Or send them into the adjoining game room to shoot some pool. The bedrooms have plenty of room for a pack and play or even a full size air mattress. The large back hallway makes a nice play area. Outside, enjoy a cookout on the grill, gather around the firepit, or explore the 4.5 acre wood.

The Huron Playhouse offers plays in the summer usually through July. It is equal distance to Toledo and Cleveland. Enjoy a day in Cleveland to see the Rock and Roll Museum or take in a baseball game at Jacob's Field. - "Even though we were in town for a funeral, we enjoyed our stay. The house was roomy and there were 6 of us. Neighborhood is quiet There is only 1 shower, so we had to coordinate our shower time. (Plenty of towels.) The extra toilet in bathroom was good to have. The upstairs was a little warmer than the rest of the house (which is normal in a lot of houses) , so we bought a small fan to use. I would have no problems staying here again."

This newly remodeled and completely refurnished 1905 farm house is close to all the areas attractions! This home features four bedrooms,one and a half baths, two living rooms,large laundry room, an amazing three season room, and large back yard to enjoy . This house is the perfect place for larger family to come together and enjoy all the many wonderful thing to do in the area, or just to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. The home does offer great parking for RVs or truck trailer parking behind the home.

- "The house is an old farm house that has been updated. The photos are accurate. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The mattress on the upstairs bedrooms sag in the middle and could be replaced. My adult children did ok but they did comment on them. The kitchen is well outfitted and easy to use. The two main issues with the property are one - the “dining room table” is basically a card table with 4 chairs. For a house that sleeps 10 a larger table is really needed. Even one of those white plastic folding tables and six folding chairs would be an improvement. We ended up sitting on the floor or in the living room which only has cushioned ottomans so no where flat to set a glass:) Another thing to note is that there are no toiletries provided so bring your own soap, shampoo etc. The other main issue with the property has to do with the fact that it’s not rented often. When we arrived the inside house temp was at 50F and the batteries on the thermostat, and smoke detectors where low, and the front porch needed a good sweeping. I can’t speak to air conditioning as we didn’t use it but there did seem to be a heat pump outside."

* Noise policy-This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, noise disturbances of any kind will not be tolerated. Noise violations will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.

*Parking policy-6 vehicles max. No street parking is allowed per the city. No boats or RV's. We have a 2-car garage that's available for guest use as well as 4 additional driveway parking spaces.

Location
This property is located in a residential neighborhood, conveniently situated right off of U.S Route 250, and only a few minutes away from the Ohio Turnpike.

Guest Safety
The pool room has a smart lock using the same code as your front door (shared before your stay). Keep the pool door locked when not in use and overnight, and never share the code with children. The upper deadbolt, out of reach for kids, should also be used. Your door code can be changed virtually at any time if needed.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are on every floor, a fire extinguisher is in the kitchen, and a fire escape ladder is in the master bedroom closet.

Exterior cameras: We have 2 exterior Ring cameras. One is a doorbell camera, located to the right of the front door, and the other is a flood light camera located above the garage on the left side. Both cameras face the front of the property.

Pool Room Safety: No lifeguard on duty- use the pool, sauna, and hot tub at your own risk. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No running, diving, or rough play. Limit hot tub and sauna use to 15 minutes per session. No children in the hot tub or sauna. No loud music or disruptive behavior. Do not use the hot tub or sauna while pregnant or if you have health conditions.
