tri-plex and have fun plans in the coming year! Great for family reunion, wedding or other events with permission. The Old Mill Museum hosts many events throughout the year including live music!

Handicap accessible with the exception of the bathtub which has hand a railing.
Guest access
Street parking is available, the driveway is for Apt A. There is a stone parking lot just a few steps from the door. Cabela's is about a mile away and downtown is steps away.
Other things to note
Due to new rules we no-longer host pet stays through this site. There is no fence along the river's edge, you are responsible for guests and children.
