Jack's Joint's on the River is a triplex with three private apartments that is located on the river in downtown Dundee, where you can walk to the farmers market, restaurants, coffee shop, and other quaint shopping stores.
Each apartment features its own washer and dryer with a view of the Raisin River.
There are several locations in town to get a same day fishing license. Just make sure to clean the fish outside please.

This 645 sq ft one bedroom cottage has been recently updated as the photos show! I love this place and so have my guests! With a large shared backyard with my 2 bedroom cottage, it faces the river and is very relaxing. A cozy enclosed in porch is your entrance to the to the keyless entry door which opens into the kitchen.
The wide stoned driveway leaves plenty of space for workers with large work vehicles, and boaters!
The 55" Roku TV has an antenna for local channels. The washer and dryer and a full over twin daybed are in the living room. And there is a propane grill and seasonal outdoor seating with a patio in the back yard.

Apt C is ground level, with no steps, full-size washer and dryer, 2 double and 2 queen beds, air-conditioning, walk to restaurants in the village, large backyard, and is right next door to a park with a gazebo and seasonal festivities. The Old Mill Museum and park across the River Raisin frequently hosts events and concerts which you can watch and listen to from a nice fire by the river in the back yard! Parking: We have the third and fourth parking spots from the left while facing the condo. There is additional curb parking to the left of condo 137. See pictures on listing for more information.

TV’s: All 3 TV’s are “Smart”. Please feel free to hit the Home button and log in to your streaming services. Remember to logout before you leave. You can also “cast” to these units. Look for the LG tv in your casting list.

Coffee Bar: Instructions for the appliances and additional supplies are in the pantry (green door).
Additional kitchen appliances are in the pantry. Please use what you need and place it back in the pantry prior to checkout.

Shoes: If you would kindly remove your shoes while in the condo, it would be appreciated.

Linens: Extra bed linens are stored in the closet of each bedroom.

Cleaning Supplies: Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink along with dishwasher supplies.

Doors/Windows: If you unlock a door or window, please lock it if you leave. Front door handle automatically locks when it is closed. Please feel free to use the deadbolt when you go to sleep at night. The sliding door has a lock rod on the bottom left, painted green. Remove that and unlock the door to open.

Smoking: Please no smoking of any kind inside the building. Thank you.
