Our only complaint and solution was this: The coffee wasn't very hot. The solution is to put very hot water (...even half full) in the large coffee dispensers before putting the coffee in them. Door lock did not lock ititially but they repaired it when I returned later that day. The shower curtain was twisted and needed some effort to straighten out to cover the splash area. It was twisted in the hanging holes by stall to compensate for some of the hanger rod holes being torn between them. Once pulled to unravel a bit it worked fine. Window on one side was fogged in between the glazes but ok. Good view of my car in the rear lot and the area was well lit also. Breakfast was ok and included. Wi-fi was good. Overall a good stay and not real issues."

We are the parents of 3 adult married children and 1 grandchild. Arriving to Toledo from Japan, NY, and Colorado, we gathered to celebrate the life of one gone too soon. For us, the extensive countertop was perfect for setting out fruits, snacks, and desserts. We enjoyed the firepit on the last night. The patio furniture is comfortable. The living room is spacious and another place we could all comfortably gather. Night lights are strategically placed for safe nighttime navigating. Impeccably clean. Lovely outside and inside. I got 2 nights of restful sleep. If another trip to Toledo requires a VRBO, this will be our first choice.

- "Our crew always enjoys their stay at this property. A large space and well kept. " - "Poor communication, changed our location twice once on within the hour of checking in, causing us to check in later than planned. House was not clean, and in addition to that, the previous tenants left food and trash. There were broken and damaged items that made it unacceptable for young children, only six bath towels provided & 4 wash cloths even though we booked for 7 people. Would not go back and would have gone to another property if one had been available. VRBO was difficult to get ahold of: 30 minute wait by either chat or phone and no email available."

- "This place was very clean and comfortable and centrally located. We stayed here for a month. The only negative was there was hardly any silver wear and glasses- If your stay is a long one like ours." - "You have a list of chores to do before you leave, you're charged for cleaning, yet you still have to clean the dishes before you use them; take out old, used coffee pods from who knows when; there is expired food in cupboards and on the counter. It really made me wonder what else wasn't clean. The place served my needs but I definitely will not be staying again."

Fresh and clean townhouse located close to highway and shopping. Loads of room with finished basement. Two private entrances, small garden and great neighbors. 1 car garage. Loads of light with patio doors.

The Carriage House Loft Apartment, perched above a 4-car garage, secluded setting on 6 acres of our family homestead property. Towering old growth oak trees, private deck, peaceful and pleasant views, yet minutes from everything Toledo and the Maumee Valley have to offer.

- "Checked in for a two month stay with a contract job in Toledo. Big, secluded property, above-garage loft apartment lots of sitting spaces. Queen bed and laundry on-site. Needed a little cleaning inside and pest control (ants/spiders), notified landlord and they brought over traps and sprays. Outside spaces catch tree debris after storms and heavy rains, winds. Bathroom needs an update/fan installation for air circulation. Easy drive to visit historic landmarks in the area. Nice area for running. Go-cart track nearby and golf, local pub and liquor store close off the end of the driveway. Nature to watch for in the yard: birds, woodchucks, deer, rabbits. My stay ended 2-weeks earlier than planned, due to contract dissolution, can't refund prepaid amounts. Quick communication/responses from property owner: main house on same property. "

Welcome to our beautiful, well decorated (country modern) country home that offers great views of sunrises and sunsets over beautiful countryside fields. We offer a squeaky clean place to relax (jacuzzi tub) that is near many attractions. Also, we can host up to 12 as in addition to the house, we have additional living space in our remodeled barn.

Bathrooms: Two full baths in house, one has a shower and the other has a shower and a jacuzzi tub.

Bedrooms: House has three bedrooms each with queen size beds. We also have an air mattress that can be set up. Let us know if you need it!

Property: Large yard that overlooks a country field: it is a great place for bonfires (we provide wood), as well as to watch sunrises and sunsets.
