As different as the exterior’s first impression may be, the cabin’s interior is where your visual senses will be captivated. Wherever your eyes and hands rove you will discover subtly aged textures, hand created items and coordinated color palettes that enhance the feelings of subtle rustic relaxation. Lake Erie’s south shore, Cedar Point Amusement Park, fishing, boating, antique shops and flea markets, dining, golfing, historical attractions, wineries and festivals are all within quick and easy driving distances. Major highways such as the Ohio 80/90 Turnpike, U.S. State Rt. 20 and others are practically at your doorstep and conveniences for groceries and other necessities are only minutes away.

Our home has a Great open floor plan, a social room with the big heavy wooden pocket doors so it can also be divided off. There's a comfortable front porch and a open back yard perfect for outdoor games, a fire pit lots of chairs, picnic tables and grill. There have been many gatherings and memories spent in this backyard. We have Plenty of parking including space for boats if your here for a fishing tournament. We are located in a cozy small town with lots to offer, NKP Railroad Museum, Lyme Village, Seneca Caverns, Twin Lakes Golf just to name a few - we are only 20-25 minutes from Lake Erie, Cedar Point, Ferry to Put n Pay or Kelly's Island, close to several bird watching areas, near several of the top fishing tournaments and we have boat parking for at least 3-4 boats (truck and trailer/so you wouldn't have to unhook), fish cleaning station w/water & lights right on site, a containers for the waste /a freezer upon request and much more. We are also more than willing to set the house up to meet your needs, decorate for any special events, indoor/outdoor activities for kids and or adults,...... - "This location is a duplex which did not bother us at all. We had 5 adults and 3 children under 10 and this was PERFECT for us ! We stayed here for just one night before heading to cp and the kids were begging us to go back . The nba game was a hit for the kids while the adults played cornhole out back and sat around the table . Easy parking and ample room for us all to sleep and lounge around. Loved it and when we come back we will definitely stay here versus a hotel. Super close to food and shopping ! 10/10 would recommend for groups !"

Built in 1837, this home retains historic details like ash hand sewn plank floors on the 2nd floor, two doors with original 1800's hardware and two marble fireplaces . The kitchen and baths have been recently updated. This home still has a trap door and steps to the basement that were once used for the Underground Railroad.

This house is 4,600 square foot in total. In the 1920's there were 2 apartments made on the rear of the property. The upper portion of the original summer kitchen is an efficiency apartment. The lower portion of the summer kitchen is reserved for owner's and is used as a mechanical room and an office.

The largest and front portion of the property is where you will be staying. It is approximately 2,800 square foot. Main floor master bedroom has i8 full split king sleep number bed with adjustable base. Full bath off main floor master bedroom with walk in shower. No tub.

Main floor 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. The downstairs foyer has a pull out twin bed.

Second floor has 3 bedrooms with a full bath tub/shower combo. Bedroom one has 2 twins, bedroom 2 has a full bed and bedroom 3 has a king size bed.

- "Drive is decent to/from Cedar Point, close to other local attractions. The home is clean but not comfortable. It’s newly remodeled but poor craftsmanship. Bugs were able to get into the house, we kept finding large ants. Small for more than 4 people, there were 5 of us. Only 1 bathroom so that made it a little tough for us. There’s no closets so no where to hang anything. This is a duplex which should’ve been listed so we were able to hear people in the other home attached.Neighborhood felt a little unsafe. But the owner was very responsive to my inquiries, easy to work with."
