This cottage has been updated and is clean and well maintained. A Queen size bed with A/C, modern updated bath with shower, full kitchen for cooking and morning coffee. The kitchen is open to the living room with views of Lake Erie. A Harbor Room (enclosed porch) opens to the panoramic view of the Lake. Each Cottage (though attached) is booked separately. Great for 2 small families or 2 couples, girlfriend get a way, visit your boat, private time alone, etc. It's just a quick walk to the Twin Oust Brewery and a short drive to other fine and casual restaurants on Catawba. A short drive to the Miller Ferry for a day at the bay.

This is a well appointed two story property with 3 loft beds in an open area, one king and two twin beds with a full bath upstairs. Downstairs there is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. Fully furnished with kitchen appliances. Attractive island themed decorations inside. Outside deck with grill and fire pit. Very short walk to Miller’s Ferry which is your gateway to Put n Bay. Obviously a very short walk to the shores of Lake Erie to enjoy the water sunsets and sunrises among other activities.
If you are planning on taking the ferry to Put-N-Bay please check Miller’s ferry schedule ahead of time as it will vary this time of year.

- "This condo was quiet and peaceful all while also being totally accesible to anywhere you'd want to go. Easy drive to both ferry services, Gem beach, Port Clinton, restaurants and grocery stores. The pool was also nice to have (opens at noon though). All rooms are even more spacious than they look in the photos! We now have WIFI. Conveniently located 1 mile from The Orchard and Twin Oast Brewery with the Igloos in the winter. The cottage is 2 bedroom and 2 bath cottage. The cottage is conveniently located by the Miller Ferry to Put In Bay and all Lake Erie Islands. There are several restaurants located nearby. The cottage is newly remodeled with central air and cable TV. There is a washer and dryer,fridge,stove, and all small appliances included. There is a patio outback with a gas grill for those relaxing summer nights. The location is family friendly and only steps to private and well maintained Gem Beach. We do prefer 3 days to weekly rental in the summer, but off season is 2-3 days minimum, unless you contact the owner. Our driveway is 50 ft long if you have a smaller boat/trailer and truck. Guests are responsible for filling their own propane tanks and cleaning grill. Absolutely no parties allowed!

The Catawba Island Fish House is located next to Herbs Bait store. This quiet gem is conveniently located for access to many of the areas popular attractions in addition to being near several marinas.

- "This home was perfect for our family reunion. My cousin lives nearby and our actual reunion was at her house but we needed space for my family and my sisters’ families to stay. Family room and dining areas were spacious and comfortable. Everything well appointed, every detail included to make our stay perfect. The bunk room was a standout- 4 built in full size bunks with a light and plugs for each bed, a little niche in each to put their phones and small items, plenty of storage. Even little fans that could be used at each bunk! We would stay here again and my cousin was so impressed she took the card so she could recommend it when she had others come to stay!"

Great Boating, fishing, golfing, swimming on beautiful Catawba Island. 2 fire pits, one is gas. Large deck in back and in front as well. One and half stories with master bedroom/bath up spiral stairs with balcony looking below, and also top balcony outside off of the master bedroom, with beautiful view of woods and folage.
The Great room is 26 foot vaulted ceiling with beautiful large windows, and beautiful large stone fireplace (gas). Has huge comfy sectional sofa, large TV, internet. The kitchen is fully furnished! Just bring your favorite food! 2 more bedrooms down stairs, with lofts.

The home is cooled with large ceiling fans throughout the home. There is no AC. There is a portable AC unit upstairs use only during sleeping hours. Additional charges will be applied if used during the day. There is a shed outback with beach chairs, tables, chairs, umbrella for your use.

- "The property was very comfortable for our family and was well stocked to make meals. It was conveniently located to Miller's Ferry, Twin Oast, Rudders, Gideon Owen, parks, along with lots and lots of other fun things to do in the area. Our kids loved the big back yard. The house stayed comfortable with the fans, even in early August! The only small downside was the narrow spiral staircase, but we were aware ahead of time and did get used to it. Carol was very easy to work with and we hope to stay again sometime!"

This is a townhouse apartment located steps away from Miller’s Ferry, on Catawba Island. About 100 steps from the Ferry property and about 200 steps to the shore! This is a quiet location within a triplex. There are two upstairs bedrooms with new floors upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has a full bathroom and both bedrooms have TVs. Downstairs boasts a living room and adjacent half bathroom. Kitchen has a cozy sit in dining room with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. This year we added a washer and dryer. There is a patio area with propane grill and with table umbrella and plenty of seating.

So much more to enjoy. Playground next door: basketball, tennis and pickleball courts. Supplies for all are at the house. Close to the ferry to Put in Bay. This is a wonderful opportunity to stay in this first time offered condo as a rental. This sun filled, updated and harbor side condo is located on Catawba Island where some of the most beautiful restaurants, wineries and outdoor entertainment areas are just a stones throw away.
We purchased this condo because we wanted to find a unit with a private boat dock for this condos use (up to a 30 foot boat) and happily stumbled across this new listing.
We snatched it up! It was perfect!
Wonderful floor plan with open views, an updated kitchen with granite countertops, two bedrooms, two full baths and the best view of the harbor! We plan to enjoy many afternoons and evenings perched on this balcony enjoying the boats sailing by and admiring the stars at night.
We also were pleased with the newer pool and hot tub area. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sun or read a book under one of the provided chairs and umbrellas. The association is attractively landscaped and well maintained. That was important to us as I am sure as a guest it would be too.
There is an added bonus with this unit as well. We purchased this unit as an empty unit and have spent the last few months decorating with all new furniture, bedroom mattresses and decor. We think it turned out great!

Welcome to West Harbor Marina Condos. Each of these 2-Br / 2-Ba rental units has a two (2) night minimum (three (3) night minimum during holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day). West Harbor Marina consists of (4) condo-style units. There are two units on the ground level (C & D) and two units on the second floor level (A & B).
Each unit will sleep up to 8 people. The price is the same for any number of people up to 8 in your group. The master bedroom can sleep 2 people with a king size bed. DOCKAGE: There is dockage available for up to a 35' boat from April 1st through November 1st. The rental docks are located directly adjacent to the condo rental for your convenience. The marina is located on the main channel of West Harbor with easy access to Lake Erie.

SWIMMING POOL: There is a large commercial swimming pool adjacent to the rental building. This pool is private for all renters and those boaters and neighbors that have memberships. The heated swimming pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR STATE LIQUOR PERMIT, ALL FOOD AND DRINK AT THE POOL MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE BAR.

BAR: There is a small dockside/poolside bar called "Boondocks" adjacent to the rental building. It is family friendly and for customers to enjoy the views overlooking the harbor. It will be open weekends only in May, everyday Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends only in September. It is only open weather permitting with hours 10:00am -11:00pm. There is live music on the weekends during the daytime/evening hours (generally no later than 11:00pm). During your stay at the rentals, you may hear the music but we do not anticipate that it will be a disturbance to the rentals. However, certain evenings may be louder than others.

- "This location is adjacent to a bar and not suitable for a family. Very load till late at night. Bar type language all around the area. When we stayed it was not quite enough to sleep until after 1:00am. Condo is clean and new and if it wasn't for the bar would have been a way better experience. If you are a guys trip staying for a fishing trip and are looking to party all night this location would be great for you. Any other group I would avoid all 4 condos at this site. "

We were in town to visit Put-In-Bay island for the weekend. The house was a perfect location and just over a mile from the Miller Ferry. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the nice patio and fire pit! There’s also a basketball court and a foosball table for some added fun🙂 Some of the rooms need a little TLC and two of the extra queen-sized air mattresses wouldn’t stay inflated. Overall, it’s a fantastic property and I would definitely stay again the next time I travel to PIB!"
