- "This worked great for us, only complaint was the dead flies and bugs in the kitchen cabinets because of the lights continuously on, hard to sleep also. But everything else was great." - "First I want to start with the fact that Adrian isn't a big city, and there are older neighborhoods and this home is located in an older area and I wouldn't say sketchy, I would say its neighbors that stay in the same home for years, and usually they are a tight knit community. So yes I felt safe! The added touches to this rental was awesome. There was microwave popcorn, coffee, cream, sugar, 2 bags of chips, granola bars, 2 bags of oatmeal, water and even the towels made into fans like I was in Jamaica! I did have one thing that needed an adjustment and it was the hot water heater, and I wrote a message and by later that day Gideon came over and turned up the hot water heater. If you prefer to stay in a home and not a hotel, I think you will like the home!"

- "I was very pleased with my stay at this property. It is located very close to a little downtown area with small shops and restaurants. I stayed 8 days and the beds were comfy the upstairs tub was my absolute favourite to kick back relax and soak after being out in the cold all day. Bring the whole family to a roomy (2100+sq ft), pet-free home with lots of privacy and an open floor plan. Gather around the fireplace in our large family room. Curl up and watch a movie on our 50” smart TV, or relax in our reading nook. Lots of table space for family dinners or games in the family room, dining room, or kitchen. Living room seats 9+ and french doors and a pocket door make this space private when the sofa bed is pulled out.

Surrounded by fields and garden on a quiet road, it's the perfect place to unwind. Your closest neighbor is a full mile away both to the east and to the west and there are unhindered views of both sunrises and sunsets.

Fully-equipped kitchen and table seating areas in the kitchen, dining room and family room. Comfy beds sleeping 8. Blackout curtains and eye shades help you get a great night’s sleep. Two full baths. Lots of closet space. Laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, ironing board and iron. Separate desk/office space away from the rest of the house allow quiet time to work.

The house is all one level with no stairs. Parking for 6 cars in the driveway.

Everything in the house is available for use by guests with many extras. Private yard for kids to play or enjoy the wildlife.

You may want to bring your groceries and beverages with you. There is a full-size refrigerator in the kitchen with a freezer below. The closest convenience store is 5 miles away (10 minute drive) in Metamora, or full grocery stores in Blissfield, 6 miles; Adrian, 9 miles; or Sylvania, 12 miles.

Welcome to this recently renovated 3 bedroom condominium in Sylvania Township! We are in a prime location 1/4 mile to Wal-Mart, less than a mile to Kroger and I475, 15 minutes from downtown Toledo. Guests will have access to the entire condo which is 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 double). There is tons of closet space in each room and the fully equipped living room and kitchen provide a comfortable stay with all of the amenities you’d find in your own home. 1/2 bath downstairs, full bath upstairs.

I did contact the property owner about the ants and he was super cool. I told him I wasn't freaked out and that I wouldn't keep food on the counter and that I only wanted him to be aware of the problem. The condo was in a great location for us and it was very clean. The bed was comfy, there were fresh flowers on the bar. Overall it was a positive stay. I'd stay again if he gets rid of the ants. "

Pond offer lots of fun paddle boat, zipline, slide, or relaxing on the beach.
