Our only complaint and solution was this: The coffee wasn't very hot. The solution is to put very hot water (...even half full) in the large coffee dispensers before putting the coffee in them. I do this with to go thermal cups, and my thermal coffee carafe at home. Works beautifully!! We used the jacuzzi, and it was very relaxing, and borrowed a DVD player to watch the movies we brought.
